This Means War! by Cel3stial drag0N Hey! Well, I got some reviews, so I decided to hurry up and finish Part 4! I thought part 3 was kinda corny, so I'll try to make this chapter better. Seeya, and review! Disclaimer: I don't own pokemon. But if anyone does think I do, send me an email. (my email is at the bottom of the page) Ages (see part 1) Part 4: Truce Over, War Begin "Quiet please!" Mrs. Turner, the P.E. teacher called. (A/N: My P.E. teacher at school was Mrs. Turner ^_~) All the talking ceased. "Please form a single-file line, and I will tell you which bus you are on, which seat, and who you sit next to." 'I wonder who I will sit next to?' Misty thought. 'I hope it's Ash.' The line moved slowly. Misty sighed. This was going to take a while, since the school board had allowed the 12th grade to join the trip if they wanted, causing the student count to double. Misty sighed again. ****** The bus began to move. Misty was staring at the window. Sitting next to her was Melody, who was chatting with Richie across the aisle. All four of the girls and all four of the boys who were participating in the 'war' were on the same bus. However, Misty wasn't sitting next to Ash as she hoped. Instead, Giselle was sitting next to Ash. She was Laselle's sister, and a total snob. Sometimes Misty couldn't even believe Laselle and Giselle are related. "What's wrong, Misty?" Melody asked. "Giselle is sitting next to Ash," she replied. "And knowing her reputation of getting any man she wants, I wouldn't be very surprised if Ash fell for her." "Don't worry, Ash is smart enough to not fall for that brat….I think," she said as an afterthought. "At least we can bring our pokemon to the trip!" "I guess." ****** "So Ash, what pokemon do you have?" Giselle asked sweetly. "Uh, Pikachu, Charizard, Ivysaur, Wartortle, Pidgeot, and Snorlax are the pokemon I have with me right now. Back at the lab, I got Muk, Kingler, Quilava, Meganium, Tododile, Noctowl, Tyranitar, Ursaring, Machoke, Gengar, Alakazam, and 30 Tauros. (A/N: Ash doesn't have all these pokemon, but still, if he did he'd have one heck of a team!) Pikachu's in my backpack, since he doesn't like pokeballs," Ash said, motioning to the bag next to him on the seat. "He's probably napping." "Wow, Ash, you have a great team! I got Marowak, Victrebell, Hypno, Golem, Wigglytuff, and Rhydon." Giselle said. Giselle scooted closer to him. "Isn't it a beautiful view?" she asked, while looking out the window at the mountains. "If you say so," Ash replied. 'Not as beautiful as Misty.' ****** Misty had stopped listening. Their conversations were getting boring. But she was still spying on them. Suddenly, Giselle held Ash's hand and put her head on his shoulder. He didn't notice. It seemed as if he was deep in thought. "All right kids, we're here!" ****** "So, how was the ride, Ash?" Misty asked. "It was ok, it just seemed as if Giselle wanted me to like, be her boyfriend or something," he answered. "If she did ask, would you be her boyfriend?" she asked nervously. "Naw, I'm kinda holding out for another girl, if you know what I mean," he replied breezily. Misty nodded. ****** Misty lay back on her pillow. She was tired, and was ready to go to sleep. The cabin she was in had ten beds for the students and one bed for the councilor. Misty's councilor was a young man named Lance, probably in his early twenties. His job was to watch the ten 10th graders, and make sure they stayed in line. Misty was happy that she was in the same cabin as Ash, his friends, and her friends. This trip was finally looking up. Maybe, just maybe, she could actually have some fun here. (A/N: These were the people in the cabin: Ash, Misty, Duplica, Gary, Richie, Todd, Casey, Laselle, Melody, A.J., and Lance. Brock is in the 12th grade, so he isn't in this cabin. And if you guys don't know who Todd, Casey, and A.J. are, Todd's a photographer Ash and co. met, Casey is a rookie trainer that Ash and co. met, and some people even think she is a female version of Ash, and A.J. was a skilled trainer that Ash and co. met. He has his own gym, but it doesn't give out badges.) "Pillowfight!" Lance suddenly called. Within a second all the boys, with their lightening fast reflexes, had already picked up a pillow and thrown it at someone. The fight continued for about 30 minutes. Gary saw that Ash and Misty were fighting each other, with Ash's back facing him. Gary grinned. He nudged Richie and told him of his simple-yet-effective plan. Richie chuckled. "Nice." ****** Ash was hitting Misty with the pillow, using all his strength. But for some reason, Misty was stronger. Ash was slowly tiring out. He couldn't hold on for long. He didn't notice a boy sneaking up on him. ****** Gary pushed Ash on the back while Richie pushed Misty, making both Ash and Misty collide into each other. They both sniggered. ****** The whole cabin went quiet. Misty was on top of Ash, their lips brushing the others. Misty quickly got up blushing furiously. Ash got up too, turning bright red. Misty heard Gary and Richie whispering. "Good job, buddy! It's a good thing we pushed them into each other!" Misty was happy they did this, since she had been able to be in contact with Ash. But she still had to beat them up, so no one would get any ideas. "Why you…" Gary and Richie had looks of terror on their face as Misty pulled out her sledgehammer (A/N: She had thrown away the weak mallet and gotten this super strong sledgehammer!) Misty hit both of them on the head 10 times each. Gary and Richie were on the ground, both K0ed. They had little X's on their eyes. Everyone except for Misty, Gary, and Richie sweat dropped. Lance spoke up. "Uh, bed everyone. Misty, you're not in trouble since they kind of deserved that. He he," he continued. "Ash, Todd, carry Gary and Richie to their bed and lay them down softly. The keyword: soft." Ash and Todd did their jobs and climbed into bed. Everyone else was already in bed. "Isn't anyone going to say good-night?" Ash asked. Gary and Richie had finally regained consciousness. They just groaned in reply. Lance sighed. "Good-night." ****** I personally think that this chapter was a lot better than the last one. Don't forget to review! Bye!
