“It’s creepy in here,” Misty said as she shivered, her Pikachu ears drooping a little in the slightly damp cave.

Ash’s tail twitched involuntary. “Yah it is,” Ash answered looking around, “But Nike said only about two days and we are on our second day.”

They had been walking down the cave for almost a day. They would be hopelessly lost if it wasn’t for the electronic maps given to them by Nike. They had plenty of food, and water. They had their tents to sleep in and they had each other to keep from going insane from the loneliness. {Back perverts. Back!}

“Left or right?” Ash wondered out loud and brought out his device. It beeped, was quiet for a second then told them to go left.

“How much longer now?” Misty asked.

Her device beeped and said in an emotionless voice, “You are approximately five hours away from intended destination at the current speed.”

“So that means if we jog we could make it there in about two and a half hours!” Misty yelled excitedly.

“You want to jog for two hours and thirty minutes straight?” Ash asked sarcastically.

“Well no,” Misty answered any ways.

Meanwhile with Gary and Pikachu.

“I hope Ash and Misty finish whatever it is they’re doing soon,” Gary said pacing back and forth across Nike’s office.

“You mean saving the world?” Pikachu asked licking some ketchup from his personal supply of ketchup bottles.’

“I mean what they need to do to save the world. Sheesh!” Gary said and sat down on a comfortable couch.

“They have about five hours till they complete the task,” Pikachu said slurping down the last remains of the red paste that is called ketchup from the bottle.

“How do you know that?” Gary asked.

Pikachu just pointed to counter. Quite clearly it said how much longer they had at their current pace.

“Oh. I hadn’t noticed that,” Gary said. He hoped Nike and those other deities were able to control those three Pokemon for just a little longer.

Four hours and fifty-five minutes later.

“Ash! Misty! Are you there!” Nike called into her communicator. The startled Ash picked up his communicator.

“What is it?” he asked.

“Get to the goal now! These Pokemon are headed toward the Temple! If you don’t hurry then you are going to be killed along with the rest of the planet!” Nike yelled.

“Man this is a certain change in mood,” Ash said shaking his. He put the communicator in his pocket and started running with Misty right beside him.

“There!” Misty yelled seeing an altar.

Ash took out the bag that contained the Wish and stood in front of the strange altar. Tentively he opened the bag and eased the Wish unto a small depression which Ash thought was where it went. The Wish glowed and bathed Ash and Misty in a strange white light. They immediately fell on the ground. Unconscious.

A new day. Or hour. Or maybe just a couple minutes later. You don’t really know right now.

“Ash? Misty?” a voice called to them.

“Wha?” Ash and Misty both said groggily and awoke. In front of them was Pikachu, Gary, and Nike.

“You guys okay?” Gary asked.

“Who are you?” Ash asked. “And where is my room!”

“Where am I?!” Misty yelled starting to sob like Ash.

“Oh no. This isn’t good,” Nike said.

“What happened to them?!” Gary asked.

“Their child minds took over. I didn’t think this would happen. They really think they’re seven year olds again,” Nike answered.

“You didn’t think?!” Gary half asked half screamed.

“Actually I didn’t know this would happen!” Nike yelled over the bawling, now, seven year olds.

“It’s okay,” Pikachu said and comforted the Ash and Misty. They grabbed him and gave him a really big hug. Pikachu was about to shock them but remembered who they were.

“Could I have a cookie?” Ash asked.

A.N. Yet another twist. I probably could have played with the three Pokemon a bit more but decided against it. This is the last part. Because the next installment is an epilogue. Once I do a little more on my Cross Over of Proportions I will submit the first part for my Jack and Jill story.

I do NOT own Pokemon.
