Chapter 17 is finially here. I know i'm getting lazy. But it is because of school and I just got Pokémon Silver. Pokémon Silver is really cool so far and I bet it's gonna get better. Ok, here goes chapter 17! Chapter 17 The Games *Splash!* Cold water hit my face. I woke up sputtering and coughing. "Marril Mar (He's alive)!" Marril shouted happily. "Ivysaur, Ivy ( I knew it)," said Ivysaur. They both went and we had a group hug. My chest still hurt from the psybeam I received but otherwise I was okay. I looked around and saw that I was in a cage of some sort. Everything but the floor and the cell bars were made out of a white marble. It was polished in to a smooth shiny surface. The floor was made our of hard concrete and the bars were solid metal of some sort. There was a bed with blue sheets on the right side of the room. On the left was a rack of potions and other healing items. In the back of the room was a door to the restroom. The restroom was windowless of course. The cages were put in rows with a long hallway between the two rolls of cages. "Hey, you new around here?" someone with a slight accent shouted at me. I looked through the bars of my cage and saw someone in the cage across from mine talking to me. He was an Asian guy with short spikey black hair. He had glasses on his round face over friendly eyes. He had a black vest over a white t-shirt with blue shorts. He had thick black boots like the kind the army wears. His two Pokémon, Graveler and Scyther were right behind him. "Yeah," I said. "My name's Eric, what's yours?" he asked. "Lucky," I answered. "Well, you're now officially forced in to Rocket games. You'll have to battle Team Rocket's newest experiments for entertainment purposes. The potions and elixirs will recover your Pokémon between matches," Eric explained. "Don't they treat you like a slave or something," I said noting his clean clothes and appeared not to be injured in any way. "No, more like a good entertainment in a cage," Eric answered. "Scyther Scy!" said Scyther reminding Eric something. He sounded rather angry. Eric sighed sadly giving Scyther a good pat on the back. "They like to experiment with some of the Pokémon, like Scyther," Eric translated sighing again. Scyther nodded slowly before sitting down. The door at the end of the hallway suddenly burst open. Five armed guards walked in. The guards wore light Roman-like armor (If you watch the episode where Ash got his Earth Badge...). They each carried a spear. I couldn't see their faces because it was hidden under their helmet. They pointed the long sharp spears at me in an almost threatening manner. "You will be in the next battle!" they all shouted in unison. The walls and the floor started to glow. I blinked and suddenly I was in a stadium. I was teleported. Everything was made out of the same white marble as the cages' walls but the floor. The stadium was built like a Roman colloseum. I guess Team Rocket boss Giovanni liked the style. The floor was a sandy brown color. Millions of Rocket sat as the audience cheering loudly. I realized I was standing in a trainer box. On the other side of the stadium was a Rocket scientist clutching a Pokéball. "Machamp go!" said the scientist tossing the Pokéball. A Dark Machamp popped out. There was something different about this Machamp though, but I couldn't figure it out. "Go ahead, let's go 2 against 1!" dared the scientist. "Look alive, guys. Spread out and stay sharp. One hit can be disasterous," I said. Ivysaur went to the left side and Marril went to the right. I took another look at the muscular Dark Machamp. It seemed to be shaking with uncontrollible power. It was red with rage and had a vein popping out of its forhead. Then, the idea struck me like a lightning bolt. It was missing its power save belt that all Machokes and Machamps had. This Machamp did not have the belt. "Quick, the sleep powder." I said. Ivysaur sprayed Sleep Powder all over Machamp's face but that didn't do any good. Machamp stood their as if nothing happend. "Attack," said the scientist. Marril lauched a strong stream of water. Machamp walked right through it and kicked Marril like a Soccer ball. Marril landed bruised and battered, but not beatened yet. Ivysaur threw razor sharp leaves at Machamp. Machamp looked extremely annoyed at the cut on his arm. He picked up Ivysaur and threw him across the stadium. "Work together, combine Razor Leaf and Water Gun attack," I coached. Marril sprayed water at Machamp. Ivysaur put leaves in the stream of water. Leaves hit Machamp at high speed. The attack hurt Machamp but it was not enough. Machamp picked both of my Pokémon up and slammed them together. Then he threw them down on the ground hard. Both Pokémon were out cold. I recalled both of them to their Pokéballs. "You only won because your master took your belt," I said suddenly feeling like a sore loser. But all Machamps were suppose to have a power save belt. Machamp turned around with a look of surprise. He then grabbed the scientist. "Machamp Ma!" Machamp roared. He then turned practically bright red and collapsed. I heard Marril laugh fron inside his Pokéball. The audience roared with laughter. Another flash of light and I was back in my cage again. They must have teleported me back. I quickly used the potions on my Pokémon to recover them. "That was cool!" Eric congragulated from his cage. His telvision was turned on with the stadium on it. They must have recorded the battles for all the prisoners to watch. "I gotta go home," I said. "Don't even try, they got cameras on us," said Eric. I looked up and saw the four cameras on each corner that I did not notice before. "Marril, Water Gun!" I shouted. Marril sprayed water at each camera short circuiting them. "No! You shouldn't have done that! They're gonna give you a beating," Eric shouted. "Let them try!" I shouted hearing footsteps down the hall. Chapter 7 has ended. It's gonna be another to be continued thing. Don't you just hate that? Oh well, I guess I'm gonna have to do this again. I wanna play some more Pokémon Silver so bye! "You thought I was a kid and you underestimated me," -Wufei, Gundam Wing Never underestimate anyone no matter what there size.
