"Oh man, it's getting late," I mumbled opening the door to the Pokémon Center and stumbled in with a yawn. Not a second later, I was approached by a very angry Nurse Joy.

"Young man, do you know how late it is? You should go to bed, now!" Joy scolded me like a parent. She pointed to the direction of the rooms. I followed the direction she pointed and found an empty room to sleep in. My Pokémon slept outside of their Pokéballs around me.

The room was very plain and nothing special. Their was a 2 bunkbeds and nothing else inside. The walls were painted a light creamy pink and the blankets neatly folded in the beds were of the same color. The sheets and pillows were all white of course. The place looked extremely clean.

I changed quickly at the nearby restroom in to comfortable shorts and t-shirt and curled up in the bottom bed. The bed and pillow were surprisingly soft and were not heard like most hotel beds. Scyther sat up against the wall with his eyes closed. He could be meditating or sleeping, I couldn't tell the difference. Umbreon layed in the corner curled up in a ball. Azulmarril and Ivysaur shared the top bunk. Growlithe slept at the other end of my bed, just out of my feet's reach if I happend to kick in my sleep.

Two figures appeared in dark black and red area. The floor was invicible or not there at all. One of the figures was a little taller than the other. The first one was Celebi. She was panting visibly and had minor injuries on almost every single part of her body. The other was a pitch black Gengar that was also panting and had his tongue drooping out a little when he was not attacking, blocking, or moving.

Celebi attacked with a wave of her psychic powers but her opponent blocked just in time. Gengar counter attacked with a bolt of black energy, Night Shade. Celebi could not dodge in time and was blown backwards by the powerful attack. Celebi attacked again with another wave of psychic powers. Gengar attacked with his own wave of darkness. Both energy waves clashed, energy sparkling brightly. Both Pokémon concentrated with all their strength. Nothing seems to happend for a minute. Suddenly Celebi's bright blue wave of psychic power shot forward going right through the surprised Gengar. Gengar fell over and started to dissolve. Bits and pieces of dark energy sprouted off of Gengar until Gengar disappeared with a flash of light and a cry of agony. Celebi fell over in pain. Everything faded to darkness.

Celebi appeared right in front of me. She was still looked extremely tired and hurt. <Please hurry.......,> Celebi than collapsed as everything faded to black again.

Azulmarril's Point of View

Midnight, the perfect time for a snack. I got up and slowly climbed down the small ladder from the floor to the top bed. Umbreon looked at me like he does every night I sneak in to the nearest kitchen for a snack. Like every night I do this, he stares at me for a second and then goes back to sleep.

I made my way outside the room without waking anyone. Nurse Joy was awake by now. I headed towards to backroom and easily avoided the alarms that a man/woman would have a hard time going through because of the size difference. I made my ways to the refrigerator.

A dull *Thump!* made me look up. "Mar.......(What......)?" I wondered. A large bubble of water floated above me. It suddenly popped drenching me wet.

Azulmarril Azulmarril marril (I can't believe you fell for that)!" cried a voice from a top the refrigerator. The female Azulmarril sat on top laughing and pointing at my angry expression. She hopped down from the refrigerator and smiled. "Azulmarril marril Azulmarril (Come'on, don't be mad. Just admit I got you really good)," she said and smiled again.

"Azul (Whatever)!" I grumbled.

"Azulmarril mar marril Azulmarril (By the way, my name is Bubbles)," she said ignoring my rude remark.

"Azulmar marril (My trainer didn't give me a name)," I said feeling a little stupid. Not much was said after that. We got some milk from the refridgerator and some chips from the one of the many cabinets. We sat in silence except for the crunching sound of the chips.

"Azulmarril marril (You have a milk mustache)," Bubbles pointed at my face and laughed.

"Azulmarril (You do too)," I said and laughed along with her.

Morning
My View

I spat the minty tooth paste and water out of my mouth at the sink. I cleaned my toothbrush and packed up ready to leave again. It was about 9 in the morning. I was going through the usual morning routine, using the restroom and packing up. My Pokémon were beginning to wake up. Scyther and Umbreon were early wakers but they usually go back to sleep if I saty in a Pokémon Center.

