The Chronicles: Final Chance of Days
By Danny Nightwalker (I'm changing to Cheridan Brianna Nightwalker)

Note: I've decided to give up on Danny and Dustin, seeing on how it was the stupidest thing I've ever written.
This one is about Sarai and May, two best friends making their way through the Hoenn League.
But, a run in with Dewford Town's Brawly changes everything.
It turns out that Team Magma and Team Aqua aren't the only ecologically minded teams in Hoenn.
There is one other, called Team Reckoning.
Their goal...to rid the world of humans.
In order to achieve that goal, they will need the powers of every legendary Pokemon...Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Mew, and the powerful Mewtwo.
They will also need the Blue and Red Orbs.
Can Sarai and May stop this group from destroying mankind, or will they perish with the rest?
Is this the beginning of the end, or the end of the beginning?
Only one way to find out...

Episode One: The Team of Reckoning

"I brush against my freckles and I hate it so, but life goes on and I heave a little sigh for you. It's heavy the love that I once shared with you, but it dissolved like it was just a sugar cube..."
May rolled her eyes.
Sarai sure loved to sing.
This girl was oozing with happiness, from her black boots, to her blue and black plaid pants, to her black shirt which had 'Miss Fit' written across it, to her reddish-black hair, and her light green eyes that stood out against her light brown skin.
That happiness got annoying sometimes.
"All the memories I have are beautiful in my mind! But they don't feed the hunger deep inside my soul! And tonight I thought....!"
Sarai was interrupted by a boy's voice that said, "Hey, newcomers, didja hear?"
"Hear what?" May asked the boy.
"Blaziken Battle is the hottest thing in cool!" he exclaimed. "I mean, sheesh, Blaziken Battle...everybody's diggin' it."
May and Sarai rolled their eyes at the same time.
"I bet there are," May said sarcastically.
"May," Sarai said. "We're supposed to be here to battle Brawly, right?"
May nodded. "Yeah. Let's go. The gym is just over there."

"I'm sorry. Brawly is in no mood for battles today," said his father.
"Oh. Well, thanks anyways."
When May and Sara were at the Pokemon Center, Sarai was actually happy that Brawly wasn't feeling well.
"Now I can't miss any episodes of Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles!" she cheered.
May groaned when she started to sing the theme song.
"Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles! Squirtles count it off! One, two, three, four! Squirtles! Mutant chain reaction! Squirtles! Living underground! Squirtles! Ninjitsu action! Squirtles! It's a shell of a time!!!"
Thank God we're the only people here, May thought.
"Squirtles count it off! One: live by the code of the martial arts. Two: never fight unless someone else starts! Three: always stick together, no matter what! Four: if all else fails, then it's time to kick butt!!"
May buried her head in her arms.
"I love bein' a...I love bein' a....I love bein' a Squirtle! Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles! Squirtles count it off! One, two, three, four! Squirtles! There's no one better! Squirtles! Watch out for Shredder! Squirtles! They're like no other! Squirtles! Those teenage brothas!!!!"
May sighed as Sarai wrapped up the song.
"One, two, three, four! One, two, three, four! Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles!"
Just as she finished, the door to the Pokemon Center opened and a boy with wild light blue hair walked in.
Brawly.
He sat at the table next to the two girls.
"There's a stranger in this house," Sarai sang softly.
Brawly looked over to her with an interested look, and then went back to his coffee.
Sarai offered him a sugar pack.
"Uh, hi," she said.
Brawly graciously took it.
"Uh, why aren't you at the gym?"
May wanted to slap Sarai for asking such a personal question, but she decided to let her go on with it.
"Something's happening," Brawly said.
Sarai moved to the seat next to him. "What is it?"
"You've heard of Team Magma and Aqua, right?"
Sarai nodded.
"There's one more," Brawly said dramatically. "I wish could explain it to you in detail, but if I did, your life would be in danger."
Sarai nodded, showing she understood.
"Okay."
Sarai got up, but Brawly grabbed her hand.
"But, I need your help. Both of you."
May leaned in to listen.
"The team is called Team Reckoning."
Brawly explained to them how they wanted to rid the world of humans.
May didn't believe him. "That's ridiculous. Why would humans wanna get rid of their own race?"
"Nobody knows why, but they have to be stopped."
May snorted. "It's not true. You're probably making this up for some hidden camera show."
"May," Sarai said. "Brawly could be right. And now that he told us...we're not safe anymore."

Sarai's Pokemon couldn't sleep.
And when they couldn't sleep, she couldn't sleep.
That was how strong their bond was.
"You guys just have to relax," Sarai said, holding her Absol close. "Everything will be fine."
They still didn't calm down.
They knew something was about to happen.
"If you are lost in a way," Sarai sang. "Deep in an awesome story. Don't be in doubt and stray. Cling to your lonesome folly."
They calmed down a little bit.
"Good. Now please, go in your PokeBalls and go to sleep."

The members of Team Reckoning considered themselves a religious team.
Humans were imperfect machines of sin, and had no right to control Pokemon.
That was their motive.
The members considered themselves perfect, utterly devoted to God, and were worthy to the use of Pokemon.
The leader of this team, Jeremiah, was elated.
He had sent executives to Mt. Pyre to retrieve the Blue and Red Orb.
He had sent hunters to find and capture the other legendary Pokemon he needed.
In due time, he would use their powers to end the imperfect human race, and make way for a perfect human race, with no sin, no corruption....
It was so ingenius.
But at the same time, it was horribly cruel....
