Lara’s POV

I shot at the giant, gray, rocky serpent. Then the girl, I think her name is Maria, yelled at me. I reared back and put my guns away. The freaky guy, Brock, was freaking out and running around, yelling.

Other Guy: HEY! BROCK! SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN!” Brock sat down and they other guy, um, I believe his name is Artemis, laughed.

Lara: Artemis?”

Other Guy: No, my name is Ash.” Maria laughed.

Lara: OH ok! Sorry. Think I could become a Pokemon trainer?”

Brock: I’ll be your first Pokemon Ms. Croft!” He bent down and said bark. Maria looked at him frustrated.

Lara: No thank you sir, anyways, Maria, what’s a gym for?”

Girl: No, It’s Misty. Anyways, a gym is for Pokemon trainers who want to earn badges to join leagues. For example; Ash. He has a few badges himself. All earned by stupidity. Right Ash?” Misty snickered.

Ash: SHUT UP!” Brock said something to himself and in a flash of red, Onix was gone.

Misty: This is almost as bad as Violet’s wedding! Hah!”

Brock: Hm?” Ash’s face turned a dark crimson. Brock was just sitting there, making soup. Ash was sitting on a log, watching the egg Pokemon and a rabbit like Pokemon play. Misty was rummaging through her bag, for something. Apparently she found it. It was a CD! Finally, something human. She picked up her walk-man and put the CD in. All I could hear was someone saying, “suppressed by all my childish fears”. I tapped her shoulder and asked her who she was listening to.

Misty: Oh.” She whispered Evanesance into my ear and I nodded.

Ash: WHO JUST SAID EVANESCENCE?” He looked at Misty and narrowed his view to her. Misty ran around saying Leave me alone! It’s MY CD!!! I was laughing. Ash was chasing her. Her pinned her down and took the walk-man. He sat down and stuck his tongue out at Misty. She was growling. I was afraid she might foam at the mouth. Instead, she just sat down and crossed her arms.
