"And Now the times are changin' Look at everything that's come and gone Sometimes when I play that old six-string I think about ya and wonder what went wrong" "Do I look okay?" Misty asked, referring to her minidress and high heels. She had let her hair down and put some makeup on. Dawn smiled. "He'll love it." Dawn clapped her hands and Vaporeon jumped off the bed and followed the two girls down the hall. Dawn wore a jean miniskirt and a shirt, with some sandals. The two girls turned down the stairs and Ash and Brock were in view. They stared in disbelief, both blushing as Misty and Dawn made it down the stairs. "What?" Dawn asked, smiling, acting innocent. Neither of the boys answered. "We know, we know, we're beautiful." Misty said, laughing. Ash and Brock barely nodded. "Come on, we've got a party to go to." Dawn said, watching Pikachu (who was wearing a coconut bra, hula skirt, flowery bracelets and a lei) who jumped down and walked with Vaporeon. The four teens walked down the beach towards the pier, listening to the loud music. They breathed in the salty air from the seabreeze and saw people dancing and talking on the pier. Some people were walking down the beach and other kids were having fun diving off the pier. "A big ferry's going to pull up in about an hour. We can go split up and do our own thing, but Brock, I need to talk to you. So you two kiddies go have fun." Dawn grabbed Brock's arm and held him back while Ash and Misty walked towards the pier. "You remember how we were going to set them up on a blind date?" Dawn asked as Brock stared at her, confused. He looked surprised. "Oh No! I completely forgot, what were we doing again?" He asked sarcastically. Dawn shook her head and sighed, pushing him lightly with one hand. "Smart-ass." She laughed a little. "As of tonight, we can tell them that they have a date coming up. Remember, tell him to keep it a secret cuz Misty'll get jealous." Brock nodded. "Okay. So I just say one of your friends wants to go out with him?" "Yeah. What's today- Sunday? So we have four days, not including today. We have time. C'mon, let's go have some fun." Dawn led him up the pier, and through the crowd of people dancing. For the next hour, The four of them were all dancing, talking, and just having a good time. Before they knew it, the ferry pulled up and people were boarding on. On the ferry, they played music outside, where everyone danced. Dawn was reunited with a few more friends like Seth, who used to be one of her best friends. Dawn was talking to him at the front of the boat around 8:30, when Misty came up. "Hey Misty. Misty, Seth. Seth, Misty" Dawn introduced the two. Seth had brown hair with a few blonde streaks and blue eyes. He was tan from living on the island, and he was wearing a visor. "Aloha, sup?" He asked, nodding halfway. Misty blushed and Dawn started to feel a little nervous. What about Ash? Almost every girl on the island fought over Seth. "Nothin' Much. I'm new here..." The rest of the conversation drifted out of earshot from Dawn, who noticed that Brock was watching from the side of the boat. Dawn interrupted Misty, saying she had to leave for a few minutes. Dawn left Misty and Seth there, talking as she made her way towards Brock. "Who's that?" Brock asked, nodding towards Seth. Dawn glanced at the two, who were still talking. Seth said something and the two started to dance to some quick Jamaican music. "Seth...I'm getting worried..." "He can't cut into our plans." Brock said, looking around to make sure Ash wasn't standing by. "Make sure her and Seth don't get too close." Dawn stared at him, then nodded as she leaned against the railing. Vaporeon and Pikachu were near Seth and Misty, dancing. "I'll try. But where's Ash?" Dawn scanned the crowd. "I'll go look for him." And with that she went walking across the ferry. Brock sighed and shook his head, starting to look for Ash too. He eventually found Ash, sitting down staring at his drink. Brock walked over and sat next to him. "What's up?" "Did you see Misty dancing with that guy?" Ash asked, obviously heart-broken. "Yeah, but... maybe Misty's just...dancing. It doesn't mean anything." Brock tried to persuade him. Ash just sighed and leaned against the railing as he looked onto the water. Brock stood up and stood next to him. "You won't lose her, I promise." Brock just hoped this was true. Ash said nothing as Brock left again. "How can she do that to me?" Ash whispered to himself.
