Raver was immediately surrounded by several people in gray and black clothes, Zack sent them a mean glare and they quickly took Zack away but May stayed with him and Harino sighed, a woman stepped forward and Harino respectively bowed, the others followed suit and she bowed back to them.

“Harino the Blue Sapphire, it is an honor to meet you once again, I am sorry about the treatment of your friend, many of us in this village have great disliking of the Pokemon League despite their protection,” she apologized but Harino shook his head, “I am also troubled by the people who attacked you, the Angels,”

“Last time I heard that name was at least three to four years ago, me and Zack took out their main base, that was my last mission and I have never seen any Angels come after me,” Harino said and the woman led them deeper into the mountain, the people of Gai Gensis had used natural phospurus and steel to make lights, buildings, huts, canals, everything they needed was made out of metal, Harino mentally opened the door and they all sat down on the mats as she clasped flint and steel together to light the laterns. “That time, we barely defeated their leader and it took at least the other two Knights to do it, they must be planning to take the three knights down.”

“I wish it were that simple, recently, we have had reports of attacks on the other two agents, both Hydro and Aero have been attacked by Angels, but what troubles me is that they haven’t gone after you, and I do not know why,” she sadly sighed and Harino started analyzing the data while Raver still was a bit mad, especially because he was a U.S.A.L Gym Leader, not a part of the Pokemon League. “The last time you faced their leader, you four barely won, the power of the four elements, Fire, Earth, Wind, and Water barely defeated his power of Darkness, I am afraid that this time he will not be defeated,”

“I’ve become stronger since than and I have new skills, even if I have to kill myself, I will make sure he is dead,” Harino assured her and Chaka looked at him in shock, he reached over and placed his hand on hers. “The only thing I can think of is that they are trying to find a way to exploit our weaknesses.”

“Then we have already lost, Zack is not strong enough to fight and Water and Earth are still recovering from their wounds themselves.” She tried to smile but she couldn’t and Raver felt responsible, even though he was a U.S.A.L Gym Leader, his league was no different than the Regions. “But I don’t think that they will dare to attack us directly, even if Zack is wounded, the spirit of Earth, Fire, and Water still protect us, I will have rooms prepared for you,”

“Thank you,” Harino explained to them that the woman was the Chieftess of the Village, and also Zack’s mother, May stayed at Zack’s side and both Ash and Misty went in to check on May, her eyes were red and she was still worried about Zack, although his wounds had been patched up, he still was weak and tired, Ash and Misty sat down beside her as Zack slept. Ash and May had traveled together while he was in the Hoehn region yet Misty had traveled with him longer than May had and Ash and Misty already had a relationship yet May had been left high and dry, Raver silently peeked in on them and listened.

“May, I’m sorry about what happened to your new friend,” Misty comforted her while Ash got up and looked at Zack, he suddenly knew why May was sad, Zack reminded her of Ash, except Zack could take bullets and could kill several people in a few seconds, “May, if you ever feel like you need to talk to someone just tell me,”

“Misty, I need to talk to you,” Ash nodded and walked to the door, Raver quickly looked around as Ash opened the door and stepped outside, Raver was hanging from the sides of one of the huts and he concealed his breathing and presence by blending in the shadows and he swiftly jumped from the roof to the side of what he guessed was the hospital of Gai Gensis and he placed his ear to the wall to listen in. “Misty, when I first heard you and Ash had gotten together, I was sad, I’d thought it would be me instead of you, I wished it was, but now.. I wish that Zack was going to be okay and that he wasn’t hurt, and that none of this was happening!”

“It’s okay, everything will be alright, your boy will make it, I promise,” Misty wishfully said and Raver frowned but then quickly thought of a way to make it true, by taking on the Angels all by himself on a suicide run, Raver made sure everyone else was asleep when he got up out of his bed, Cass was sleeping peacefully with Ash while Misty slept beside Raver, he pulled the covers up over her and he picked up his pack and went over to Cass, he leaned over her and pecked her cheek, she snapped her eyes open as Raver disappeared and she gasped. Raver was heading towards the door when Zack appeared beside him, his sniper rifle in hand and battle pack strapped on and he had a huge sword on his back as well and they kept silent as the both headed to the entrance, Zack’s mother was there and they both stopped as she turned to them, a cloth in her hands.

