The Sequel

 
Ash opened his eyes and saw Misty digging her face in his shirt. Are you all right Misty? He said very 
worried. Ya, I’m fine, she said looking up at him with tears in her eyes. It was just a nightmare, she said 
still crying. Ash looked at his watch. It was 8: 41 A.M. They went back to sleep. Ash got up and started 
rummaging through his backpack. Misty woke-up and saw Ash rummaging through his backpack. What are 
you looking for Ash? Misty said yawning. Ash pulled out a pure gold necklace. It had a little locket at the 
end of it in the shape of a heart. Ash handed it to her. F… F… For me, she said both sleepy and speechless. 
Ash nodded his head. Misty held it in her hand and opened it. Inside were two Silver Jigglypuff. 
Misty first got up and hugged then kissed him. Misty put it on. Ash went into the other room to get dressed. 
He was putting on his hat when he heard Misty scream. He ran back into the other room and saw a huge 
machine with an arm and hand with raiser sharp claws holding Misty. Team Rocket! Ash said in fury. Let 
her go! He said. This time Jessie just gave him a simple no. Well, yes, she said with a smirk on her face. 
You mean..., Ash started. Yes, either handover all your pokemon, or you replace the girl. He had no choice. 
He took of his belt that had all of his Pokemon on it. Ok now let her go, you can take me but don’t hurt 
Misty or my pokemon. The machine dropped Misty and Ash caught her just in time. They both blushed and 
Misty gave Ash a kiss on the cheek. Ash set her down and walked over to Team Rocket’s claw viper (that’s 
the name Team Rocket gave their machine). Ok, I’m ready, Ash said in a quiet voice with his head 
lowered. The machine grabbed Ash and picked him up. Misty couldn’t stand it. She painfully crawled into 
the other room and sat against the wall holding the necklace against her heart with her face buried in her 
other hand. 
~~ Back In the other room with Ash and Team Rocket ~~ 
Ash wasn’t trying to brake free because he knew that there was nothing that he could do. Ok, hit it James, 
Jessie said. James put on a glove that had wires connected to it. He slowly and tightly closed his hand. The 
big claw did the same. Jessie, James, and Meowth herd a few things snapping and cracking, Ash yelled out 
in pain. Ouch, that’s got to hurt, James said with a smile on his face. I’m glad that that’s not us, Meowth 
said. Jessie and James nodded their agreement. James closed his hand again, but so much harder than last 
time. Finish him off, Jessie said.

Narrator: Last time, Ash was forced to take Mistys place for Team Rocket. But this time Ash looks 
like he’s in a lot of pain. Will Ash survive Team Rocket’s Claw Viper? Find out on the next 
Pokemon/part 2.  
The claw held Ash in its palm. James closed his hand and dug his fingertips into his palm. The claw’s raiser 
sharp fingertips dug into Ash’s body nearly killing him. Then James opened his hand and Ash fell to the 
ground with a painful thud. 
~~ Back in the other room with Misty at that same moment ~~ 
Misty herd Ash getting killed by Team Rocket. She was still holding the necklace close to her heart. 
Suddenly she heard something fall to the ground. She didn’t need to see what it was. No… he’s… he’s… 
she started but cried instead. Dead! She cried. She crawled back into the other room to Ash’s side. He was 
bruised badly and had three big cuts in him a couple inches deep. He also had bloodstains all over his 
clothes. W… What? M… Misty? He said with a weak voice. He could feel himself slipping away. Your 
alive, Misty said sounding both terribly sad and very relieved. T… Team Rocket, g… gone, he said in a 
dead voice. Misty quickly limped to the other room to get her and Ash’s stuff. When she returned she 
carefully slipped Ash into his sleeping bag and then she got in. Misty gave Ash a kiss goodnight and then 
both of them fell asleep.  
~~ In Misty’s dream ~~ 
(in this part it’s like Misty is telling you what happened in her dream) 
I was still on the ship when Team Rocket came in and grabbed me with their claw machine. I screamed and 
Ash came in from the other room. Team Rocket said that I would be killed or Ash could replace me, but it 
was to late, I was ahhhhhhh. 
~~Misty woke-up~~ 
Misty woke-up and saw Ash still lying there in pain. She rested herself next to his cold body to comfort 
him. In the morning Ash awoke to the sound of Misty having another nightmare. He wonted to put his arm 
around her to calm her down but it wouldn’t move. He had forgotten that he had broken it earlier along 
with a few other bones. Instead he let Misty bury her face in his shirt. 
~~ 5 days later ~~ 
So Ash, Misty said. How ya doing. Ash was wrapped up in bandages that Misty had fond in the hospital 
wing of the ship. I’m fine, Ash said struggling to stand up. Misty got some food from Ash’s backpack. 
They ate breakfast. All of the sudden, Ash had a hard time breathing. What’s wrong Ash? Misty said as she 
heard Ash gasping for air. … Air… supply…gone, he said choking for air. Misty felt it to. They both 
started gasping for air. Misty saw Ash pass out. She started to feel vary woozy and everything started to go 
black. She tried to keep her eyes open but soon she also passed out.