"Ivysaur saur Ivysaur (Azulmarril is missing)!" Ivysaur shouted with alarm. I looked up from the t-shirt I was packing in to my backpack.

"He is!?" I asked back surprised. We searched the whole bedroom only find out that he wasn't inside. I recalled all my Pokémon back in to their Pokéballs and went out to continue my search.

Not one minute after I got out, a young girl around my age approached me. She reminded me of someone but I can't quite remember. She had short brown hair with a bow in it and shiney blue eyes that was on her almost child-like face. She had on a blue dress made out of jeans-like material. Her pale skin seems to bring out her eyes more. Although she was pale, weak would not be a word I use to describe her.

"Have you seen my Azulmarril, name Bubbles?" she asked me with a worried expression.

"No, my Azulmarril is missing too," I replied.

"Oh ,I'm sorry. Maybe we should look for them together. My name is Molly, what's yours?" the girl asked.

"Lucky," I answered. We searched all over the Pokémon Center and finially found them in an empty recovery room. The door was closed and locked. Nurse Joy had the key though so we got inside rather quickly.

Inside the room sat many beds and various doctor's equipment. The two Azulmarrils were sleeping, cuddled up against each other. Both had a wide smile on their face.

"Bubbles!" Molly exclaimed with excitment and ran towards her Pokémon.

"Wait, you shouldn't do that!" I warned a bit too late. Azulmarril woke up and sprayed a surprised Molly all wet. Both Azulmarril burst out laughing at her.

After Molly dried up, we continued on our seperate ways. Molly was heading back for the Fog and Hive Badges. I had to keep going to find a strong potion for Celebi. It was in the next city.

My Pokémon walked all around me. I found that it was much better to have them around me while traveling. Besides having company, walking kept Pokémon in shape better than any Pokéball. Scyther moved at a steady pace, always a few steps ahead. Umbreon walked slightly ahead of me, perking his ears up every few minutes. Growlithe would run ahead and then wait for me to catch, then the cycle would start over again. Ivysaur walked with me, not exactly ahead or behind. I noticed that Azulmarril was lagging behind however. His ears drooped and he was less talkative.

"Azulmarril, is something wrong?" I asked him while still walking. Scyther heard the conversation and dropped back a few paces to listen in on the conversation.

"Azul(*sigh)........," It was the only response I got.

"Scyther Scy (It is obvious, Azulmarril is in love)," Scyther said with an all-knowing smile. Azulmarril blushed and stared downwards at the road, embarrassed.

"Is that true, Azulmarril?" I asked, stopping and looking at him. Azulmarril blushed more and nodded slowly. "Well, we have to go back then," I said. We headed back to the city.

I found Molly in the Pokémon Center. She was getting ready to leave. Azulmarril ran past her to Bubbles as soon as she was in view. "We were just about to go looking for you," Molly said with a smile. We sat beside each other on couch, both suddenly silent. The silence made me uneasy. The unmentioned question of who got to keep both Azulmarril were in both our minds. It wasn't right to seperate them.

"So..., what happends now?" I broke the uneasy silence. Molly looked at me and then at the ground. She had no answers. I was clueless as well. I picked up my Pokédex and searched for the file on Azulmarril and mating habits.

*Ding!* "Once Azulmarril fall in love, they will most likely stay together for the rest of their lives," Dexter stated.

"I know, we'll ask Professor Oak. He must have deal with this kind of problem before after sending some many trainers out," Molly suggested.

"Great idea," I agreed. I pulled up Oak's phone number on my Pokédex and we went to call him at one of the Center's Vid Phones.

"Hello, who is it?" A old man's voice rang from the receiver. Professor Oak appeared on the screen. He was currently grooming a Pikachu.

"Hi Profesor Oak. It's me, Molly," Molly greeted.

"Oh, hi Molly. I haven't seen you since the Unown incident. My, you have grown up these past years," Professor Oak words surprised me. She was....

"Professor Oak, I have an emergency. This trainer's and my Azulmarril are in love and we can't decide what to do with them," Molly quickly explained. Oak nodded and then placed his hand on his chin, thinking for a few seconds.

"I suppose I could take care of them. My habitat would be a perfect place for them," said Oak.

