Here is the second chapter of my surprise sequel, Trapped in Johto. What do you think so far? Too familiar to the TV show? Should I make a few changes? E-mail me at Luckvillag@aol.com please. Here goes Chapter 2. Disclaimer: I will never own Pokémon, but I wish I did... Trapped in Johto Chapter 2 Preparations I dashed in to the Pokémon Center and to the counter. Nurse Joy was there as usual. She was just handing some Pokéballs to some trainers as I reached the counter. "Nurse Joy, can you heal my Pokémon?" I asked. "Sure," Joy took my Pokémon but then suddenly stopped. "You're new around here aren't you? Can I see your Pokémon Liscense please?" Joy asked. I took the laminated card I had for a liscense back in my own dimension. I felt proud when I first got it but felt like an idiot holding it here. I gave the card to Joy. Nurse Joy sighed. "Bill, it's another one!" Joy called to the backroom. A guy in a white lab coat and green hair came out. He had one Pokéball in his hands minimized. (You know what Bill looks like in the TV show, he has GREEN hair!) He looked at me and forced a smile. "I'm Bill, please to meet you," said Bill holding out his hand. I shook his hand slowly. "Lucky," I answered. Bill handed me a Pokédex and a few empty Pokéballs from his pocket. He also gave me some money. "Thanks," I said. "Be careful out there, this is not a game. I'll get you home soon enough," said Bill. At the mention of home, I realized how much I missed my family. I couldn't do anything to get back to my home but at least I could train my Pokémon here. I always wondered what training Pokémon in the Pokémon World would be like. Nurse Joy gave me back my Pokémon. (If you guys would look back to the first story, you would see that Brock mention Bill's dimensional machine explode. It's Bill's responsibility to send me and other trainers back.) Bill left and Nurse Joy went to tend other trainers' Pokémon. "Let's go get some equipment," I suggested. I went to the big multi- storied building mall for my stuff. I went inside the mall. Inside was like any other mall at home but their was a lot more Pokémon stuff around. People walked in groups carrying large shopping bags and occasionally a Pokémon on their shoulders. A Macy's was a few hundred feet to my right. Smaller shops lined the walls around me. The mall was huge! I went in to a camping/hiking shop and bought most of my traveling equipment. This included a large backpack, tent, and sleeping bag. I went to a trainers store to get Pokémon healing items and trainers rations(food). I went to the Macy's to get some clothing. It took hours since I was never a clothing shopper but I finailly made a decision. These mostly included blue shirts, t- shirts, jogging pants, shorts, and a thick jacket. I didn't like jeans or khakis so I avoided them. After all that stuff, I had a heavy backpack that reminded me of a backpack filled with my binder and two textbooks. I also had zero money left. I went out of the mall. "What do you guys wanna do now?" I asked my Pokémon. they were still in their Pokéballs. But they could still hear me and answer too. It was because of the clear top. "Ivysaur (catch new Pokémon)!" Ivysaur shouted. "Marril(yeah)!" Marril agreed. I went out towards the forest. I could feel the wait of my camping gear weighing me down. The hot sun beamed down on my head as I entered the quiet forest. "Come out everyone," I said letting both my Pokémon out. We started to search through bushes and trees for Pokémon. Their was nothing except for a Zubat that flew away after I threw a rock in a tree. "Marril Mar (Can we rest now)?" Marril asked after about an hour. I nodded and sat down on the floor. Ivysaur and Marril came and sat down beside me. "After all this time, I only found a Zubat that flew away. Wahoo," I said sarcasticly. I was frustrated that I couldn't find a Pokémon to catch at all. I picked up a rock and threw it at some bushes. A surprising *bonk!* caught my ears. "Vee vee!" an angry voice rang from the bush I threw the rock in. An angry Eevee jumped out growling. "Marril, attack!" I said pointing at the Eevee. After a few seconds, nothing happend. I looked back and saw Marril and Ivysaur trying to stand up from complete exhaustion from looking for Pokémon. I almost fell down from feeling stupid. I took an elixir and gave it to Marril. Marril hoped up with a sudden burst of energy. Eevee took this moment to charge forward with all its strength. Marril sprayed a watergun straight in to Eevee's enrage face. Eevee was sent tumbling backwards. "Ivysaur, do Sleep Powder," I said giving him an elixir. Eevee tackled Marril as this was happening. Ivysaur lept forward spraying a cloud of blue powder at Eevee. Eevee tried its best to stay awake but couldn't. He was soon snoozing away in la la land. "Good job, now let's try the Pokéball," I said throwing an empty Pokéball. The ball hit Eevee turning it in to pure energy and sucked it inside. The Pokéball shook as Eevee struggled. A satisfying *Ding!* rang out soon afterwards. "Yes!" I exclaimed jumping up. I ran over to the Pokéball and picked it up. "Ivysaur Ivy(Finially, a new friend)," said Ivysaur with a smile. "Marril (A rookie)," Marril before bursting out with laughter. That's the end of chapter two. Tell me what you think. Send an E-mail at Luckvillag@aol.com. IM me if you want.