Narrator: Last time Ash and Misty were aboard the sinking St. Anne. Their air supply ran out and 
they both fainted. Is this the end for our heroes? Find out on the next Pokemon/part 3.  
Ash awoke on shore. He looked around for Misty. She was lying on the sandy beach not moving, eyes 
closed. He crawled to her side and prayed that she would be alive. He shook her body, but just like his use 
to be it was lifeless. No… … … … she… she can’t die now not now, he sobbed as he cupped his hands 
over his face and cried. While Ash was still crying, Misty flinched. Ash stopped crying and raised his head 
up from behind his hands. She flinched again and coughed up a lung of seawater. Oh… Huh… Ash is… is 
that you? She said trying to regain consciousness. Ya, it’s me, he said still crying. Where are we? Misty 
said with a look of confusion on her face. I don’t know, Ash said with the same _expression on his face. 
They walked on, one arm around each other’s neck to support one another. Walking for four days, they 
stumbled upon nothing but desert, forest, mountain, jungle, and most and worst of all, they were 
surrounded by nothing but ocean all around the island. They found a cave. They both went inside and fell 
asleep in Ashes sleeping bag. In the morning, Ash was awaked by something very cold. 
**Me, Jason (the one who wrote this story): Now this is one of the sad parts of my story. **  
He got out of the sleeping bag and shook Misty’s shoulder. She just laid there, eyes closed. He checked her 
pulse… … … … … Nothing. No… … … … She can’t be… be… … Ash started, and lowered his head and 
cried while covering her body with the sleeping bag. He walked outside to a cliff with nothing but rocks 
and ocean at the bottom. What did she do to deserve this? He yelled off the cliff and across the ocean. If 
Misty and I love each other… and if Misty dies, then… then what is my purpose for even being alive? He 
cried to himself. In his sadness and despair he closed his eyes and fell forward.

Ash opened his eyes. There was a big piece of land sticking out into the water and was a little bit under 
water. He closed his eyes ready to hit, … … snap! … … … … …His arm broke. He could feel his arm 
going numb. He rolled over in pain and fell in the water. He couldn’t move, he soon ran out of breath and 
sank to the ocean floor.

Narrator: last time Ash and Misty had jumped off a cliff thinking he didn’t deserve to live and broke 
his arm on the cliff bottom and rolled into the water to drown. Is this the end for Ash and Misty?

