I keep forgetting this, but I don't own pokemon, never claimed to, and if you thought I did, don't you think I'd have put this up on the official and every other site? Just kidding! But I still don't own it. Okay, I got an idea, which might help to known the history of some of the league rules (and some other stuff that might come up). I'm going to put some excerpts and a tinsy-winsy time-line to help. And the GS mean things that apply to the gold and silver games. Whatever works. Official League Rules; Article 9 Those who wish to train poke'mon must first visit Professor Hiram Oak. There, the person shall chose from 5 pre-selected poke'mon. These poke'mon will have gone through certain training and must be at level 5 or under, as any other poke'mon stronger than that will give the trainer grief that they will not be able to control them. (skipping along here...) Article 13 Only boys at the age of 12 and above with enough leave from school will be able to travel. But at age 18, they must, by law, go back to school, and get an education. After finishing school, they may pursue their training again. Article 22 No females of any age shall be able to train poke'mon. Article 23 A trainer must have at least 8 badges to participate in the Poke'mon League Battles So did that help any? Sorry I haven't gotten anything out lately, but I'm kind of stuck. So, any ideas would be appreciated. I've got an idea of where the story's going to go, but all criticism would be greatly appreciated!
