Love Me Ash From Misty’s POV Disclaimer: I DO NOT own pokemon or any of the characters. Some rich guy does so plz don’t sue me! Thanks! Ages: Misty 15 Ash 14 Ash is such an annoying twerp! He is a brat, infuriatingly annoying, and above all a royal plank. So why am I sitting here thinking about him? In ways I couldn’t have imagined before! I know why…it’s because I love him. And I’ve got to tell him. Before this feeling gets so bottled up inside me that I can’t control it. But how? Of course! I’ll write him a letter! Dear Ash, I can’t describe my love for you. It is hard to talk to you without feeling all blushy and squirmy. So I will explain my love in the way of a song. Here it goes. My love burns hotter than a thousand suns, Trickles longer and wider than a river that runs, Makes me feel like an angel in the sky, And I finally know why. You don’t realize how easily you make me smile, You don’t know why I stare at you for a while, It seems silly I know, But I just have to show, How much my love should mean to you. I have never seen a boy that is so great, I sound mushy but my thoughts just can’t wait, I will die it is true, If I cannot have you, Because… You don’t realize how easily you make me smile, You don’t know why I stare at you for a while, It seems silly I know, But I just have to show, How much my love should mean to you. I left the letter on Ash’s bed. Just as I walked away he came into the room. He picked up the letter and opened it. I saw his eyes scan the page. He smiled slightly and then saw me. “That was the funniest thing I’ve ever read! So stupid! Oh, thanks Mist!” Ash laughed, and pushed me aside to share the letter with Brock who was feeding the pokemon. I was so hurt, he laughed at my love. I opened myself up to him and he thought it was one big joke. He’ll see…I don’t need him. And with that thought I ran out of the door, towards the road. I ran to the edge of the road, my heart pounding. I waited for a while until I saw a really fast car coming. I braced myself, and began to run out into the road. But I was stopped, grabbed, on the shoulder. I span around. “Get off me!” I yelled, then I noticed who it was, Ash. He had been crying, I could tell by the blotches on his face and his red eyes. “Please Misty don’t do this! I love you! Please don’t leave me!” He screamed, tightening the grip on my arm. I frowned at him. “Then why did you laugh at me? Make a fool of me? I still love you, but I’m a fool! Now get off me!” I shouted, pulling my arm free. And I ran out into the road. Then there was black. I woke up in hospital two days later. Nurse Joy was smiling at me, I tried to smile but it hurt. “There, there love. I have a letter for you, open in it your own time.” She said kindly. I nodded as she placed the letter on my chest. I managed to open it and I read: Dear Misty, I had to go to a match, I only went because the doctors told me you were ok. I also had something to tell you. MY love burns hotter than a thousand suns, Trickles longer and wider than a river that runs, Makes ME feel like an angel in the sky, And I finally know why. YOU don’t realize how easily you make ME smile, YOU don’t know why I stare at you for a while, It seems silly I know, But I just have to show, How much MY love should mean to YOU..