~~ With Misty’s apparition ~~ 
Misty was looking at a strange glowing light. W…W …Who are you? She said wide-eyed. I am god, it 
said. Misty said nothing. You may have a choice, it said. You may stay here, … or stay on earth for only 
fifty more years, it spoke in a very calm and serious voice. Well I’m going back, a voice said drifting out 
from one of the clouds. Huh? Misty said wondering who it could be. Ash! She said running over to him. 
She wanted to wrap her arms around him, but instead she fell right through him. Ash wanted to catch her, 
but his arm went right through her. When Misty got up they both walked back over to the strange light. 
What is your choice? It said. I’ll choose what ever Misty does, Ash said. Both Ash and the light looked at 
misty for an answer. Well… … Ok, I’m going back! She said. A big hole grew in a cloud. They both 
looked down though the hole and then looked back up at the light. Go, it said calmly. They both drifted 
back to their bodies. Misty woke up in the cave, and Ash’s head popped out above the waters' surface. He 
swam back to land and at the same time he noticed that his arm and wounds had been healed. Misty ran out 
of the cave hopping Ash was also alive. When she found him they walked around the beach. They sat up 
against a bolder that was semi-buried in the sand. Misty laid her head in Ash’s lap and fell asleep. Ash 
gazed at the sunset and soon also fell asleep. A Krabby pinching his leg awaked Ash. Ouch! He said in 
shock. He shooed it away with his foot. After doing so, he looked down at Misty and gave a small smile 
after kissing her on the lips. A half-an-hour later he carried Misty back to the cave and sat down and then 
sat her head back in his lap. He then put his red vest over her upper body to keep her worm. All of the 
sudden Ash heard three familiar voices coming from the entrance of the cave. Well, at least we found 
shelter, a boy (James) said. And we also got that little twerps Pokemon, a girl (Jessie) said. And we'll also 
get that little girls Pokemon, a Pokemon (Meowth) said. What was her name again, the boy said? I don't 
know, Milky, Mity, Misy, the girl said trying to think. Who knows what her name is, said the boy. The 
voices came closer and closer until they were right in front of him. I can't see a thing, the boy said. Ash 
already knew who it was. This'll be easy, he said to himself with a smirk on his face. Here, I'll light a match 
the girl said. A little light flickered in the darkness of the cave. The two Rocket members and the talking 
Pokemon looked forward. Ash made a face by pulling his bottom eyelids down and sticking out his tough. 
The three of them got the pants scared off of them and ran off screaming through the entrance of the cave. 
Ash laughed and then went straight back to staring down at Misty and combing his fingers through her 
beautiful red hair wile smiling in a loving way. All of the sudden Ash heard a sound coming from the cave 
entrance. Ko-King…Ko-King, it said coming closer. Ash pulled out his Poke’dex, and said, what's that! 
Kingler. A king crab poke’mon. The evolved form of Krabby, a smaller crab poke’mon. Its shell is as hard 
as stone, and its claws are strong enough to crush a diamond. Its special attack is the Vicegrip, the 
Poke’dex said. 
Ash saw a little Krabby next to the Kingler, and it was pointing its claw at him, it was the same Krabby that 
had pinched his leg on the beach. That Kingler must be his daddy, Ash said with a scene of panic in his 
voice. Huh? What? Misty said waking up. Then she saw the Kingler with fire in its eyes, and screamed wile 
jumping into Ash's arms with her arms around his neck. Wait, Misty thought to herself. I'm a water trainer 
and I've got to become the worlds greatest at that. Misty hopped down from Ash's arms and sent out her 
Starmie. Go Starmie she said. A Starmie popped out of the pokeball that Misty was holding. The Kingler 
started first with a Crab Hammer. Starmie, Misty said. Use your tackle attack. Starmie spun around like a 
Frisbee and then hit the Kingler in the face. The Kingler fell over and then fainted. The Kingler and the 
Krabby scampered out of the cave. Yes! Yes! Yes! Misty said very sure that she could take care of herself 
now and didn't need help from Ash. They went to sleep and in the middle of the night Ash herd Misty 
shivering.  
He got up and walked over to her and tried to put his vest on her to make her warmer but she just smacked 
his hand away making Ash's vest fly out of his hand. I d…don't n…need your help, she grunted at him. Ash 
shrugged and went to bed. In the morning Ash was awaken by someone's voice. Ash... ... Misty. Ash ran 
outside of the cave and saw Brock and Kyle with Pikachu, and a search party. Hey, Brock, Kyle, Pikachu 
over here, Ash yelled out to them. Ash, where's Misty? Brock and Kyle said once they reached Ash. She's 
in the cave, Ash said. The search party all ran to the cave. One of them tripped. Ash helped her up and said, 
are you ok. Ya, I'm ok... thanks she said blushing. My name is Lily, what's yours? She said. My names Ash 
he, reapplied. Are you a poke'mon trainer? Lily said. Ya, are you? Ya, I'm training to become the worlds’ 
