Misty: 17 Gary: 17 Drew: 18 Ash: 17 Sara: 16 Paige: 13 ------------------------------------ Sara’s View I look him in the eyes. I take a deep breath. “No.” I say. I start to get up from the couch but something stops me. Drew grabs my arm. “Sara! Come on! It was stupid of me to use you. I’m telling the truth!” Drew yells after me. “It’s one thing to use me, Drew. But it’s a whole different story when you use me to make my sister jealous!” I growl. “Maybe I was using you at first, but during the movie…Sara, it was real!” Drew sighed. “I can’t believe I actually started to fall for you.” I muttered. “Oh, come on, Sara! You used me too!” “You’re right, I did.” I walk over to my piggy bank and pull out two crisp ten-dollar bills. I hand them to Drew. “There, we’re even. Now get out.” Drew takes hold of my arm. “Sara, please…” I pull away from his grip, and walk to my room, slamming the door shut. Misty’s View Ouch. Poor Drew. I walk in the door. He sees me looking at him. “Hi.” I say, squeezing past him. He doesn’t answer. He walks right out the door, cussing under his breath. Oh, well. Sara’s View Yes, that’s right. I dissed Mr.-I-use-fifteen-year-old-girls-to-get-back-at-girls- who-don’t-like-me. Except for the fact that I’m not fifteen anymore. Because today is my sixteenth birthday. All about me. No Drew. No Ash. No Gary. Misty’s View Today is Sara’s sixteenth birthday! Whoohoo. No surprise that there’s a band, a float, an ocean of drinks, and food for 20 million Snorlaxes for her party. I made sure that Drew was NOT invited, hearing what happened last time. Oh, well. His loss. She’s a good kid too. Sara’s View The party is just getting started! I’m hanging out with all my friends. In one hour, I’ll finally be sixteen. I wonder who all is here, considering I warned my pokemon to be on the look out for Drew, and not to mention, Gary. Misty’s View In 57 minutes, Sara will be sixteen. Oh, wow. That will mean she’ll be old enough to date older guys. Like.. Sara’s View DREW! He’s here!! I thought I told him not to come. I thought my Pokemon were told he was NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. Oh, god. Why is Drew walking up onto the… Misty’s View The stage! Drew is on the stage! I knew he would come! The little punk. I’ve gotta go see what he’s doing. I don’t want him to hurt Sara on her birthday party. But, wait. Why is he grabbing the microphone? OH.MY.GOD. Sara’s View Crud. Where’d he get the microphone. And how the heck did he get in?! Ad why is he calling me up onto the stage?!” DREW’S View “Sara, can you come onto the stage, please?” I ask politely. A tall, skinny girl in a light blue dress walks onto the stage. Her gorgeous brown hair is curled and flowing down her shoulders. Sara slowly stalks onto the stage, glaring at me. “What do you want?” She hisses. “What do I want?” I laugh. By now, everyone at the party is looking up at the stage. Great. Just what I wanted. “I want you, Sara.” I say in my manliest voice. Sara puts her hands on her hips. “I’m dead serious, Sara.” I say. “I thought you were just Misty’s little sister, not important at all. But then you helped me through the tough times and that’s when I realized…that I love you Sara. I really do.” I say in my sexy voice. Am I doing this right? Sara looks me up and down with her big brown eyes. She grabs the microphone from me. “Drew,” she says into the microphone looking up at me. This has caught me off guard. I thought it would be a fairytale ending. “Drew, get real.” Sara says. “You don’t love me. Technically, you barely even know me! You’re just trying to use me for whatever sick plan you have in store for my sister now! I mean, I’m not THAT stupid. Or that cruel. But you, you are.” She quietly hands the microphone back to me and walks off the stage. I’m in shock. I thought I would lean down and kiss her, we’d live happily ever after, etcetera. But, like Sara said to me, Get real. I start to speak into the microphone. “Sara! I’m sorry I used you.” I start to say, but then anger boils up inside me. “But you used me too!” I growl. Sara walks back up. “You’re right, Drew. I did use you. For free ice cream and a movie.” The audience watching gets a hit out of that. “Listen up Sara!” I say angrily. “I thought I was in love with you, and your sister. But the Waterflower family turns out to just be a bunch of bitches. And you know what? You’re the biggest one I ever saw. You’re messed up, Sara.” At this point, Sara’s face is red and tears are running down her cheeks. She turns and glares at me, snatching the microphone out of my hand. “You’re right, Drew. You know what? You’re right. And you’re dead to me.” She throws the microphone at me. “And thanks for ruining my party.” She calls over her shoulder. I am in shock. I did NOT know Sara would do this. I haven’t seen Misty though. Oh, god. Here she comes. “DREW! YOU! ARE! SO! DEAD!” Misty yells, as I run away.
