"Sandslash, Fury Swipes," said the Trainer. His name was Rob, the bug catching contest winner. He had challenge me becuase I was second place in the contest.

"Scyther, use you Fury Swipes too," I said.

VS.

It had been a long battle. Skarmory gave Azulmarril a good beating. Umbreon trounced his new Pinsir and Ivysaur was still resting. It was tie and this last match would settle the score. It was Scyther versus his Sandslash.

Scyther leapt off his feet, his wings flittering furiously. Sandslash took a swing at him with his sharp claws. Scyther blocked and counter attacked with a wild slash. The blade hit Sandslash's spikey back and bounced off almost harmlessly. Sandslash cut with his other hand connecting with Scyther's leg. Scyther glared at his opponent and took a few swipes with his claws. Sandslash received one blow before rolling in a ball and jumping backwards.

"Slash'em," said Rob.

"Use your speed," I said.

Sandslash drew back his claws and took an impressive slash but it missed. Scyther used his Agility to get behind Sandslash. Sandslash turned around his claws raised again but was interrupted by a horizontal Slash in the soft exposed stomach by Scyther but he was ready for more.

"Concentrate Sandslash, you can get'em," Rob cheered him on.

"Be careful, Scyther!" I warned.

Scyther used his Fury Swipes delivering four quick blows. Sandslash blocked all four blows and countered with his own. The two Pokémon fought using their claws as their main weapon. It was like watching a heated sword match. Scyther had more speed but Sandslash had his armored back and more strength. They both slashed wildly, blades *CLANG!*ing loudly.

Their blades flashed faster than any normal human eyes to follow.

"Use Pursuit," I said.

"Rolling Tackle, Sandslash," instructed Rob.

Scyther suddenly drew back fro mthe sword fighting and thrust forward claw first. The claw was surrounded by blackDark energy. Sandslash tried to back away but was surprised by Scyther's sudden burst of speed. He was blown on to his stomach as the blow connected. Scyther closed in for the finishing touch. Sandslash, sensing him, suddenly rosed to his feet running and tackling Scyther with his semi-armored head.

"Keep him down with a claw and slash with the other," Rob quickly instructed.

"Kick, pretend you're running," I suggested.

Scyther turned to me with a confused look on his face. Sandslash ignored it and forced the struggling Scyther down with the flat side of his left claw. I made a kicking motion with my feet while I had Scyther's attention. Sandslash cut in to Scyther's right shoulder with a mean Slash. I was amazed that Scyther didn't cry out in pain. He kicked Sandslash in the stomach like I showed him. Scyther got up and went in with another Dark Pursuit. Sandslash was knocked on to his back and was unable to battle anymore. Scyther looked ready to collapse.

"Quite a fighter you got there," said Rob. He gave me half his cash and walked away. I stuff the money in my pocket.

"Good job," I said to Scyther. He came over to me and got on his knees in a bowing position. His blades were firmly planted in the ground.

"Whoa, whoa, get up," I said. I looked the idea of being bowed to but it just didn't feel right. Scyther slowly and reluntantly got up. I held out my Pokédex to see what Scyther was doing.

"Pokémon usually show respect to their trainer by bowing to them. This Pokémon seem to have very honorable traits," the Pokédex beeped.

"Um...., well, you don't have to bow to me," I said.

"Scyther Scy.....," Scyther began to protest.

"Look, you have to listen to me. I say treat me like a friend or ally, not a superior," I interrupted. Scyther looked at me for a moment, I could see a slight sparkle of pride in his eyes.

"Scy (Very well)," Scyther agreed.

The open roads seem to stretch on forever as I did nothing but walk and walk and walk some more. It seemed to be the thing Pokémon trainers did most. The next city was Ecruteak but there was also a short cut to Violet and the Flying Gym. I soon got tired to stop to rest and leaned against a tree as usual. It was a small tree but it was enough for me.

"Do?" A small voice question. I turned my head looking for the source of the sound. I saw nothing and figured that I just imagined it. A sudden movement against my back made me turn around. The only thing I saw was a green and brown fist. I was in hit in the head hard and fell clumsily on to my back unconscious. The last thing I remembered was the sun shining in my eyes and my Pokéballs rolling out of my pocket.