greatest poke'mon master. So am I. Ash said happily. The search party got Ash and Misty into the boat, and 
then they saw three figures run toward the boat. Don't leave us here, they said. It was Team Rocket. They 
knelt down right beside the boat begging to not be left on the island. I'll make you a deal, Ash said holding 
a rope that connected the boat to the island. I'll let you on if you give me back my poke'mon. Ummm... 
Fine, Jessie said handing them back to Ash. Ash then cleared his throat. Jessie had a guilty look on her face 
as she handed Ash his belt. He let them on the boat and Ash let go of the rope and the boat went drifting out 
to the open sea. When they got to the nearest Police Station. The search party went home, except for Lily. 
Hey Lily, do you want to come to my house with Misty, Brock, Kyle, and me and have dinner? Ash said. 
Sure, Lily said. When they got to Ash's house Mrs. Katchum made some soup and Brock made his famous 
home made rice balls. After dissert Lily called her mom the see if she could spend the month over at Ash's 
house. Of course you can her mom said. Thanks mom, by. After that, Ash Lily, Misty, Brock, and Kyle had 
to agree upon who would sleep with who (room mate wise that is). Ok, so there's me and Kyle in the living 
room, Brock said, and Misty will sleep with Mrs. Katchum in her (Mrs. Katchum's room, …not Mistys’ 
room) room, and the only ones left are Ash, Lily, and Pikachu. So Pikachu will sleep next to the fire, and 
Ash and Lily will sleep in Ash's bed. They both blushed, but stopped once Brock and the others noticed. 
They went to bed. Ash and Lily sat up and talked a while first. So, are you doing anything tomorrow night, 
Lily said scooting closer to him with her arms raped around her legs. W... What, are you asking me out on a 
date? Ash said surprised she asked him after they only knew each other for only a day. But isn’t the guy 
supposed to ask the girl that? Ash said. I couldn’t wait any longer for you to ask me, that’s all. Lily buried 
her face in her hands, feeling stupid at what she had said as she cried. Ash touched his hand to her face.
Lily looked up at him. Ash gave her a kiss then stopped to say, I'd love to. Lily was so overjoyed that she 
jumped on him in bed and wrapped her arms around his neck and started kissing him. After they tired from 
staying up until 1 AM they went to sleep with the both of them wrapped up tight in a blanket. Lily was all 
warm next to Ash's body, and Ash was lying on his side with his arm around her waist. In the morning, Ash 
woke up early and got dressed then woke up Lily. Huh? Ash? Why are you up so early? She said yawning. 
Get dressed, he said before walking out of the room to let Lily get dressed. When Lily was done, she 
walked out of the room and joined Ash upstairs on the balcony. They both leaned against the railing, and 
watched the morning sunset. After a wile, they went back inside and had breakfast. After breakfast, Ash 
and Lily went outside to battle. Ok, only three poke'mon can be used.  
Bulbasaur! Go! Ash said. Then I choose... ... Go! Jigglypuff! Lily said. Bulbasaur leech seed now, Ash 
said. A seed popped out from Bulbasaur's bulb and hit Jigglypuff on the head. All of the sudden a plant 
started to grow on Jigglypuff's head. It wrapped around Jigglypuff and Ash and Lily saw a small ball of 
energy flow from Jigglypuff to Bulbasaur's bulb. Jigglypuff sing now, Lily said. "Oh, No" Not sing, Ash 
yawned as me and Bulbasaur fell Asleep. Just then Misty walked up to them. What happened to these two? 
She said. Well... Ummm... My Jigglypuff kinda used sing and put them to sleep when we were battling, 
Lily said. Oh well, Misty said dragging Ash by the collar of his shirt into the house. Lily grabbed an empty 
poke'ball from Ash's belt and returned Bulbasaur, and then she returned her Jigglypuff, and put Bulbasaur 
back on his belt. When they got back inside, Lily and Misty talked while Ash was dozing of in dreamland. 
So how long have you been traveling with Ash? Lily questioned. Oh... about one year Misty said. Wow! I 
wish I could have spent that much time with him, Lily said starting to daydream of Ash. Well I don't care, 
you can... you can have him. Misty cried and ran into the other room. I wonder what happened to mess up 
their relationship so much, Lily said sadly. Ash woke up. Oh Ash, your awake. Lily said. The two of them 
went to the table and had lunch, and then went into Ash's bedroom to watch TV. After four hours of TV, 
Ash got up and said, I'm going to the bathroom. Ok, Lily said. Ash left the room. Just then Lily realized, 
what if Ash forgets about our date? She said as her daydream of her future of Ash and her getting married 
faded away. Tears fell down her cheeks as she buried her face in one of Ash's pillows. Just then Ash 
walked into the room. Lily looked up at him. Lets go, he said. Where? Lily questioned. Did you think that I 
would forget a date with a gorges girl like you? Ash said smiling. Lily all of the sudden jumped off the bad 
and into Ash's arms. She wrapped her arms around his neck and gave him a kiss that was probably two 
minutes long. Misty walked past Ash's room and herd something coming from inside. She opened the door 
a little bit and saw Lily wrapping her arms around Ash and kissing him. She turned and ran crying out of 
