Jessie flopped into the small bed of the small cabin the team was 
staying in. James got in beside her, trying not to hurt the ankle he 
sprained in the last blast-off.
"This is SO the last time that kid sends us flying. I won't take it 
anymore!" Jessie groaned. Meowth laughed, curling up on the end of the bed.
"Dat's what'cha said da last five times we got blasted off, Jess." The 
pokemon reminded her. Jessie smacked him on the head.
"Goodnight." she said, turing off the light. James laughed and rolled 
over. soon he was asleep. Jessie, on the other hand, couldn't sleep. she 
decided to make some camomile tea. Jessie went and got her tea as 
quietly as possible. As she came back, James rolled onto his back.
"Oh, Jessie. You're so pretty tonight." He said dreamily. Jessie smiled 
and opened her mouth to thank him when he started talking again.
"You know Jess, I've been hiding somthing for the longest time. I'm in 
love with you. Yes, you. Ever since we met, I could tell I loved you. I 
just didn't want to ruin a good friendship. " Jessie stared at him.
"James?" she asked. No answer. he was talking in his sleep. Jessie 
wondered if he really felt that way about her. She swore she'd find out 
tomorrow. Jessie got into bed and fell asleep.
The next morning, James woke up early. He got up and stretched. He had 
the best of dreams last night. James fondly remembered how he had 
confessed to Jessie then danced the night away. James walked into the 
kitchen. He bagan making breakfast, knowing Jessie and Meowth would wake 
up soon. Right on time, Jessie walked into the room. She smiled at James.
"Morning James. sleep well?" She asked brightly. James stared at her. 
Jessie was unusually nice to him this morning.
"Um...yeah. Want some eggs? Overeasy. the bacon's frying." James 
offered. Jessie nodded and filled her plate. James wondered why she 
didn't complain about having eggs again. This was the fifth morning in a 
row. James thought about it while he ate.
"Ugh. Okay James, i can't stand it...I have to tell you. Um, well, I 
kind of couldn't sleep last night and...well...I heard you talk in your 
sleep." Jessie started. James looked at her in horror. What had he said?
"First you commented on how beautiful I looked and then you said you 
loved me and have loved me forever." she finished. James gulped. Here it 
comes. I'm gonna get whomped. This is not cool. he thought, bracing 
himself automatically. Jessie smiled.
"Well, James, dreams do come true." she said softly. James looked up.
"So...so you mean you....you..." He stammered. Jessie nodded. James' jaw 
dropped. Jessie leaned closer to him.
"I've always wanted to do this." She whispered. As their lips almost 
touched, Meowth walked in. Jessie snapped back upright and James' face 
turned bright red.
"Good mornin' youse two. What's da matter. James is redder than yer hair 
Jess." he said innocently. James hid behind a newspaper that turned out 
to be an article about Ash, Misty, and Brock.
"Hey look. the kid is coming to town this afternoon. " He said, trying 
to change the subject.
"Wow. okay. Me-owth's gonna go call mondo and see if my robot's fixed 
yet. I broke it on da test drive. Don't ask how." meowth walked out of 
the room. Jessie grinned.
"Nice move James." She winked. "Shall we take this into the living 
room?" James agreed and headed towards the living room. The two of them 
sat side by side and switched on the TV. It turned out that Happily Ever 
After was on. Jessie cuddeled close to James and they spent the day 
watching movies....and more. Meowth peeked in a few times but mostly 
worked on his latest invention, the Robo-Mew.
Soon after Jessie and james fell in love, the boss gave them some time 
off to "think up some good ideas" . They took a trip to the bahamas and 
ended up getting married there. Jessie and James were happy at last and 
as for Meowth, he got himself a wife too. Meowsie realized that even 
though the persians took her in, they did not have the love for her that 
Meowth did. not to mention the fact that meowth's life was much more fun 
and exiting. so everyone got their way....almost. Jessie still got 
blasted off every once in a while. But Meowth thinks he can change that.
