The quest of a legend.

Wayne: I’m gonna go take a nap ok. Mankey (we got ya
boss) Erica: I’m gonna let my pokemon out to go vulpix
pidgeotoo. Go play with the others I’m gonna go take a nap
with Wayne. All the pokemon: oooooooooo. Erica: shut up!
Pidgeotoo (ok Erica have a good rest) Erica went in the
tent.
Pokemon talk:
Mankey: I don’t know about you but I want to fight and get
stronger. Who else want’s to fight? Vulpix: I want to fight
I’m gonna be the strongest fire pokemon so I need to fight.
Mankey: ok that’s 2 how about you needle do you wanna
fight I haven’t seen what you can do yet you to sandshrew.
Needle: ok I’m in. sandshrew: I am going to fight.
Tshocker: me and bird boy here’s gonna be in this too.
Pidgeotoo: hey lets make it into a tournament. The winner
becomes the starter for their master. Mankey: I dunno about
you and vulpix but Wayne tells us were his friends. Vulpix:
prove it. Mankey: well he wouldn’t let us out like this if we
weren’t we could just run off so he trusts us. Tshocker:
enough talk I’m getting restless let’s fight. Mankey: the
first fight is between Erica’s pokemon. Pidgeotoo: ok let’s
rock vulpix.
(pidgeotoo vrs. Vulpix)
Vulpix starts running at the bird at high speed jumps in the
air right it but it’s disappeared and reappeared behind it and
tackled it in the back. Pidgeotoo: gust attack. The bird
started beating it’s wings hard making a big whirlwind
picking up the fox and throwing it into a tree but he quickly
got back up. Vulpix: is the best you’ve got you over grown
turkey take this flame-thrower!!!!! Vulpix blew a huge
blast of flames out of his mouth getting closer to the bird.
Thinking to himself there’s only one possible move he can
use to avoid this and he’s to stupid to find out what it is.
Pidgeotoo thinking to itself: o man I can’t dodge that what
can I do. As it got closer he had an idea came to it.
Pidgeotoo: SANDAAAAAATTACK!!!! Vulpix: holy ****
he remembered. The sand put out the flames. Pidgeotoo:
nice try lucky for me I remember it. Vulpix tried what he
had done before by charging and jumping but again was
sent to the ground. He tried again 3 more time but with the
same results. Vulpix thinking: what can I do every time I
jump up he always appears right behind me. What can I do
that’s fast enough to get him? Ooh yeah I got it now.
Pidgeotoo: do you want more or do you want to give up.
Vulpix: don’t get too cocky. With that vulpix charged as
fast as before and jumped right at him. When pidgeotoo
disappeared vulpix turned around and used his hottest fire
spin at one spot as soon as he shot the bird reappeared and
was caught right in the middle. Getting burnt badly falling
to the ground hurt struggling to get back up. Vulpix: now
take this last resort flame-thrower!!!! Still in the air vulpix
shot a huge fire blast frying the bird.
(Winner: vulpix)
Mankey: got d*** vulpix! Here pidgeotoo have a potion
and a burn heal Wayne has to many anyway. The next fight
will be between balbasaur and me.
(Balbasaur vrs mankey)
Needle: ok get ready battle. Balbasaur extended his vines
but they were batted away by the monkey. Mankey: here
take this. The monkey jumped in the air and landed on its
head. Balbasaur: ow here have some of this. Out of the bulb
on its back came a blue mist covering mankey. Mankey:
hey what’s this I can’t move. Balbasaur: it called stun
spore. Now you’re paralyzed. Mankey: that’s cheating?
Balbasuar: it’s authorized by the pokemon league. The first
of the elite four signed the slip for it. So there! Needle: he’s
right mankey that moves been around since battles started.
Mankey: o shut up! Balbasaur: vine whip. Lifting mankey
20 feet in the air he slammed him down hard and there was
the sound of glass breaking then mankey stood up with a
smile. Balbasaur: what the f***. Vulpix: how can he move
he’s supposed to be paralyzed? Sandshrew: the sound we
heard must have been the paralization field shattering.
Balbasaur: o crap. Mankey: yeah and now I’m gonna make
you pay MEGA PUNCH ATTACK. The pokemon ran at
balbasaur at full speeds then jammed his fist into the side of
his head. Mankey: now stay down! Balbasaur: noooooo I’ll
never be beaten leech seed! A small seed sprouted from the
bulb of the pokemon and surrounded mankey giving
balbasaur energy. After a few minutes mankey gave up.
(Winner: balbasaur)
Needle: balbasaur wins this match and advances. Here’s a
potion for both of you. Sandshrew we’re up next.
(Sandshrew vrs needle),
Mankey: begin. Needle: flew into the air to get out of
sandshrew’s range. Then dive-bombing at him. Sandshrew
rolled himself into a tight ball, needle hit it hard. Being
knocked back 20 feet. He quickly regained his balance.
Needle: how can I get him to uncurl so I can his himself so
I can hit him. While needle was talking to himself he didn’t
notice sandshrew was rolling in a circle at high speeds then
just bounced into the air. When needle noticed what was
going on it was too late he was knocked out cold.
(Winner: sandshrew)
Mankey: sandshrew is the winner. Here you go needle a
nice potion. The next match is between tshocker and
balbasaur. Begin!
(Tshocker vrs balbasaur),
Balbasaur: stun spore. Tshocker: your not gonna do me like
you did mankey quick attack. Tshocker moved at a huge
speed dodging the spore. Then ramming into him.