the house. When Lily got off of Ash, they went around looking for a restaurant. So were do ya wanna go? 
Ash said as they walked through Pallet Town. Umm... how about the pool, Lily said. Ok, Ash said in 
agreement. They went back to his house and got there swimming suits. Ash was wearing a pair of shorts 
and brought a towel. Lily just wore a red and blue bathing suit and also brought a towel. When they got to 
the big-in-door-pool, they swam for quite a while and then went in the hot tub. Hey, there’s no one else 
using it, Ash said as he walked into the very small room. And do you know what that means? Lily said. No, 
Ash said. It means we have the whole hot tub to ourselves. Lily said getting out of the hot tub and closing 
the blinds to both the door and the windows. And then she got back in the hot tub and sat in Ash's lap and 
laid her head on his shoulder, and Ash wrapped his arms around her a little bit above her waist. They sat 
there like that and enjoyed the hot water. Suddenly, the door opened and Jessie and James walked in. James 
was wearing a pair of blue shorts, and Jessie was wearing a bathing suit. To bad Meowth didn't want to 
come, James said. Oh well, Jessie said as she got into the hot tub. Ash was getting suspicious and kept an 
eye on them. When they (Jessie and James) left, Lily wanted to get out and go some were else. So Ash got 
out and they both went to the bathroom to change, but of course Lily went to the girl's and Ash went to the 
boy's (DUH). Ash was done first and waited outside of the girl's bathroom for Lily. When Lily came out, 
the two of them started to talk to each other. So, do ya want to go back home or go to dinner with me? Lily 
said. Well... I could use some food Ash said, his stomach grumbling. They walked out of the small building 
and walked up to a really fancy restaurant. They walked in and ordered a lot of food. After stuffing there 
faces with both dinner and dissert, they walked toward home. When they got to the steps Misty was sitting 
on the porch. When she saw them she immediately stood up and said, so that’s what you two were doing, 
you were on a date weren’t you? Misty said. No, Ash lied. Ya right, you were probably making out in the 
hot tub, Misty whispered to herself. You take that back right now, Ash yelled. Misty walked closer to him 
so that their noses where almost touching, and looked him straight in the eye. No, she said to him and then 
turned around and walked straight inside the house. Ash was furious until he felt Lily's arms go around his 
waist, which made him calm down. When they got inside. They were walking through the hall when Ash 
saw "Gary" in the hall with Misty's arms wrapped around him. What’s "he" doing here? Ash said. They 
both turned to face Ash and Lily. Well on the way back from the island that you and I were stranded on, the 
captain found something splashing in the water. He told the crew to go get it and when they brought it 
aboard, it appeared to be Gary. Misty said, and he came here to visit me to see if I would accept him one 
more time, and I did and now he's staying with us for the month. What are you guys talking about? Lily 
said. Long story, Ash said. Gary walked out of the room to get his and Misty's room ready. You can't just 
accept him for a boy friend again after he pushed you off of the side of the S. S. Anne. Just watch me, she 
said ripping the necklace off of her neck and dropping it on the ground at Ash’s feet and walking in to the 
other room where Gary was. Ash picked up the necklace and held it in his hand. He stared at it with 
questions running through his head. He held it next to his heart and then turned and ran into his bedroom 
with tears streaming down his cheeks. Lily was totally confused. When they where both in bed Ash had his 
hands behind his head and was looking up at the ceiling. Lily turned around in bed and looked at him. Ash, 
what's wrong? Well... ...ya see... oh never mind, he sighed. It's ok Ash, you can tell me, Lily said. Well, ok. 
So this is how it all started. One morning I was awaken by Kyle. Huh? Lily said in confusion. Oh ya, Kyle 
is one of my friends. We both got dressed and decided to walk around the ship (the re-make of the original 
S. S Anne), and back then, as usual I would not be surprised to see Misty and Gary together again, and we 
were about to turn a corner, but when we did we saw Misty with... ... him (Gary). We quickly hid around 
back behind the corner to listen to their conversation without being noticed, and what I herd come from her 
mouth shattered my future dreams of our love, our marriage, and almost our relationship. So, you and me 
get of at the Cinnabar Island dock, ok, Gary whispered to Misty. Ok, she said. I was already running back 
to my room on the ship with tears running down my cheeks. When Kyle found me on the end of my bed, he 
walked over and sat down next to me. Is something bothering you Ash? He said to me. Yeah, I'm confused, 
I said. Ya see, if Misty leaves me, and her and Gary go wandering off together than…than I'm afraid that... 
that. And that's when I started to cry. I know what it's like, he said. That night, I wrote a goodbye letter to 
her that read, 
 