“I know that the spirit of Earth and Fire lives in you Zack, you are the Knight Of Earth and our fate lies in your hands, Raver, you are the son of Katt, you must be ready to do whatever is necessary to follow the right path, wherever it leads you and you must walk it, take the blessings of Earth and Fire my son. Raver, take the blessings of Wind and Water with you,” she said, unwrapping the cloth, underneath was a very old yet strong Compound bow that was in perfect condition and also a very ancient chain with a blade attached to the end and Zack quickly equipped the weapons, while Raver just stared at the twin pistols he had been given. “Raver, not even the spirits can tell us the path that lies in store for you, I am only one of the many guides you will meet along your way, you must defeat the Angels or the future is in danger.”

“Come on Raver, let’s go,” Zack ordred and Raver nodded, both ran off into the distance while Cass quickly told Harino and Ash who got the others up to go in pursuit of Zack and Raver.

The two soldiers quickly found a Angel Copter and they followed it to the middle of the Hoehn continent, where no one dared to go because of the dangerous Pokemon that lived there, Raver watched as the copter landed and Zack shot forward and he pulled out the sword and slashed two guards in half, turning around to dropkick the third out and Raver pulled out his pistol and killed the fourth guard. They quickly hid the dead guards and Raver swiped two uniforms and they took the place of two of the guards, they quickly were relieved and the guards didn’t notice two missing Angels, giving Raver and Zack the chance to get sneak in undetected, most of the Angels had weapons of their own and only a few dared to glance at Zack because of his sword but they didn’t give it a second thought.

“We need to find the generators for this base, we can take them out and fight our way out, I don’t think the Angel’s Leader survived the last time we met,” Zack suggested and Raver agreed but before either could do anything, the intercom turned on and they all heard a voice.

“All Angels assemble in the main Hanger immediately to proceed with the Project,” Raver and Zack stared at each other and quickly followed two Angels to the Main Hanger, a huge aircraft hanger where all of the Angels stood, all paying attention to a single Angel who stood on a platform in front of all of them, Raver and Zack payed especially close attention as the person spoke, apparently a woman.

“My fellow Angels, today is the day we have all waited for, when the three Villages known as the Gensis’ are going to be wiped off the face of the earth and then the great ArkAngel will descend down to Earth and rid the world of all evil once and for all, to get rid off all the unworthy!”

“This is almost like last time, they were going to deploy three special warheads to destroy both Polar Ice Caps and the third was going to detonate in the Circle of Fire to cause all the volacanoes to erupt, but why destroy the villages, the spirits of Regirock, Registeel, and Regiice protect us from all harm,” Zack whispered and Raver slowly and silently reached for his pistol and Zack got ready to move.

“Open the hanger doors so that we may all ascend to heaven, to the Kingdom of the good!” she shouted and the Angels answered her with a gigantic roar, a explosion ripped the hanger doors apart and Eclipse snorted as Harino pulled out his pokeballs as both Ash and Misty sent out there own Pokemon, Cass and Chaka were also ready to fight and the Angels laughed as the woman cackled insanely, Harino’s eyes glowed and blue light radiated from his body as his hands started to glow and he pointed at the platform and he fired a psychic wave at it but the woman reflected it at him but he reabsorbed it.

“You may have stopped us before Knight of the Wind, but this time, you will not escape with your life.”

“Bring it on!” May sent out her Blazkien and Gai Hakai, Gai Cannon, DarkLuck, Gai Rei and Gai Tank all appeared in front of her and Zack gasped as all the Angels laughed at her but Chaka and Harino both shot a huge ESP Beam at them and the woman smiled as the Angels ran at them, Zack looked to Raver who was already pulling out the Wind and Water Blessings, both rapid fire pistols and Zack pulled out the Earth blessing, a compound great bow and he pulled on the string and a metal arrow appeared in his fingers. Raver aimed his two pistols and he pulled the triggers as Zack released the metal arrow, the weapons they held were the Earth Blessing, Fissure Point, the Fire Blessing, Fire Bomb, the wind and water blessings, Mache Ace and Water Blast, created by Regirock, Registeel, and Regiice, weapons with their power. The metal arrow created a huge explosion on contact that destroyed anything in range while the Mache Ace fired a supersonic blast that ripped anything it hit to bits while the Water Blast fired off a huge blast of water that crushed anything in its way, all the Angels were either killed or knocked out and the others returned their Pokemon, May ran towards Zack with Cass in tow but the woman waved her hand and a huge bubble trapped Cass and May, Harino’s hands glowed and a huge ESP and Telepathic Mind Blast shot forth but the woman destroyed it with her own blast. “Let us out of here!”
“Why should I, the phropecy states that the hero’s demise would come if he ever lost his companion, the Knight of Wind is Harino Guarino, and he is not even strong enough to take me on but the Knight of Earth is strong enough, I should I say, Zackary Tyler, and the retired pilot, Raver Waterflower have the blessed weapons of the four spirits, but since they are not strong enough to use it, you shall die,” she laughed and Cass cried into May’s arms, Zack whipped out the Fire Bomb and attached it to the Fissure Point and shot off a salvo of arrows, creating powerful explosions to burn the woman while Raver fired off huge blasts of both wind and water while Harino fired off his huge ESP pulse but they had no effect on the woman, only destroying her proctective barrier around her. “Even with those weapons, you are no match for me, so die now,”