"That could work," I mumbled.

"But the Azulmarril won't be able to battle for many years. They will eventually have a baby and take care of it for a while," Oak informed us.

"That's ok, as long as they're happy," I said. We got both our Pokémon to private rooms for good byes. I would probably never see Azulmarril again if I was to go home. My Pokémon were still out of their pokéballs, after all, they should have a chace to say goodbye to Azulmarril too.

"Azulmarril marril Azulmarril (What do you want to talk about)?" Azulmarril asked as I closed the door.

"Azulmarril, I'm going to send you to Professor Oak's so you can be with Bubbles. There, u can raise a family and everything," I told him.

"Azulmarril marril Azulmarril (Will I see you again)?" Azulmarril asked.

"Everytime me and Oak call each other," I answered.

"Azulmarril Azulmarril Azulmarril (What about when you get home)?" Azulmarril asked me. His eyes were already tearing up. The light reflected off his eyes giving him a Japanese anime look.

"I don't know. But you're gonna be a family man. If I leave, then you're responsibility is to stay with Bubbles and your future kids," I said petting him on the head.

"Azulmarril (Kids)?" Azulmarril questioned. I smiled despite the sad situation. In truth, I was forcing back my own tears. I knew that I would probably never see Azulmarril again.

"Kids," I answered and hugged him tightly. He did the same with his short arms as best as he could. We sat there in the same position for a minute, unsure of what to say next. Meanwhile, the tears flowed slowly out of both our eyes. "It's time," I said breaking the silence.

"Azulmarril Azulmarril Azulmarril (Thank you....for letting me......do this)," Azulmarril said. I stepped back letting my Pokémon take their turns.

"Scyther Scyther Scy Scyther (I enjoy fighting at your side, you were...are a fine soldier)," Scyther complemented.

"Growlithe Growlithe Grow (I'll miss Mr. Azulmarril)" yipped Growlithe.

"Ivysaur Ivysaur Ivy Ivysaur Ivy (Take care my friend, it'll be a long trip without you,)" said Azulmarril.

Last but not least was Umbreon. Both at one time fought against each other as rivals would. Both almost completely different in personality. Umbreon walked up close to Azulmarril. He raised his right paw in a handshake position. "Umbreon Umbreon bre Umbreon (You were a worthy opponent)," a compliment from Umbreon. Azulmarril smiled and shook his hand/paw.

"This is probably the last time I'll ever say it....," I mumbled. Everyone turn their attention to me and the small round object I held in my hands. "Azulmarril return!" I said louder than usual. Azulmarril was sucked back in to his Pokéball. I got the the lobby, where Molly was waiting. Her red eyes told she had been crying too.

"Ready?" I asked silently. We placed out pokéball in to the slot. With a flash of light, both were gone. Professor Oak got them and held in balls in front of us.

"They were transported successfully. Don't worry, these two will be just fine," Oak reassured us.

"Please take good care of them," Molly pleaded.

Professor Oak nodded and answered "I will. Let me get these two settled in. I will call you back tomorrow to tell you how they are doing." Molly and I nodded. We all said our good byes and hang up.

Night time, the camp fire made from a match I had shone brightly. All my Pokémon sat around queitly, even the energetic Growlithe. Crickets chirped all around me. My small tent was behind me as I sat near the fire. I poked it with a stick. We were all affected by Azulmarril's disappearance. It was on everyone's mind.

"I'm gonna miss him," I said breaking the silence.

"Scyther scyther scyther scyther scyther scy scyther (All warriors eventually fighting, the best reason that is is because of love)," Scyther said with an all-knowing look. I turned to look at him thoughtfully and nodded understanding. I could see Umbreon agreeing even though he was still silent.

"Growl.......Growlithe (A girl.......? Ew!" Growlithe said from where he was sitting. Everyone laughed at him, even Umbreon. "Growlithe growlithe (Whats so funny)?" Growlithe asked.

"Ivysaur ivy ivysaur ivysaur (Just wait for a few more years and you'll be begging for girls)," said Ivysaur with a grin.

"Growlithe growl (No way! Ew)!" Growlithe said. That brought a another round of laughter to everyone.