Dear Misty, 
 
I herd your conversation with Gary and I'll miss you a lot. It hurts my heart to say this, but I hope you and 
Gary get along together.  
 
P.S. I'll never forget you because you’re the only one I really care about 
 
I’ll never forget that.

I wrote as tears were running down my face. In that period of time while Ash was telling his story to Lily 
he started to sniff and cry, but he still continued. And when I was done I put it on the carpet in front of the 
door to Misty’s room. When I got back to my room, Pikachu and Kyle were fast asleep. I couldn't sleep that 
night, I was thinking about Misty and how she might feel and respond to the letter I wrote her. In the 
morning, Misty’s screaming and yelling woke Kyle, Pikachu, and me up. We jumped to our feet and ran to 
Misty's and "GARY'S" room 
On the way we looked for Brock but didn’t see him anywhere, he must have still been asleep. 
When we got near Misty's and "GARY'S' room we saw "Gary" pulling on Misty's arm trying to get her 
through the door, but she wouldn't budge because she was holding onto the doorframe. I also saw that she 
had the letter in her other hand. "Let go of me you freak!" She shouted at him. "No" Gary said still trying to 
get her through the door. Hey... Gary, you let go of her this second, I said angrily. Why should I? He said. 
Cause I said so that's why, I yelled. I’ve herd better comebacks from a turkey sandwich, he said. Well let's 
just take this fight outside to the back of the ship, 
and……………………………I………………………………………then 
I………………………and……………………………………………………………………………………
~~Lily falls asleep~~ 
~~Ash stops telling the story~~ 
 
Ash stopped to the light touch of Lily's hand on his arm. Hm. She fell asleep. Ash said. Soon he also fell 
asleep. In the morning, Ash awoke on the floor next to the bed (he fell off the bed). He got up and looked 
around. Lily was gone. He went into the hall and saw someone in black clothing. Before Ash could say or 
do anything, the person shot something at him. Ffttt. It had hit him in the neck. "Hay!" Who are 
y...yo...you... uhhhhh...good night, Ash said as he fell asleep.

~~5 hours later~~ 
Ash woke up. He looked around and saw Lily looking down on him, combing her fingers through his hair, 
with Ashes head in her lap. Are you ok, Lily said? Where are we? He said. I don’t know, in the middle of 
the night I herd a noise coming from the hallway and I got up to see what it was and got hit with a blowgun 
dart in the neck, everything was a blur after that. You’ve been out cold for 5 hours. I’m just glad your ok, 
Ash said wirily. Where are the others, he said? I don’t know

