“Where am I?” Ash asked after getting up from his fall. His hat had fallen off and his Pikachu ears were showing.

“I don’t know,” Misty said coming up from behind him. This gave Ash a surprise but he quieted down when he saw it was Misty.

“Wait for me!” Pikachu yelled and he came tumbling down with them.

“Can we climb back up?” Ash asked looking up. When he poked his head up the tunnel he sensed something wrong and quickly stuck his head out. Good thing to because something small and sharp went flying in the tunnel and struck itself in the opposite wall.

“I guess that’s a no,” Misty said.

“Here’s your hat Ash!” Pikachu said holding Ash’s hat up. Ash grabbed it but didn’t put it on.

“Why aren’t you going to put on your hat?” Misty asked.

“There might be more booby traps. I want to be ready,” Ash said, his eyes now gazing at where they were.

They were in a rock tunnel that had plenty of light but they didn’t see anything to show where it came from. They walls and floors were surprisingly free of moss or anything. They did have pictures carved into the surface though.

“I wonder what these pictures mean?” Misty wondered out loud brushing her hand over a Pikachu carving.

“Don’t know,” Ash answered and started to walk forward.

“Wait for me!” Misty yelled and caught up to him. They continued to walk in silence until Ash broke it.

“Do you want to hold my hand?” Ash asked seeing that Misty and himself were scared.

“Yes,” Misty answered and held his hand tightly.

“Yes!” Pikachu muttered and pumped one of his little fists into the air.

“What’d ya say Pikachu?” Ash asked.

“Nothing! Nothing at all!” Pikachu said covering.

Ash just shrugged and they continued walking. They didn’t stop until they saw a clearing. They called it a clearing because it was a large circular room. Ash stooped down to see the carvings. It was just a long line. He walked around the circular room once and stopped.

“It’s a giant Pikachu!” he exclaimed.

“Really?” Misty asked.

“Yeh,” he muttered and made his way to the center. The ground started to shake when he did this. He jumped from the center but it didn’t stop. Misty and Pikachu ran to Ash and holding each to each other tightly their world went dark.

{Who knows how long later}

“Wha?” Misty said leaning forward. Where am I? she thought.

“Misty! You’re awake! Thank god!” Ash said smiling at her.

“Yeh but where are we?” she asked.

“I’m not really sure. I’ve been waiting for you,” Ash answered.

“Yeh. He wouldn’t even walk around this room!” Pikachu said hopping unto the stone slab she was on. Ash was sitting on a similar on right beside her. The room was bare except for a shabby piece of cloth that hung over something.

“Can you get up?” Ash asked genuinely concerned.

“Yeh,” Misty said and stood up. Ash got up and just by giving each other a glance they made their way to the cloth.

“I wonder what’s behind it?” Misty said when they stopped right in front of it.

“I don’t know. Are you ready?” Ash asked.

“I think so. Maybe we should wait a bit though!” Misty said.

“Oh for Pete’s sake! Get in here!” they heard a female voice say and pull them in. Pikachu ran up but when he got to the cloth it was solid wall there.

“What the?!” Pikachu suddenly said when he was about to hit it headfirst.

“Who are you?” Ash asked the woman that stood before him and Misty.

“I can be your worst nightmare. Or your most valuable asset,” she said waving her hand and a comfortable armchair appeared. She sat down and waved her hand again and made a small couch for Ash and Misty to sit on.

The woman who stood before them was tall. Ash wagered about 6 foot 5. She had long purple hair that went down to her ankles and green eyes that seemed to see into your very soul. She had a purple cloak on and other purple clothes on. In fact she seemed to wear nothing but purple. Excluding her piercing eyes and tallness, she seemed human.

“I am called Nike,” {No not the shoe! The e is silent} she said making a glass of ice tea appear and a straw in it. She began to sit it quietly.

“Er, I’m Ash,” Ash said.

“And I’m Misty,” Misty said.

“Yes, yes I know,” Nike said waving her hand. A book appeared and she opened it.

“You don’t seem to have an appointment,” Nike said looking up.

“Well you see I fell down a hole and Misty and Pikachu followed me. We started walking and we came to a large circular room. I went to the center of the drawing of a Pikachu and the ground started to shake. We all held on and when we came to we were in the room you pulled us from,” Ash explained. “And speaking of Pikachu. Where is he?”

“He’s in the waiting room. The room you just came from. Now I suppose since you did get here. You did get into the waiting room so what can I do for you?” Nike asked. “My next appointment isn’t for a decade or so I can spare so time,” she added.

“Uuuuhhh,” Ash said out loud. “My ears! And my tail! Can you make me completely human again?” Ash asked jumping up.

“No. I can not,” Nike states simply.

“WHY NOT!” Misty screamed.

“You have feelings for him? No?” Nike asked blankly.

“THAT IS NOT THE POINT! WHY CAN’T YOU CHANGE HIM?!” Misty yelled.

“Did you just say you like me?” Ash asked.

“Well yeh. Don’t you remember what happened after you blew up the Rocket base?” Misty asked.

“All I remember is getting mad at my mom for joining Team Rocket. The waking up in your arms flying on Hans,” Ash said, not remembering the tear wrenching moment {*cough* yea right *cough*}.

“Well you like me? Right?” Misty asked blushing.

“Yes,” Ash answered and kissed her on the lips. After about thirty seconds Nike got fed up and separated the two.

“Later. Now I cannot make him human because the higher gods forbid me. But I can make it so he won’t become a Pikachu in a little under two years,” Nike said looking at the teens.

“You can? How?” Ash asked.

“You must capture me a Wish,” Nike said simply.