“Brace yourselves!!!” Harino said as he created a huge shining sapphire barrier but the woman just waved her hand a huge black beam of energy broke it and they all flew back, Harino quickly shot back down to the ground as Eclispe caught everyone else but Ash was levitating in mid air, Harino could sense that Ash was using ESP to float and Misty was slowly hovering down to the ground and Harino snapped his head towards the woman and his eyes started to turn to a pale blue light as Zack pulled back on the bow again and Raver aimed again and they both fired at the same time as a huge spiral blue blast shot forth, a huge beam of energy and two powerful energy blasts exploded off of the woman’s body. When the smoke cleared, Harino was floating in the air with huge blue shining wings and Ash was creating another huge ESP blasts while Zack and Raver got ready to fire again, but a huge voice rang out through the hanger, a dark sinster laugh slowly filled their ears, Harino looked around while Cass started to shake uncontrabbly and Zack was unprepared to see the Leader of the Angels, alive and he had black wings coming out of his body and a black aura around his body with two black marks across his face, yellow eyes and red hair. Raver fired off his two bullets but they were blocked and Zack unleashed a barrage of arrows while Ash fired off a blast and they were also blocked, just as the leader raised his hand to attack, Harino slammed his hands together and fired a huge beam of blue ESP that negated the yellow energy blast and the leader laughed. “Damn you Gene, you’ll die this time!”

“So, this is the power of a Blue Sapphire, not very powerful are you, too bad,” he laughed but Harino fired off a rapid blast assault and Gene had to dodged a few but Harino still wasn’t able to hit him at all and Gene yawned, he aimed and fired off a huge black blast that overpowered Harino and he fell to the ground, wounded and exhausted of energy. Zack pulled back on the bow but Gene blasted him into a wall while Ash tried to use his ESP but he was too unskilled and could only float in the air and Gene sent out a ripple of power that caused Ash to become crushed by gravity, Raver fired off five shots and Gene sent a blast at him but Raver barely dodged, and Gene sneered at Raver who glared at him. “Impressive, no one has been able to dodge my attacks,”

“And I bet I am the only one who is going to kill you!” Raver unleashed a fast and powerful barrage of bullets but Gene was immune to them, amused as well as intrigued, he raised his hand and several yellow orbs appeared around Gene and he pointed at Raver and they all shot straight at him, he quickly dodged but they kept following him, he was at his limits and Eclipse started charging energy up in his mouth and Gene simply laughed as Eclipse fired off his Master Beam Attack, scratching Gene’s shoulder but he shrugged it off and fired a huge wave that knocked Eclipse back. Gene started to laugh teasingly at them when a white blast bounced off his back and he turned to see Raver with his Alpha Unown out and it kept on firing Hidden Power at him, Gene stared at Raver as he kept on using the pistols, their powerful bullets were still ineffective against Gene, Raver finally put his two pistols away and then his body glowed as he cupped his hands together and Alpha Unown started to glow as his pocket filled the room with light. “Eat this, Shot Snipe!”

“Interesting, so you have AMSP, unlike your friend Harino here who has ESP, you have the complete opposite, yet you still cannot harm me,” Gene insulted and he slowly dodged the blast and ran towards Raver, slamming him into the wall and then lifting him up into the air, Misty gasped as Raver was thrown into a wall and his Water Blast dropped and landed infront of Harino as Gene pulled his fist back and grinned. “Imagine my surprise in having the chance to kill you, time to die,”

“Misty, catch this!” Harino sent the Water Blast flying towards Misty as he shot forward and fired off a powerful and precise ESP wave that knocked Gene away from Raver, he stopped only a few feet away but Harino focused his mind and created a huge ESP aura around his hands and fired off another blast at Gene who created a energy chain that wrapped around Harino’s body and started to crush him. Gene started to tighten his grip when a huge blast ripped his energy field apart but he was still unharmed but Zack notched another arrow and fired it again at Gene, being destroyed by his energy blasts and Harino panted heavily as Raver fell onto the floor.