Misty wakes up in a dark cell. Where am I? Misty noticed James in a dark corner. Hi, the rocket member 
said. Misty was confused at the word that came out of his mouth. What? Misty said. “Hi,” he said again. 
James stepped out of the darkness. Misty backed towards the back wall of the cell and noticed the chains on 
her ankles and wrists. We finally caught you and you friends, James said with a look of evil in his eyes. Go 
away, Misty said shivering. Go away…”Go Away,” James repeated to himself, that’s funny, he said with a 
smirk on his face. James laughed and started down the hall. Misty lay there shivering on the cold hard 
ground.  
~~With Brock~~ 
Brock sat in his new cell and twitted his fingers listening to all the sounds in the area. He noticed Jessie 
walking towards him; she leaned up against the bars of the cell. What do you want? Brock said. Oh, 
nothing. Brock looked up at her, but noticed that she had vanished. He noticed a key in front of him. He 
picked it up with wonder. He tried it on the lock on his chains…the chains fell off. Brock laughed with 
some hope in his voice. He stood up and unlocked the cell door. He walked down the hall for some time 
and stopped at the site of Kyle. Hey Kyle, Brock said…no response. Brock saw that Kyle wasn’t breathing. 
He’s dead, a voice said coming from behind him. The rocket member elbowed Brock in the neck and Brock 
fell to the ground and stopped breathing. My work here is done, said the rocket. 
~~With Ash and Lily~~ 
Ash lay there resting his head in Lily’s lap. Ash heard footsteps getting louder and louder until he saw 
James stop in front of the cell. James pulled out a key and motioned for Ash to stand up. He stood up and 
walked over to the cell door. James pulled out a gun and unlocked the door. Where going to go see the 
boss, James said. Ash stepped out of the cell. James put some handcuffs on Ash’s wrists and pushed the 
end of the gun into Ash’s back. One wrong move and I’ll blow a hole in your head, James said. James 
pushed Ash onward. Lily just lay there sobbing. Ash and James came to a turn in the hallway. Now is my 
chance to make a run for it, Ash said in his head. He started off but before he could make two steps James 
pulled the trigger. Ash fell forward and like the others he also stopped breathing. Lily heard the gun shot 
and feared the worst. Noooooooo, she cried. James was getting annoyed by the constant crying and walked 
back to the cell and pulled the trigger again, thus putting an end to the crying.

Narrator: Oh no, this is terrible. So far Ash, Kyle, Brock, and Lily have been silenced. What is going 
to happed to Misty? For Ash, Kyle, Brock, and Lily…Rest In Peace.

Misty heard James’s voice and soon saw him in front of her cell. Now what? Misty grunted. James spoke 
nice and slow so Misty could absorb what he was about to say. Guess what, he said. You know all your 
friends? Misty didn’t think she wanted to hear what he had to say but didn’t say anything about it. You 
know Kyle? He said. Y…yes. He’s dead. Misty started crying. And Brock is too. Misty feared what the 
next names would be. And Lily, James continued. Misty couldn’t stand to hear the last name. And lets not 
forget…Ash also. Misty started to cry intensely now and stood up and charged for James. She leaped 
forward at him but her chains pulled her back in mid air. She managed to grab his ankle and she pulled him 
to the ground. After knocking James unconscious she grabbed his keys and broke free of her chains. She 
stood up again and unlocked the cell door. Bruised and dirty she walked down the hallway of the rocket 
prison. She soon came to a body lying on the cold ground. No, Brock. She ran over to his cold body and 
checked the pulse…nothing. Misty saw Kyle up against the wall of his cell, motionless. She unlocked the 
cell door and walked up to him. She notices that his shirt was all covered in blood. Should I tell you what 
happened to him? A voice questioned behind her. Misty twirled around and saw Jessie. That little brat was 
shot. I was asking him a few questions but not getting any answers, Jessie said. He didn’t cooperate so I 
silenced him. Misty saw that Jessie was moving to the side. If you want to go then go, Jessie said. Misty ran 
past her and down the hallway. She soon came upon another body. No, it can’t be. Ash, she shouted. She 
ran up to his body. He wasn’t moving. Ash can you hear me…no response came from his mouth. Goodbye 
Ash…I’ll always love you, Misty said as she hugged his cold dead body. A gunshot was heard and Misty’s 
body hit the earth. 
 
 
 
Even though Misty died, in her soul she will always love that boy from Pallet Town. 
 
To this day Ash and the gang are still walking around traveling as ghosts, but sadly, never knowing 
what happened to them that one fateful day.
