Ash Ketchum: Man of Steel ‘trailer’

Screen is black for about a second. Then, vo comes in, Marlon Brando. “Even though you’ve been raised as a human, you are not one of them.”

Cut to shot of Ash attempting to fly for the first time. Ash crashes into the ground outside Ketchum house. Then fade to shot of Los Angeles at nighttime. Fade to Delia looking outside the Ketchum house.

Fade to silhouette of Ash. Fade to shot of the Fortress of Solitude. A massive structure made of crystal. The fade to shot of Ash finding his old rocket.

Then fade to shots of Misty, Dawn, May, Drew, Kenny, Lana Lang and Jimmy Olsen.

Then fade to Misty and Superman on a rooftop somewhere. Superman walks towards her while she stands firm. Then fade to overhead shot of Superman flying towards the camera while Misty watches.

Then fade to overhead shot of crowd of people looking up at the sky. Some have the ‘S’ symbol on their shirts.

VO: “They can be a great people Kal-El, they wish to be. They only lack the light to show the way. For this reason above all others, I have sent them you—my only son.”

During VO, fade to shot of Superman rising into the clouds.

Then fade to shot of Superman standing above the Hollywood sign. He stays still for a moment before flying off.

Fade to ‘S’-shield symbol.

Then, record scratches and ‘S’-shield disappears. Then play VO, sinister laughter.

VO: HahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
