Strange Legendaries

They slowly slipped into the Rocket Headquarters with the help of their Pokemon. They passed the halls undetected when they heard voices.

“Where are we going to hide?” Ash asked looking around.

Suddenly Lance was up and grabbing the vent. “Get in,” he said. “I’ll distract the guards.”

First Karen got in followed by Misty. Then Ash went. Lewis waited till they last second. Charmander, Thundy, and Pikachu were in their Pokeballs even though they didn’t like. As they crawled along the vent they heard a gunshot and two thumps. Swallowing they continued on with Lewis giving directions. He had used to crawl along here a long time ago whenever he wanted to escape. When they got to their destination they saw Giovanni and Mendcross. Karen shuddered upon seeing the creature before her which made Mendcross look straight at them.

“What is it Mendcross?” Giovanni asked looking puzzled.

“There are people in the vents. May I take care of them?” Mendcross answered with a very human voice.

“Certainly. Just don’t wreck the air conditioning,” Giovanni said having a private laugh.

“Now!” Lewis yelled and brought out Charmander who made quick work of the vent with him and Lewis coming down. He was followed by Ash, then Misty and Karen opened the vent a fell in front of them.

“Dad, don’t make me to this. I don’t want to hurt you,” Lewis said his voice sad. “I believe in second chances just please don’t destroy!”

“Destroy? Why would I want to do that? I want to conquer!” Giovanni said his voice filled with happiness.

“Then I guess I’ll have to stop you,” Lewis said. Then suddenly, “Physic Attack Charmander!”

Charmander obeyed and fired the physic blast at Mendcross who dodged the blow and made it hit the wall, causing a big hole to appear. Suddenly Lewis’s eyes went blue and so did Charmander’s.

Charmander began to fiercely attack Mendcross who would counter.

“Pikachu! Thunder!” Ash yelled bringing Pikachu into the battle also.

Pikachu was very happy to get out his Pokeball and began to help. Suddenly Ash’s eyes went blue and Pikachu’s too. It was a slightly different blue then Lewis’s and Charmander’s though. {I just wanted to say that they are communicating by mind to mind link. Misty will to the same too so don’t worry}

Misty then threw out Thundy. And when the same thing happened with their eyes Giovanni looked scared. Mendcross was battling them three on one and tieing. Then Charmander smashed him through the wall when Mendcross was distracted by Pikachu and Thundy. They came to a room filled with electrical equipment. It gave Lewis an idea.

“Ash, Misty! Take Pikachu and Thundy! Get Karen and Lance pluss the people outside to safety. Don’t worry about me I have an idea!” Lewis told them from his mind.

Not knowing why they were hesitant until Lewis screamed NOW in their minds. After about ten minutes everyone was to safety and the battle was still being heard. Suddenly a large mushroom cloud appeared where the Rocket Headquarters was. It was immediately followed by a large boom.

“Oh, no,” Misty said staring at the cloud.

“Lewis? Charmander?” Thundy said disbelieving.

“They’re gone,” Ash whispered.

Suddenly a yell of fear was heard from the sky. They looked up and saw two tiny figures falling. They disappeared for a moment and reappeared two feet from the ground which they promptly fell. And upon examination of the two figures it was found to be Lewis and Charmander!

“You guys survived! How?” Ash asked surprised.

“I had Charmander teleport us out at the last second. Since he wasn’t focusing and was panicked we ended up a little higher than we wanted,” Lewis said grinning with a dirty shirt and pants. “So,” he said to everyone, “Who wants to go home?”

After a Hyper Potion, Ether, and a some teleports. Everyone was back at Ash’s house. Lewis, Misty, and Ash entered which they immediately fell on assorted chairs or couch and fell asleep.

Two Weeks Later

“I guess I better get going,” Lewis said shouldering his backpack, “I have no family now so I better stop leeching off you guys.”

“It’s okay Lewis. Misty leeches off us all the time!” ash said who immediately got a mallet in the head for it.

“It’s okay. Besides I should leave. But still where would I go? What would I do?” Lewis wondered out loud.

Then Ash’s mom, Delia came up and said, “We’ll be your family.”

Lewis froze instantly and then came to realized. “Thanks.”

“Who wants smoothies!” Thundy yelled from the kitchen of the Kechtum house.

At that every one laugh and went inside to enjoy a movie.

I will wait about two weeks then see the date I finished this is January 6, 2003. I will tally and find out on January the 21^st . Got it? Good. Expect a fic with several adventures with Ash, Misty, Lewis, and such. Plus a story about Lewis. I will be kinda laid back on the first one I mentioned though. SEE YA!