“Enough of this, you weak trainers are not my concern, however, the youngest of you intrigues me, his powers of AMSP rival my on but they are uncontrolled, untrained,” he said and Raver slowly lifted his body up as Gene extracted Cass out of the bubble but May held onto her and he glared at her, he raised his hand and energy appeared in his palm, growing bigger and bigger and he snickered, “Your efforts are in vain, so it is time to die,”

“GO GAI KNIGHT!!!” Zack shouted and Raver lifted the Mache Ace up and he wiped off his lip and unloaded a whole clip of supersonic blasts at the bubble and he ran at it while his left hand glowed, Gene stared at Registeel as Zack placed his hand on it’s eyes and his body started to glow and his wounds slowly mended and Alpha Unown slowly started to vibrate and Raver’s own wounds also healed as Harino started to focus his ESP and he healed himself as Gene laughed.

“Just because you can heal yourselves doesn’t mean you can win, I am still stronger than all of you combined, not even Eclipse, the strongest Pokemon can harm me!” he announced but a huge white blast knocked him back and he got up and glared at Zack, Registeel charged up for another Superpower attack and Gene’s hands glowed as Raver cocked the Mache Ace and then fired one last shot at the bubble, freeing May and Cass while Zack pulled back on the Fissure Point and fired off a huge blast that hit Gene in the chest. Just as Zack turned to Raver, a huge wave of energy knocked them down and Harino created a huge shield around him and then changed it into a barrier to protect Misty, Chaka, and Ash, Gene’s armor had been cracked but he still wasn’t harmed and Cass was starting to cry as Misty picked up the Water Blast and May picked her up and Gene shook his head. “Give me the girl and I promise you a swift death,”

“You aren’t getting your hands on her, until I am dead!” she shouted and Registeel shielded them and fired off a huge Superpower attack but Gene absorbed it and Harino dropped the barrier as Misty turned to Gene, her anger and fury rising to the surface and she stood up and aimed at Gene’s head.

“Fine then, it would be a shame to kill a weakling like you slowly,” May closed her eyes as Gene’s hands glowed and a huge sphere appeared above him and he raised his hands up, just as he was about to use his ultimate weapon, Zack ran in front of May and he returned Registeel to it’s pokeball as the huge sphere fired off a beam right at him, Zack whipped out his huge sword and he slashed right through the beam, breaking his sword and the sphere in one stroke and Gene stared at him while May opened her eyes. “Again, your stupid love, compassion and emotions of peace and happiness threaten to destroy me but no matter how strong this stupid emotion gives you cannot compare to my true power.”

“Of course not, a monster like you will never know how we feel, and you just earned yourself a one way ticket to hell by trying to kill May,” Zack growled and he let Registeel come back out and he threw the Fire Bomb to May and he pulled back on the Fissure Point taking aim at Gene, Misty pulled the trigger as Zack released the string, a single small blue bullet shot from the Water Blast and a single gray arrow shot from the Fissure Point and a huge energy blast nailed Gene from the arrow and the bullet tore up Gene’s arm in a mighty explosion and Gene glared at them. “Round two, you ready to lose?”

“I shall make this place your graves!” Gene roared and energy shot out from his body but Harino countered with a barrage of ESP Waves and Eclipse’s mouth started to glow as he charged up energy and Misty kept on firing at Gene, the bullets ripped his body apart yet he kept on healing himself faster than she could shot and Zack pulled the bow back as far as he could as May layed Cass down and Raver ran over to her and he turned to Gene and he dropped the Mache Ace and his hands started to glow and he shot forward. “You shall all tremble at my might!”

“You were annoying back then, now your just plain evil,” Zack coldly said and he released the arrow as Registeel glowed and the arrow pierced right through Gene’s arm and Raver appeared right in front of Gene who stared at Raver.

“APOCLYPSE CRASH!” Raver shouted as his slammed his hands on Gene’s shoulder and he shot back and glared at Raver but the energy blasts he fired only flew off of Raver as Zack aimed and Eclipse’s mouth smoked as he was about to attack.

“Hit him in the chest, nail him with all you got!” Zack ordered and he released the bow as Registeel fired it’s Fissure Attack, Pikachu used Thunder Beam, Harino fired off his last amount of ESP while Misty pulled the trigger and Cass picked up the Mache Ace as May threw the Fire Blast and Raver fired off his Shot Snipe, the attacks all combined together and pinned Gene as Eclipse fired his own attack.

