"I heard from Ash you’re pretty good. Well you aren’t going to take me down!" Gary shouted pointing to Lewis across the field, where the battle would take place. The current field was smooth sand.

"And now we will choose who goes first! And it is… Lewis!" the announcer said.

"Alright then. Go Pidgeot!" Lewis yelled and his bird Pokémon appeared from his Pokéball.

"Go Electrabuzz!" Gary shouted and his electric Pokémon appeared.

"I’d knew you’d use an electric Pokémon against my Pidgeot. Pidgeot use Wing Attack!" Lewis yelled and Pidgeot swooped down at Electrabuzz and hit it with two powerful wing strikes.

"You have to do better then that!" Electrabuzz use Thunderbolt!" Gary cried. This was just what Lewis was waiting for.

"Pidgeot use Gust!" Lewis cried. Because of all the sand it swept up and absorbed the Thunderbolt attack.

"I get it. He used the sand to cancel out the electricity because sand doesn’t conduct it," Gary said.

"You got that right! Now use Hyper Beam!" Lewis cried and Pidgeot fired a massive amount at Electrabuzz who fainted.

"Return Electrabuzz! Go Fearow!" Gary shouted and his bird Pokémon came out from it’s Pokéball.

"Return Pidgeot! Go Warturtle!" Lewis yelled and his water Pokémon appeared from his Pokéball.

"Fearow use Drill Peck!" Gary shouted and Fearow hit Warturtle hard.

Warturtle retaliated with an Ice Beam but Fearow dodged it with an Agility. Fearow swooped down and finished it with another Drill Peck.

"Return Warturtle! Looks like I need some speed. Maybe I should use Pidgeot. No. How about… Jolteon go!" Lewis yelled and his electric Pokémon appeared, ready to fight.

"Use Thunder!" Lewis shouted and Jolteon fired a massive volt of electricity at Fearow.

"Use Gust!" Gary shouted, employing the same technique Lewis had used earlier.

"Quick! Use Agility then Extreme Speed!" Lewis yelled and Jolteon got behind Fearow and lunged at him with an extremely fast attack, knocking Fearow to the ground.

"Finish it with Pin Missile!" Lewis shouted and Jolteon hit Fearow with dozens of small white needles, so Fearow fainted.

"Go Golem!" Gary yelled ad the powerful rock Pokémon appeared.

"Return Jolteon! Go Pidgeot!" Lewis yelled.

"Why’s he using a Flying Type? Flying is weak against rock," Gary said, trying to guess his strategy.

"Use Aero Blast!" Lewis yelled and Pidgeot fired the intense beam of energy straight at Golem, who had little time to dodge it.

"Now I get it! With the smooth sand the Rock Type moves are useless!" Gary said.

"Right! Now Pidgeot use the three move combo! Double Team first!" Lewis yelled, Pidgeot created a bunch of him, well what looked like him.

"Now Agility!" Lewis yelled. It seemed as though a large amount of Pidegot’s were everywhere.

"Extreme Speed!" Lewis yelled and Golem was down.

"Return Golem!" Gary yelled.

"Three Pokémon have now been used by each trainer! There will now be a ten minute break," the announcer said.

Up in the stadium.

"Gary and Lewis are doing great. I don’t know who’s going to win," Brock said as the two trainers had turned to review there strategy.

"Lewis," Ash answered.

"And how would you know that?" Brock asked.

"His Charmander. I don’t think anything could beat him and Charmander together," Ash answered.

"Don’t be so down Ash. I bet you and Pikachu can win!" Misty said.

Thundy was sitting by Pikachu, smiling slightly because she knew Lewis’s overall plan.

"Now we return to the battle! The field will now change to… river!" the announcer said. The field shifted so a third was sand, a small part was mud and the rest was water.

"Gary will choose first!" The announcer said.

"Blastiose go!" Gary yelled. His most powerful Pokémon appeared.

"Go Ivysaur!" Lewis yelled. His Plant/Poison Pokémon appeared.

"Use Razor Leaf!" Lewis yelled, and a barrage of leaves were sent towards Blastiose.

"Use Water Gun and knock those leaves away!" Gary yelled and a large blast of water from the two cannons in Blastiose’s shell sent the leaves flying away.

"Solar Beam!" Lewis cried and Ivysaur began to power up for the powerful Plant attack.