Balbasaur landed on its feet. Balbasaur: vine whip attack.
The grass pokemon grabbed the mouse and raised him into
the air. Tshocker: o no you don’t thundershock attack! The
small pokemon released a shock of electricity into the vine
that was holding him ending up shocking balbasaur.
Balbasaur thinking: what can I do tshocker can keep
releasing electricity till I faint. What I need to do is… I got
it! Balbasaur took his other vine and dug it into the earth.
Then to him all the electricity was relived from his body.
Pidgeotoo: how’d he do that? Sandshrew: his other vine is
acting like a lighting rod releasing the electricity into the
ground. Balbasaur: now take this! A vicious slam from
balbasaur followed by a takedown. Tshocker: I am not
going to lose. Tshocker combined quick attack with slam
and took off at amazing speed knocking him into the air
then frying him with an all out thundershock frying him
completely. Still high strung and having sparks flying from
his cheeks, ready to fight again. Tshocker: WHO ELSE
WANTS SOME! The sparks from his cheeks getting
bigger.
(Winner: tshocker)
Every one of the pokemon stepping back. Mankey:
balbasaur has lost to tshocker. Here both of you have a
potion. The next match is needle and I. Let’s begin.
(Mankey vrs needle)
Needle heads right for mankey needles extended right in
front of him. Needle: twin needle attack. Mankey charged
back with his head down. Mankey: how about a head butt.
When the pokemon collided mankey came out on top.
Ramming into needle’s gut smashing him into the tree.
Pinning him to the tree keeping him from moving his
wings.
(Winner: mankey)
Sandshrew: needle loses come on tshocker lets fight.
After mankey gave his friend a potion to heal and then
turned to the fray between a ground and electric pokemon.
(Sandshrew vrs. Tshocker).
The small electric pokemon jumped into the air and
launched an electric bolt at sandshrew, but to every ones
surprise the attack didn’t faze him a bit. Tshocker: what’s
going on why weren’t you electrocuted. You fool if you
don’t know then I’m not going to tell you. Sandshrew
jumped into the air and dived into the ground disappearing
from view. Tshocker: what’s going on where’d he go.
Vulpix: I’ve seen this before its called dig and it’s an attack
that surprises you from underneath! Mankey: that means
sandshrew can appear at any time! Watch out T! Tshocker:
thanx I know exactly what to do. Then the mouse put its ear
to the ground and listened closely then jumped high in the
air. Once he jumped into the air sandshrew burst out of the
ground expecting to hit tshocker but didn’t. While this was
happening tshocker had spun around and rammed
sandshrew into the hole from which he came. The pikachu
landed thinking it had won but all of a sudden he was hit
from below and knocked totally out.
(Winner: sandshrew)
(Balbasaur vrs mankey again)…
Mankey: low kick attack. The monkey ran and started a
sliding kick right for balbasaurs face. Balbasaur: I won
before I’ll win again. With that he jumped into the air out
of the way of the attack. Mankey: sucker! Balbasaur: huh?
Mankey flipped around and punching the ground he was
sent in the air into the soft belly of the helpless grass
pokemon. Making it a one hit KO I thought u said you were
going to win. Lil punk. Said the cocky monkey cracking his
knuckles.
(Winner: mankey)
Needle: the winner of this battle goes on to fight
sandshrew for the starter place on the team.
(the two pokemon): all right.
(Mankey vrs tshocker)
mankey: tackle attack! Tshocker: quick attack! The
monkey charge at the mouse but ended up running into a
tree, and then was hit from behind making it unconscious.
(Winner: tshocker)
Beedrill: dang that was real fast.
(Clapping from behind)
Wayne: that was very good you guys I didn’t know
pokemon were so competitive. Mankey: how long have you
been there anyway? Wayne: I woke up when it all first
started. So shall we be on our way I want to make it to
Viridian City by nightfall, everyone. Erica: Vulpix
pidgeotoo return. Wayne and Erica loaded on the
motorcycle speeding off towards town.
Viridian City
Wayne: Let’s check into a hotel first then we can check out
the sites. Erica: sounds good to me I have to call my mom
and dad so they know I’m all right.
At the hotel
Clerk: so you to need a double bed room. That will be
$100, and will you be participating in the one on one battle
tonight? Wayne: What is it about? Clerk: It is our special
contest held once a year to find out who the strongest in
town. The only rule is you must have a fully evolved
pokemon. Nothing like a caterpie but like a butterfree.
Wayne: I only have one! Erica: who is that? Wayne: Its
beedrill and from what I saw he is one of my weakest, but I
am unbeatable. Clerk: good so release your pokemon and
follow me down stairs to the arena were the others are
waiting. Young lady you can either go to your room or go
watch the battle.
Downstairs
Announcer: Welcome one and all to the 100th year
celebration of this glorious hotel. We hope to see you at the
festival tomorrow and are glad you are here with us tonight
to watch the fire works fly between the fully evolved
pokemon. Now lets give a round of sound for these
contestants and their pokemon. The first match was
between an executor and a poliwrath with the executor
winner. Wayne: Well I’m up next I wonder who the poor
sap is that I’m fighting. Once on the field he realized that
the poor sap had a dangerous victreebell. Challenger: I’m
amazed to see they let a rookie like you in but I guess I will
have to be the one to put your beedrill in the emergency
room. Wayne: enough talk! Let’s do this! Attack beedrill!