“MASTER NOVA BLAST BEAM!!!” Unlike his first time using this attack, Eclipse had to dig his claws into the floor to prevent himself from falling back from the backwash and Gene let out a huge scream as his body started to burn but he managed to send out a huge energy crush that pinned everybody down to the ground and stopped Eclipse’s attack and his lauhgter was cut short when a huge blast of wind tore through his body, ripping him to shreds, Cass dropped the pistol and Zack quickly pulled the bow back one last time, Registeel channeled his power into Zack’s hands as the arrow formed and Raver picked up the Mache Ace and he channeled all his AMSP energy into the barrel as Eclipse got back up. “MASTER CANNON!!!”

“Take this with you to hell!” the two blasts combined with Eclipse’s and Gene was killed in a huge combined beam that shook the Angel Complex and Ash panted as he landed on both feet, Harino’s wings disappeared and Raver picked up Cass while Zack grabbed May and Registeel picked them up and Eclipse panted heavily. “Hey Harino, can you teleport us home?”

“No problem,” They all were surrounded with a blue glow and the Angel Complex exploded, taking any and all traces of the Angels with it.

“Next time, warn us before we have to fight some crazy person just to see you,” Misty teased and May smiled, Raver allowed Zack to wrap his arm up as Cass came over to him, she was still a little shaken by the whole ordeal but Ash assured her that Gene wasn’t going to bother any of them for a long time, Zack got up and he noticed that May had walked away from everyone and he walked over towards her, his mom noticed the two of them standing alone and away from the others and she allowed a small smile to creep over her face.

“Misty and the others are going back home, I guess this means goodbye,” May said and she turned around, Zack still carried the Fissure Point bow and the Fire Blast on him and she looked down at her feet, allowing the tears in her eyes to fall down onto the ground and she frowned. She turned away from Zack and she thought she heard him walk away but something brushed her tears away, she opened her eyes and found Zack staring straight at her, his eyes were no longer shining with that fire he had when he had fought Gene but were replaced with a calm water, and she stared at him. “I’m sorry, but you are a soldier, and I’m a Coordinator, I need to go back home,”

“I’m not the Knight of Earth any longer, I’m retired, no more missions, if the Angels think I am dead, than it’s for the best, Harino assures me that the Pokemon League will keep it’s promise,” Zack explained and she stared at him in surprise, he pulled out the rifle and bullets he still had left and he snapped the gun in two and threw the bullets away, she blinked back the tears and ran at him, he gently embraced her as she cried into his shoulder. “I don’t have to hide it anymore, I love you and nothing will change it,”

“I’m so glad to hear that, I love you too,” she replied and Harino sighed and stretched out as Zack’s mom walked over to him and he got up, May and Zack slowly took their time to walk over to them and Eclipse scratched his neck.

“Gene was stronger than before, it took all of us to take him down, I’m surprised that May could use the Fire Blast Chain,” he commented and Zack’s mom smiled and he shook his head while she nodded, “The Pokemon League has agreed to keep the Villages a secret, in return, they have asked that the whole matter of the Knights and the missions be kept a secret,”

“My son is home and will never leave us again, that is all I could ever ask for,” she said as May and Zack walked over to her, Max was following May while the villagers brought out Ash and Harino’s motorcycles and Raver’s hover board as May and Zack spoke with his mom, she smiled at their news and nodded, Harino let out a deep breath as Raver got up, still wearing the Mache Ace and Water Blast in his pockets and Harino got onto his bike as Chaka got on too.

“If your ever in the neighborhood, stop by anytime,” Zack offered and Harino nodded as Ash and Misty got onto his bike, Raver stepped on board his hoverboard as Cass got on behind him and Eclipse got up with Pikachu and Shocker on his back, May leaned on Zack as Misty and Ash waved goodbye and May waved back, Harino turned on his engine and Eclipse shot forward, Harino rode off behind him followed by Raver and Ash. Zack took Registeel’s pokeball and let him out, Zack turned to May and she turned to him, Max immediately started to get sick as Zack and May kissed, the last glimpses of these two new friends were of their smiles, Harino revved up the engine and his smile slowly faded, Gene had been given help, and it was only a matter of time before he would find out who it was, and why they wanted Cass. Zack felt the same thing as well and he looked up at the sky, no matter what he would face in the future, one thing was for certain, May would always be at his side to help him out…
