Title: The Adventures of Autumn Author: Coal Black Dratini Part Number: 3 E-mail: hellflamevulpix@hotmail.com Category: OT ~~~*~~~ Everyone was dissmissed from the lab some time later, and I walked out with a large bunch of over-enthusiastic trainers. I sat on the grass outside the lab and sat Vulpix down on the grass, too. "Pix? Vuuuuuulpix," he/she/it whatever said. "And that means...?" I asked in reply, shugging. Vulpix fell over anime-style. My stomach rumbled, and I realised I hadn't eaten anything since breakfast this morning. Going from Earth to Pokemon World made me hungry. I opened my backback, and pulled out my lunch box. I pulled the plastic flaps holding it together, and it cracked in two. I'd forgetten that I had broken it the other day. "I seriously need a new one..." I said to Vulpix, who had finally gotten up from the ground. I took one look at the sandwiches and shoved them over to where Vulpix was sitting. "I hope you like spam," I said, sticking out my tongue. Vulpix started to munch the sandwiches. "I guess you need a name. I don't like calling Pokemon by their species, it doesn't sound right," I told Vulpix. The little fire fox brightened up. "Vul!"she said, with her mouth full of spam and bread. "Okay. Pyro?" Vulpix shook it's head. "Blazer?" I asked. Vulpix glared, as if to say, "Do I look like a jumper?!" "Sorry. Kina?" Vulpix seemed to smile. "Pix!" she said happily. "Great. You're Kina then," I said, picking her up. She started to play with my long ginger hair, which was tied up in bunches. "Stop it!" I giggled. "That tickles!" Kina pouted. "I guess we should get a move on, huh?" I said to Kina, picking up my backpack. "Vulp," she said, and leapt into the open space at the front of the large bag. The sudden wieght of the bag was so surpising, I dropped it. Kina yelped, and landed on the ground safely. A small package had fallen out of the larger opening. I picked it up, and read the back, which said in small print: 'Pokemon Translators! Garunteed to translate your Pokemon's speech!' There were 12 long strips, which looked like those things that you slapped on your wrist and it would immeditatly tie itself around your arm. I smiled a little. Maybe it would be easy to understand Kina... I picked out a pale red one, which had crimson stripes going diagonally across it. I hit it lightly on Kina's neck, and it snapped around her firmly, but not so much that she was choking. "Ow! What was that for?" Kina yelled. "So that I could hear you say that in English," I replied. Kina's amber eyes widened. "I can speak English? Cool!" "Yep. Now let's get a move on," I said. Kina nodded and jumped into my backpack once more, and I picked it up and started on the long route to becoming a Master... ~~~*~~~ Yep. I know that the last line sounds cheesey. >.<
