"Now here's a story 'bout a woman with dreams, picture perfect

At thirteen, an ebony queen, Beneath the surface it was more than just a crooked 
smile 
Nobody knew about her secret so it took a while 
I could see a tear fall slow down her black cheek 
Sheddin quiet tears in the back seat; so when she asked me, 
"What would you do if it was you?" 
Couldn't answer such a horrible pain to live through 
I tried to trade places in the tragedy 
I couldn't picture three crazed niggaz grabbin me 
For just a moment I was trapped in the pain, Lord come and take me 
Four niggaz violated, they chased and they raped me 
Even though it wasn't me, I could feel the grief 
Thinkin with your brains blown that would make the pain go 
No! You got to find a way to survive 
cause they win when your soul dies"

 

The next morning I dragged myself out of the bed and stretched. Misty was just 
getting up too. She smiled and held togepi.

"Good Morning Eden." She said, lying back down.

"Aloha." I greeted, sitting down at the small, circular table that we had been 
wrapping presents.

"I'm going to take a shower, then you can. Or do you want to go first?" She 
asked.

"You go." I said, watching Houndoom stretch and bring itself off of the ground.

"Okay." She grabbed some clothes and walked into the bathroom.

"I'll be back in a little while, I'm gonna go see if they're up yet." And with 
that I left the hotel room, with Houndoom by my side and I walked down the hall. 
As I reached room number 150, I knocked a few times. The door slowly opened and 
Brock stood, with just shorts on. I raised an eyebrow.

"Are you all ready to go?" I asked. Brock looked surprised.

"We're leaving now?"

"No, I'm going to take a shower when Misty's through." I said. Brock nodded.

"Okay." Brock said. Then Ash came out of his bed, wearing his pajamas.

"I'm hungry. Can we go to the restaraunt before we leave?" He asked, stretching. 
Pikachu ran over to Houndoom and they started talking to each other and playing.

"Yeah." Brock and I said at the same time.

"Well, I'm going to go back and get ready. How about we meet you at the 
restaraunt at 9:00. Then we can go to Cherrygrove City." I said.

"Sure. See ya then, bye Eden." Ash said, walking into the bathroom to take a 
shower. With that I waved bye and left back down to my room.

I waited a few minutes until Misty was out and then I went in the shower.

About ten minutes later, I stepped out of the bathroom, refreshed. I looked into 
the large mirror that was in the room and tried to decide what I should wear. I 
grabbed some jeans, a t-shirt, sweatshirt and my Timberland boots. I packed all 
my stuff after putting my hair up and checked my watch.

"I promised Brock and Ash we'd meet them at the restaraunt in five minutes. We 
should leave." And with that, Misty and I grabbed our backpacks and left the 
room. We stopped by Nurse Joy to give her the card to the room and we walked to 
the restaraunt. We spotted a few people sitting down, and Ash and Brock were 
already seated in a booth. We walked over to them and I sat down across from 
Brock.

"So. I got another Idea. I could get my two Rapidash and we could just ride them 
instead of getting a sleigh." I announced.

"Okay, that sounds like a nice idea." Ash said sarcastically. "You just thought 
of that?"

"Yeah, kinda. Sorry." I apologized.

"Okay, so that won't cost anything?" Brock asked. I shook my head.

"No, we might not ride them much over the mountains, but we could make it across 
the plains in 10 minutes with them going fast, and with no snow. Which might not 
happen."

"Okay, so why don't we get your two rapidash?" Misty asked. I narrowed my eyes 
and nodded. Smart Ass.

After we ate and I got my pokemon, we were transported to Cherrygrove City.

I know, i hate to end a chapter like this but the next one will be better.