Ivysaur's Point of View

I was shook awake from my nap as my Pokéball suddenly shook and rolled out of the dark pocket of Lucky's shorts. A wild Pokémon stood over Lucky with his fist raised. Lucky lied on the ground with a bleeding forehead. I had to help him!

I struggled against the Pokéballs hold on me. I rammed myself against the wall wildly. I was about to give up from exhaustion when I heard a loud audible*POP!* and I was out. The Sudowoodo turned his attention my way as all of Lucky's Pokémon came from their Pokéballs with a glare at the Sudowoodo.

Scyther was the first to charge, blades flashing. His attack was cut short however and Scyther was thrown back with a barrage of stones. Another, older, Sudowoodo appeared and shouted something to the other one. Umbreon jumped in next a Faint Attack that sent the older Sudowoodo off his feet. I followed with a Razor Leaf that hit the smaller one and Azulmarril knocked out him out with Watergun.

The other Sudowoodo threw a barrage of stones everywhere. I myself was hisi n the back damaging my beautiful flower. While we were distracted, the older Sudowoodo carried the other one away. Needless to say, I was pretty mad.

Meanwhile Lucky's Point of View

The world was black. The darkness surrounded me, I could not see anything at all until suddenly red clouds flashed. It was an angry firey flash and seemed to come from the darkness. I wanted to close my eyes but found that I couldn't. A single figure appeared. It was human shaped but much shorter. It seemed to be coming closer to me.

Celebi stood before me. She was a complete mess, bruises and patches of blood was all over her. She was hurt. She was tired. Celebi collapsed but she remained awake. " Celebi whispered. She then closed her eyes, forced to unconsciousness by her exhaustion.

The darkness suddenly started to spin. Dark grey lines spun along making me more dizzy than ever. Celebi disappared completely from view. The world spun so fast, I blacked out from my dream world.

Back to Ivysaur's Point of View

My vines hit the stone that the old Sudowoodo threw at me. My vines deflected the stone. I watched as Umbreon was kicked aside and was blasted by Azulmarril's Bubblebeam. Scyther went in with a fast Pursuit attack. I finshed him off with a Razor Leaf. But another Sudowoodo appeared from the cave we were in front of. It was a female Sudowoodo.

She came out followed by a few small Sudowoodo that was about half her height. Scyther went for the a hit but quickly lifted his blade in to the swing so it would miss. He flew aside from the mother Sudowoodo and her children. The Sudowoodo raised her arms and yelled for her kids to get back in the cave.

"She has children?" Azulmarril shouted confused.

"This isn't right," I said.

"That stupid Sudowoodo shouldn't have been fooling around," Umbreon said and turned his back away. He walked back towards Lucky. Scyther went to appologize and told her what happend.

Back to Lucky's Point of View

"Celebi!" I woke up and shouted. My head throbbed from the punch I received. I groaned feeling my head and got back up. Umbreon got back to me first. He nodded to me and helped me up.

"Ivysaur Ivysaur Ivy (I explained everything to the Sudowood)," said Ivysaur running back.

"Sudowoodo?" I asked confused. Ivysaur sighed and began a story of how a Sudowoodo thought I was gonna hurt their babies and punched me to protect them. But now everything was now explained and now I could go in peace. I decided to leave the Sudowoodo alone because they had children. I walked to the next city with my Pokémon all around me. Meanwhile, my head kept throbing with pain. I would have to get it examined at the next city.

I still remember the dream with Celebi in it. She needed my help but I didn't know where she was. I told my Pokémon about it on the way. They all believed me and were eager to help Celebi but like me, had no idea how to. I guess I'll just have to wait until she tries to contact me again.

Yes, I know this chapter has no point. Yes, I know it's like a filler episode of Pokémon. But what about the dream? Oops, I said too much already. Who knows what comes next(besides me) and what will happend to Lucky? Please please e-mail me at Luckvillag@aol.com.
