Home Town: Island 2 in Kanto, also known as Kalo Island to the natives. The Island of Kalo is very small, with only a village and pokemon residing here. The village is extremely friendly but rather protective of their resources, such as the fruit and pokemon the mysterious island holds.

Kalo, meaning Glo, has always been a quiet village. It has never caused problems for the rest of Kanto, and always seems to be minding its business. This island is so small, it can barely even be classified as a town; dirt roads, most of the houses having straw roofs, small buildings and few stores, and booths lined Main Street, where the locals sold things to tourists and any other people that might be wandering by.

Other than that, Kalo seems to be a nice "resort town". Tourists filter in once Winter rolls around, just so they can be warm, and are usually occupied with the festivals and contests the town always seems to be holding.

Lifestyle: Living where people spent each day living "Island Style" (meaning a laid back life on the beach, basically), most people tended to be lazy, and Willow was NO exception, believe me. Anyway, the town always gathered together for weekly cookouts, occasional battles and contests, and the seasonal festivals that the town put together to keep everyone out of their boredom.

Family: Willow lives with her mother and father, and older brother. Your typical family? No. Willow's brother, Kyle, is 20 years-old has moved out, but you would never have realized it unless you actually knew that. Kyle is at the Summers' house everyday, and almost all day. He eats all their food, watches the TV, picks on Willow, then leaves. Willow's mom, Alicia was the opposite of your average mother. She barely worried about Willow, of course, when you live in a community consisting of less than two-hundred people, you might expect that. Whenever Alicia wasn't working at the Pokemon Day Care Center, she was probably embarrassing her daughter, or-dare I say it?- fishing. Dave, Willow's father, loved to fish also. He is the manager of the Poke Mart/General Store (they had to combine the two due to the short amount of money the town currently had).

Appearance: Due to the searing heat and blinding sun rays the summer on Kalo brings, WIllow's natural hair color (mahogany) has evolved into a light shade of brown, with a few natural highlights created by the sunlight. Willow's eyes are a strange, misty, light blue color, which color has been given to her by her, oh so caring mother. She has a rather slender and lanky build, with long legs and tanned and toned skin. Willow is rather tall, about 5'5'', but also has not grown in at least six months....

Personality: On her normal and good days, Willow can be very laid back, carefree and nice. But her temper can quickly change. She will be the first to jump into an argument, and will go to any distance to prove she is right, even though she usually knows if she's wrong or not. Despite her mood, Willow is ALWAYS lazy, except when she seems motivated for something, and whenever she is, she usually doesn't have the motivation for completing something. Willow can also be very charming, cunning and sly, but she rarely uses that. She has a few good points like being brave, but her bad points seem to hurt; she is short tempered, impatient, loses hope quickly, and usually oblivious to her surroundings. For her age, she is surprisingly wise. A good advice-giver, few people see her as the female Doctor Phil. But even she knows, she has a lot to learn if she's ever going to be making anything of herself.

Clothing: Willow tries to keep it simple when dressing. Because she is so used to living on a tropical island, she wears black surfer shorts with a pink and blue stripe down each side. She usually walks around with her blue, two piece, bathing suit under her surfer shorts. But, ever since she has been asked to leave the island to go return a certain pokemon at the Day Care to Pewter City, she has upgraded to a white tank top over her bathing suit and some gray, normal shorts that had the numbers "87" on the bottom of them. Along with all that, she walks around the island either with flip-flops, but since she had to leave, she had to wear sneakers, a big change for poor Willow.

Goal: To be the world's best Dog-Pokemon trainer.

Pokemon:Poochyena(Level when left Kalo: 10, Level Now: 10): Willow's first ever pokemon was a male Poochyena nicknamed Midnight. Willow received Midnight when she was asked to bring him back to his owner when he was accidentally separated from his owner, who lives in Pewter City. I won't say anymore because it will contain spoilers.
