Last time in our story...if you want to know, check out the last few chapters. Don't be lazy ^_^. Anyway, enough of my babbling, onward to the story. I always leave my e-mail address on the beginning and end of my stories and I on't plan to stop now. E-mail me at Luckvillag@aol.com. Disclaimer: I don't own Pokémon and I doubt that I ever will. Warning: This part contains the word "h*ll" in it. Update: I would like to confess something, Lucky was suppose to be based on me. But he has gotten too nice. Maybe he's a little bit of me and Ash. I could be Lucky's evil side.....MWAHAHAHA! Also, Ness is getting tired of Pokémon and will not be included in future stories (He requested that I kill him off). I still hangout with him, we both like DBZ and videogames! Chapter 12 Team Rocket Run-in It was Sunday. I got out of the last day of Chinese school. I decided to go Pokémon hunting after that. I ran in to the forest instead of the grassy field. thier was stronger Pokémon there. Ivysaur was at my side as always. "Rata!" screamed a mad wild Rattata launching itself towards me. Ivysaur easily got rid of Rattata by wraping a vine around Rattata's body and throwing it in some bushes. We continued in to the forest. "Hey! Come back here!" screamed the man's voice. Ahead of me was Mike being chased by two Rockets. Mike was heading deeper in the forest towards me. "Come'on, let's get them!" I said. Mike got the idea and turned around sending Dratini at the Rocket members. The faster member of the 2 Rockets send out an Arbok. That guy was probably a beginner or something. He looked younger than most Team Rocket Members, about eleven or ten. He had shaggy brown hair with black eyes. He had sort of a clumsiness in him that told you he was not an experienced trainer and he wore the standard black Team Rocket uniform. The Arbok was also different looking than must other Arboks. Its skin was visibly darker, some of it was actually looked gray. The patterns on its skin was a lot different too. It was darker and looked a lot harsher. The other Rocket was an old man in a standard black Team Rocket uniform with out the hat. He had a beard that went about one and an inch long. Half his face was hidden by his hat. This guy was obviously been in Team Rocket longer than the his partner. He arrived about ten seconds after his partner and threw a Pokéball. Nothing came out but nothing was captured either. A Golbat suddenly appeared giving Ivysaur a weak but sneaky bite. Ivysaur shooked him off. This Golbat was also a whole lot different. ITs blue-ish color was not more green than blue. Both Arbok and Golbat was this look in thier eyes that kind of scared me for some strange reason. Maybe because the innocentness was gone or something, I just couldn't tell. "Thunderwave, knock that Golbat out of the sky," said Mike. Dratini reared up and threw waves of electricity at Golbat. Golbat tried to get away but was unsuccessful. Golbat fell to the ground when his wings suddenly couldn't move. "Poison Mist," said the Arbok's trainer. Arbok made a creepy hissing sound as green smoke came out of his mouth. "Run for it and don't breathe in the smoke," I said. Mike, our Pokémon, and I took off until the Arbok and his friends were out of sight. I was beginning to wonder about the dark colored Pokémon. Something about them was so familiar. I got sudden flashback. ----------------------------------------Start Flashback------------------------- ----------------- "Oh man, that's my third non-holo Dark Arbok," I complained after opening up my brand new Pokémon Team Rocket booster pack. "Well, it has a good attack," said Stealth trying to cheer me up. ----------------------------------------End Flashback--------------------------- ----------------- "Dark Arbok and Dark Golbat from the game," I remembered. Golbat suddenly appeared slamming himself in to Dratini but couldn't fight paralyzation, he fell to the ground backside up, helpless. Dratini and Ivysaur then decided to knock out Golbat before it could get back up with a few quick blows to the head. Arbok jumped out from behind the bushes spitting Stings at our Pokémon. Ivysaur was hit badly but still able to battle. Dratini only took a glancing blow. "Arbok, use your Acid attack to get rid of them!" said the Rocket that was Arbok's trainer. "Use Leech Seed, recharge your energy," I said. "Dragon rage," said Mike. Arbok took aim and spat acid at Dratini. Dratini was hit pretty badly. He screeched loudly in a pain as the acid burned his skin. Mike looked very worried. Ivysaur took this moment to place a seed on Arbok and make it grow. He rerouted the energy to be given off to Dratini instead of himself. Arbok took aim for another Acid attack, but got tangled in the Leech Seed's vines and landed face first on the floor. "Return Arbok," said the Rcoket. Arbok disappeared in to his Pokéball. "I'll get you for this, kid!" threatened the Arbok trainer's partner. He went at me with an impressive flying jump kick. But before I would have gotten hit, Ivysaur's used his vine to the tie the guy up in mid air. "Guess again, kid," said the other younger Rocket throwing what looked like a gray ball to the ground. *Boom!* The smoke bomb went off leaving everyone but the Rockets coughing. They were gone when the smoke cleared away. "What the hell did you do?" I demanded angrily. "I was spying on them doing something to an Eevee that they just caught," explained Mike. He led me to a clearing in the forest. In the clearing was a cage with a whining restless Eevee inside. The Eevee went in circles in the small cage. It was full of energy. Next to that was a shot with some black liquid inside. Thier was also a Thunder, Fire, and Water Stones near the cage. "I'm gonna keep him," said Mike pointing to the energetic Pokémon. "You mean steal him," I corrected. "It's not stealing, they never caught it with a Pokéball. Besides, you want Team Rocket to have another weapon at thier side. you want them to fill Eevee with this black junk?" argued Mike. "Fine! But I get to keep the stones and the black stuff," I said. "At least leave me a stone to evolve Eevee,"said Mike. I left the Fire Stone for him and kept the other stones for myself. I took the vial of black stuff out of the shot and carried it home. I wanted to keep it as evidence incase the police got Team Rocket. I didn't know what it does anyway, maybe I could find a scientist to check it out for me. One thing's for sure, I'll never use it on my Pokémon. "I'm going home, Ivysaur needs rest from all the damage he took from that Arbok. I forgot to bring my potions. Bye!" I said and left for home. "See ya later!" Mike called out. Not exactly the longest chapter, but it will do. Anyway, Tiger of the Wind has given me a great idea for chapter 14. I need to capture another Pokémon in chapter 13 first. But I promise you that Chapter 14, 15, and maybe 16 will be unlike any other chapters you read in this series. Thanks a lot Tiger! But even Tiger doesn't know what gonna happend. I don't wanna spoil this to anyone! I still need more ideas for after those chapters, so please send them in. Send all comments, questions, and even flames to me at Luckvillag@aol. But you'll hurt my feelings if you send a flame :( . "Yup, Suezo's right, you're even more grasping then m-- Suezo, I'm hurt!" -Hare, Monster Rancher Monsters Rules! Monster Rancher! ^_^
