The walk to Olivine would be a long one. I wondered why they built the cities so far apart without any roads that were easily seen. The long wild grass tickled my legs as I walked through them. The sun beamed down on me semi-harshly. The trees seem to border the path. They a little shade as I tried to stay by them.

"Mag......ne.....mite!" a mechanical voice called out. A Magnemite floated out of the grass ahead of me. I must have disturbed it while walking through the grass. An electric type would work perfectly in my team of Pokémon.

The Magnemite had other plans, however. As soon as it saw me, it turned and started to float away as fast as it could. "Scyther, go!" I said sending out my fastest Pokémon. Scyther flew towards Magnemite and gave Magnemite a Slash attack. Magnemite was not cut but the momentum sent him spiraling in to the ground. It bounced up and started away again. The two Pokémon raced ahead of me as I struggled to keep up.

I caught up in time to see an injured Scyther flying through the air and landing on the ground unmoving. A farmer was standing there glaring at me and Scyther. He was an old man with a long light gray beard. He wore a straw hat with a plaid shirt with overalls and leather boots. He was also holding a pitch fork in his gloved hands. He had an army of about twenty Miltanks behind him. His farm was right behind him, we must be in his property.

"You'll rob me no more, theif!" the farmer shouted at me. I was knelt down next to Scyther when he said that. I got up in surprise.

"What are you talking about?" I asked my voice getting shrill.

A motorcycle drove up with a familiar with a blue-white uniform and green hair. It was Officer Jenny. I knew she had come to arrest me however.

"Arrest that kid, Officer!" Farmer said pointing at me

Jenny quickly leapt off her motorcycle and forced me to call back Scyther. After that, I was handcuffed and forced on to the motorcyle. All this time, I told them that I was innocent but it was apparent that they weren't listening.

"Thanks to you, these lands are a little bit safer," said Jenny. Farmer nodded and then headed back towards the farm. "You stop struggling. Anything you say or do can and will be used against you," Officer Jenny scolded me. She drove me towards Olivine. The road was not paved so it was extremely bumpy. Add that to Jenny's bad driving skills, you got a very dangerous ride. At many points, I thought I was gonna fall off but luckily, I got to Olivine without that happening. The handcuffs were extremely uncomftorble though.

Stripped of all my stuff, I sat depressed in the jail cell. The gray cement walls seem to close in around me. The bunk bed was lumpy and hard like the pillows. The TV in the corner looks old fashioned with a turning switch. Officer Jenny sat in a chair doing paper work in between the two cells in the room. I seem to be the only prisoner though.

I woke up to the sound if the cell door opening. Officer Jenny stood over me with a almost friendly smile. She shook me to make sure I was awake. Sitting up, I turned to see what she had to say.

"I'm terribly sorry but recent proof shows that you're not the theif. You'ree free to go," Jenny informed me. I got up and walked out the door.

"What was that proof?" I asked.

"When you capture a Pokémon, legally or not, it is added to your Pokédex. You don't have Miltank as a captured entry. The farmer sees the kid getting away so he knows he works alone but he always fails to capture him," said Jenny.

"Thanks," I said smiling for what felt like a forever since last time. I was let out of the building with all my belongings, including my Pokémon and Pokédex. I got outside quickly, wanting to get away from the horrible jail cells.

"Hey, stop theif! I got you this time!" it was the farmer again. A boy about the same age as me ran staright in to me. His Pokémon, a Tauros and a Scyther, stopped dead in their tracks. Tauros was dragging a crate with bottles full of milk with a Miltank sticker on them. The boy had spikey green hair with bright green eyes. His face was contorted in to anger and annoyance. He wore black shorts and a black T-shirt.

"Get outta my way!" Theif shouted shoving me aside. I did not expected this and was shoved off my feet and on to the ground in a sitting position. I quickly got back up.

"Stop him!" Farmer shouted at me. He suddenly fell over and tripped. His loyal Miltanks swarmed over to help him.

"I don't have time for you!" Thief shouted and started running again.

"Growlithe go! Use your flamethrower," I said sending him out. A column of flames hit the retreating Scyther in the back. Scyther screeched in pain and turned to face his opponent.

VS.

"Just finish this fast, Scyther!" Theif told his Scyther. He faced was even more angry and annoyed. This time though, his eyes were aimed at me. It almost as if he had lasers coming out of his eyes with his intense glare.

Scyther attacked wildly with some quick slashes of his deadly blades. Growlithe was quickly cut in many places and was whimpering from the pain. Growlithe retaliated with Ember but Scyther leapt back avoiding the attack.

"Just tag him with a fire attack and use Ember everytime he gets close," I suggested.

"Scyther, cut him to pieces!" Theif ordered

Gowlithe drew in a deep breath and shot out with a column of flames. Scyther leapt aside but his feet were burned a little. That would slow Scyther down immensely. Scyther tried to attack anyways by using his wings to fly. The wings were obviously not used much by this Scyther because he was slow and clumsy. His flight was also a little irratic. Another Flamethrower from Growlithe put Scyther out of the match.

"Scyther, you're useless! Get'em Tauros!" Theif shouted. He recalled Scyther and untied Tauros from the crate full of Miltank milk. His Tauros snorted and pawed at the ground a few times. It was a sure sign he was gonna charge.

"Tear that kid apart!" Theif shouted pointing at me. Barely any Pokémon could stop Tauros's charges and none of my Pokémon could do it in the few seconds I had. Sending them out to take a hit for me was too low of a thing to do.

"I don't think so!" the farmer! His army of Miltank attacked with Roll out. Tauros was stopped in his tracks and knocked over unconsious.

"What going on here?" the door to the police station swung open to reveal Officer Jenny. When she saw what was happening, she leapt at the theif and wrestled him to the ground. Jenny forced him to recall his injured Tauros. He was handcuffed and pulled on to his feet.

"You, it was all your fault! I'll get you for this!" Theif accused me.

"You have the right to be quiet. Anything you say can and will be used against you," said Jenny dragging him towards the police station.

"You stopped him even though I accused you a thief. How can I ever thank you?" Farmer said.

"Uh......um.....," I mumbled not being able to think of anything.

"I know, you can have the milk that the theif got," Farmer suggested.

"Thanks," I said grabbing a bottle. I opened it and took a long gulp. It was cold, refreshing, and tasted great. I couldn't carry all the milk by myself so I had all my Pokémon out to get a bottle of their own. After that, I have two bottles left to save up for later.
