Hey, my name is Carmadine. But that name just plain old sucks. So everyone calls me C.J. I live in the Hoenn region, in Littleroot town. I’m heading over to Professer Birch’s lab later, but I gotta meet Justin and Lauren first.
Justin and Lauren are my best friends. They live just a few blocks from me. NO, LAUREN ISN’T MY GIRLFRIEND!!!! Geez, I can’t count how many times I’ve had to say that. Anyway, Lauren and Justin are getting their first pokemon with me, so we decided to walk there together. I made it clear to them-I was gonna get Mudkip.
I’ve always been interested in pokemon, and my favorite non evolved starter is Mudkip. My favorite evolved starter is Typhlosion. But I don’t live in Johto. Oh well. My dad was a famous pokemon trainer. He traveled all over Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn, and made many friends along the way. I want to be like him one day. I better get going…
Wow! Professor Birch’s lab is huge! All this high-tech stuff around me, the display of
pokemon, all the posters, I can’t take it! “Ah, C.J., Lauren and Justin, you’re here.” I turned
around. Professer Birch was looking at us, a smile on his face. “Have you decided which
pokemon you’re going to take?”, said Professor Birch. I screamed screamed Mudkip right
away. Justin took Treeko after a few seconds of thinking, while Lauren picked Torchic. “Hey
C.J., wanna battle?” I turned around. Treeko was standing next to Justin, and Justin’s face
looked like he really wanted to battle. “ Sure” I called out Mudkip and tried to control him.