"Stop that attack with a Mega Punch!" Gary yelled and Blastiose pounded Ivysaur, knocking him out.

"Humph. Return Ivysaur!" Lewis yelled recalling Ivysaur back into his Pokéball.

"Return Blastiose! Go Scizor!" Gary yelled.

"Jolteon I choose you!" Lewis yelled.

"Use Lock-On Jolteon!" Lewis yelled and Jolteon had Scizor in his sight.

"Double Team!" Gary yelled.

"Zap Cannon!" Lewis yelled and the Zap Cannon hit dead on, thanks to the Lock-On used before.

"Scizor!" Gary cried. Scizor was standing in the mud, paralyzed.

"Use Take Down and finish it!" Lewis yelled. But right when Jolteon was about to hit Scizor, Scizor used Crush Claw and took out Jolteon, though the momentum was kept and Jolteon still crashed into Scizor, also getting knocked out.

"Return!" Both the trainers cried.

"I choose you! Arcanine!" Gary yelled and his Fire Pokémon appeared from the Pokéball.

"Alright! Let’s do it Larvitar!" Lewis yelled, bringing out his newest Pokémon to fight.

"Arcanine use Fire Blast!" Gary yelled and Arcanine sent a large amount of fire straight at Larvitar.

"Dodge and use Rollout!" Lewis yelled and Larvitar used the mud to speed towards Arcanine and hit him hard, Arcanine was able to get in a Tackle before Larvitar took out Arcanine.

"Return! Go Machamp!" Gary yelled and his Fighting Pokémon appeared.

"Use Secret Power!" Lewis yelled and Larvitar hit Machamp for only a little amount of damage.

"Machamp use Karate Chop!" Gary yelled. Machamp pounded Larvitar for a super effective hit and Larvitar was knocked out.

"Return Larvitar! Charmander it’s your turn to shine!" Lewis yelled.

"That Charmander is going no where! Use Seismic Toss!" Gary yelled and Machamp rushed at Charmander but stopped dead from a Glare Attack.

Charmander then finished it off with a Psybeam.

"I thought your Charmander had some Psychic ability. Well physic or not Blastiose will take you out!" Gary yelled and his powerful water Pokémon appeared.

"Both the trainers are down to there last Pokémon! It’s Charmander vs. Blastiose!" the announcer said.

"Hydro Pump!" Gary yelled and a huge blast of water was sent flying towards Charmander. Charmander just raised his hand and the water parted away from him and back towards Blastiose.

"That’s not good," Gary said.

Charmander then began charging Blastiose, jumped high in the air then kicked Blastiose with a High Jump Kick attack.

Charmander then swerved around when he landed on the ground and slashed Blastiose with a Cut technique.

Blastiose was beginning to feel the effects.

"Oh no! Bastiose use Body Slam!" Gary cried and Blastiose fell right on Charmander, who looked a little surprised.

"It looks like I win!" Gary shouted, but the Blastiose suddenly went flying and Charmander was up.

"Finish it! Use Psychic!" Lewis yelled and Charmander assaulted Blastiose with Physic waves that finished him off.

"Blastiose… lost," Gary said.

"Gary Oak is out of usable Pokémon! Lewis Giovanni is the winner!" the referee shouted.

After the match.

"That was a great battle Gary. I’ve haven’t had a battle like that in a while," Lewis said shaking Gary’s hand.

"Your Charmander was amazing. You better not hold back against Ash here," Gary said looking over at Ash.

"Gary Oak! I wanted to fight you in the league but I wasn’t able to! Let’s have a battle now!" Ash yelled.

"Tomorrow. My Pokémon need to get healed first," Gary said, accepting the challenge.

"Fine. Tomorrow at three o’ clock! Outside the Pokémon Center!" Ash said. They nodded in agreement then Gary left.

"You need to learn to control yourself Ash," Misty said after Gary was out of ear shot.

"Well he’s my rival and I wanted to face him," Ash said.

A.N. I'm back. I've finished this fic and will submit part by part for two reasons. One: I can't get the program to minimize the data on the e-mail to send them all in. And Two: I don't want to cram Jolt Master's e-mail inbox. I don't own Pokémon. Sneaked that on.

New fics soon be released or already released {All of these are finished ones!}:
