Frier De Flume walked the snow-paved streets of Pallet Town. Frier De Flume, or Fri as some call him, was a young boy at the age of 13. His tailcoat fluttered as he briskly strode to a cottage; the chimney smoking. Fri was a well-spoken boy. He was well mannered, smart as a whip, and was very strict with Pokemon training. Fri always wore his best clothing, as if he were to meet the President. Shoes polished, pants straight, and shirt ironed. He was indeed acting his IQ, not his age. I'm not saying he was mean or strict, but he was curtly with his actions. Like a robot, really. It was around Christmas time, and around the time Fri was going to the Pallet Gym. Bells were ringing, carolers singing, and- oh here comes Ash Ketchum! Ketchum was another Pokemon trainer, but was almost the opposite of Fri. He wore craggy jeans, a worn out jacket, and a faded league hat. "Hey Fri!" Ash yelled. Ash trotted over to Fri, the snow up to his ankles. "Hey, slow down." Ash said while trying to keep his pace with Fri, "Don't you know it's 20 degrees out here?" Ash was the only person who really persisted on Fri to warm up to the holidays. Others gave up after a while. No one really knew way Ash was so nice to him. After all he did ignore most people. "Yes I do, now please move out of my way I have to get to my house" he replied shortly. "Oh and tell Pikachu to stop chewing our fence, it's not ketchup." "Why are you always like that Fri? Have I done something wrong? A misdemeanor? An insult? A annoyance?" "YOU are being a troublesome flea, Ketchum! I don't like YOU because of YOU, and your little insignificant holidays!!!" Fri continued, "and don't follow me around!" He slammed the cottage door in Ash's face. Ash was thinking as he walked back home, he was thinking as he watched TV, and he was thinking... thinking of a way to get Fri some holiday spirit. Until he saw it. It was a godsend, a blessing, and an epiphany! He was thankful Misty lent him this book. Ash ran down the road to Cerulean City. He had a plan to get some spirit, and some since, into Fri. It would be easy! Get Brock, Misty, and himself to dress like ghosts and show Fri some Christmas scenes! "What do you want Ketchum?!" Misty screamed. Ash snapped out of his 'thinking session'. Apparently he had knocked on the Gym's door without realizing it. He looked towards Misty. She was dressed in green sparkly jeans, a red shirt that read 'MERRY CHRISTMAS' on the front, and the usual red hair tied up in a pony tail (perfect for Christmas parties). "Speak Ash! I've been waiting for five minutes already!" Misty screeched. "Whoops I'm sorry Misty! You see there's this guy named Frier De Flume who's really strict and short tempered, and I need you and Brock to help me be ghosts so I can get him to realize Christmas is not a little insignificant holiday!" he said all in one breath. "Yeah I'll bet. You come here after who knows how long? Tell me some random story, and want me to help you be a ghost?!" "Uh, yeah that's about it." "Well here, come back when you have some human courtesy to be nice to people!" at this point she slammed the door in his face. Ash wasn't about to give up here his plan was to far in progression to be stopped! He would have to do anything to get Misty to help him even if it meant- ------ "Misty, will you go out with me?" Ash asked, hoping she would fall for it. "You just told me a wild story and now this?!" she smiled and continued, "Sure I'd love to Ash!" at this point (for the second time) she slammed the door in his face. He heard her scrambling around to the pool area. This was going to be a long Christmas Eve. She reopened the door, and Ash asked with a smile on. "Let's go to Pewter to see Brock!" "Yeah sure whatever!" And they were off! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------- O_o; Yeah that's part one of my Chirstmasy story. Don't expect to see my other series to be added on to anytime soon, I'll be working like crazy to get this one done before Christmas. Then there's semester finals...oh well I'll get those done. Please review!!! MEHRIZLE NEEDS REVIEWS!!! It's just really nice to see what people think of my writing!
