In the nick of time

Hi every one, I’m so excited for 2 reasons. #1) I’m almost done with this story 
yay! #2) it’s almost my 14th Birthday. :) Any ways on with the up date.

Disclaimer: I do not own pokemon, yuyu hakisho or any of the characters. Ok hope 
you enjoy it, cause here it is.

Misty looked up at the clock as Mrs.K headed for bed. She was worried because 
Ash had told her that she had to kiss him by mid night or he would not be able 
to come back to life for 50 years! It was almost 11 fifty-one; thank goodness 
she had time to spair. The only problem was that Tom was up and apparently he 
didn’t intend to go to bed any time soon.

"Umm… Mr. K shouldn’t you go to bed I mean its 10 o’clock." Said Misty urging 
him to go to bed. "… What? Oh… I guess so… I am very tired." He replied. "You 
should to Misty." He added. "I will in a little while. I’m not very tired yet… 
don’t worry I’ll be going to bed in an hour or so." Replied Misty who glanced at 
the clock. Mr. K headed up stairs slowly but soon enough he was out of sight. 
Misty looked over at Ash who was sleeping soundly, but there was something diff. 
About him, he was glowing in a gold color! "Oh boy… its now or never." She 
convinced her self. 

Misty walked over to Ash. Near by Kate, Ash, and Kioima were watching her in 
hopes she would not chicken out and wait any longer. Misty walks until she was 
right next to him. She looked around the room and said "Good no ones here to see 
this." But she was wrong; A little yellow mouse stood by watching Misty with 
great interest along with Brock’s video recorder in its hand. Pikachu pressed 
power as Misty leaned over and Kissed Ash just as the clock rang mid-night. She 
had stopped kissing him and started crying because she was afraid she had not 
kissed him in time. Ash opened his eyes and found that he was in his own body. 
Misty noticed Ash’s hart rate had gone up in the past few seconds. She looked up 
at Ash and saw that he was a wake, she stared at him in disbelief until he sat 
up and said "Hay, nice kiss Misty." "Ash are you really… alive?" she asked in 
hope that she wasn’t dreaming. "Yup I’m really here, by the way nice kiss." Ash 
replied as misty hugged him with great relief and passion. Pikachu dropped its 
camera and ran twords Ash with happiness beyond belief that its trainer was 
back. "Pika pi Chu (Ash, your O.K.)" it yelled. "Pikachu, I know that your happy 
to see Ash as much as I am but you need to be quit so you wont wake any one up 
O.K. " said Misty in concern. "Pikachu (o.k. Misty.)" He replied. "Hay buddy 
nice to see you too, I missed you, I missed every one. I’ll wait till morning 
though and surprise them." Said Ash in a sly tone. Misty smiled at him and said, 
"What do you have in mind." "Pika, pika Chu (Ya tell me too.)" added Pikachu.

The next morning Richie woke up to smell baken being made on a hot stove with 
pancakes on the other stove. "Some thing smells delusions." He said. Richie 
headed down stairs following the wonderful smell of his favorite breakfast 
foods. Richie saw Misty setting the table and when she looked up to see him she 
said, "Hay, Richie you’re the first one up." She exclaimed with a smile that 
Richie had not seen in the longest time. "Hay Richie nice to see you again." 
Said a voice from the kitchen. Richie could not believe what he was hearing. 
"Misty, is it just me or did I just hear Ash’s voice?" said Richie in shock. His 
question was answered when Ash walked over to Misty and said once again "Hi 
Richie, nice to see you." "Nope Ash is really here and no I’m not going to tell 
you how he came back to life." Said Misty. Richie smiled and walked down the 
steps to eat. One by one everyone else got up and one by one they looked at Ash 
in shock and every time Ash and Misty would greet them in the same way. 

Soon enough everyone was eating and having a good time and now that Ash was back 
from his long adventure he was the center of attention and both him and Misty 
were throttled with questions. Soon enough things got back to normal and soon 
enough Ash was ounce again trying to tell Misty haw he felt and soon enough 
Misty was trying to do the same. One day about a year after Ash had come back 
Ash finally got up the courage and took Misty up to the flower garden in his 
mom’s yard. 

"Misty I… I… I love you, I’ve been wanting to tell you this for a long time, I 
just never had the courage too." He said as he turned impossibly red. "Ash I 
love you too. I also wanted to tell you but never seemed to find the right time 
for it." Ash and Misty kissed passionately as the sneaky Pikachu ounce again 
stood by filming this perfect moment with a devilish smile on his face and 
turned the camera around in time to catch him and Amy’s Pikachu, Pikapi, kissing 
also. Pikachu had caught tones of love scenes including Brock kissing Nurse Joy 
on his first date. He planed to show every one in the house the video on the 
perfect occasion but he still needed a big finally and he planed to wait 
patiently for it so pikachu waited and finally got his wish at Misty’s 18th 
birthday party. 

It was time for Misty to open her gifts and Pikachu had his camera (he kept 
Brock’s after Brock got a new one) on to film it not knowing what a surprise the 
last gift would be. "I guess that’s all of them," said Misty but Ash interrupted 
and said "no not quite." "What do you mean Ash?" asked Misty clueless to what he 
was about to do. Ash pulled a little red velvet box out of his pocket and 
kneeled down on one knee. Misty gasped when she realized what he was about to 
do. Pikachu smiled and so did every one else. "Misty… will you marry me?" he 
asked with a smile. "Yes Ash Ketchem, I will marry you." She replied happily. 
Every one clapped as Ash placed a ring on Misty’s ring finger and kissed her 
with pure, undeniable love and Misty did the same.

Pikachu quickly headed up stairs to edit his film and show it off. Later at 
Misty’s party Pikachu yelled "PIKAAAA CCCCCCCHHHHHHHUUUUUU (I HAVE AN ANOUSMENT 
TO MAKE PEOPLE…LISTEN.) When no one listened to him he shocked the nearest 
person to him who happened to be his partner in making the film… Brock. 
PPPPPIIIIIKKKKAAAA CHUUUUUU! It said as it shocked Brock. "Pika Chu pi kA! (Hay 
Brock I thought you were going to help me out here!" Pikachu looked up and 
noticed everyone was looking at them. "O.K. O.K. I’m going." He said as he stood 
up. "Every one Pikachu has an announcement to make, I will translate for those 
of you who do not understand Pikachu speech. Pikachu told them about the video 
and Brock translated for him. Pikachu then out in the video. The first scene 
showed pikachu kissing pika pi and above it was written scenes of love. By 
Pikachu, Pikapi, and edited by Brock stone. As the movie went on it showed Misty 
kissing Ash to bring him back to life, Mrs.K kissing Tom, Brock Kissing Nurse 
Joy on there first date, Ash confessing his love to Misty and them kissing, 
another shot of the two pikachu kissing. The film ended with Ash purposing to 
Misty and her accepting it and them kissing. At the very end it had Pikachu 
saying (With sub tittles) Love is a beautiful thing and some times can lead to 
marriage, so these pictures are priceless, so don’t you ever loose them because 
you will have to pay for the copies I made (every one laughs). The picture then 
went blank except for the credits. Every one in the room clapped and Brock, 
Pikachu, and Pikapi all bowed.

There all done with this story but don’t be surprised if it has a sequel. Hint, 
hint. =)
