past my parents.

Ash was nervous.Misty kept on trying to hold his hand.He didnit know what to 
say.Whe they finally got home, Ash ran ahead to open the door.He tripped 
because he had an untied shoelace!Misty and Brock giggled and walked past 
him to open the door.Deelia opened the door as Misty skipped and hummed 
happily to her room.Deelia gave her a strange look, the one that everyone 
gives me.
Ash got up and Brock and him walked in after her.Ash wanted to know what was 
up with Misty.He ran into the same bedrrom that Misty skipped into.
Deelia looked at Brock.
"Don't ask,"Brock replied.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~In Misty's bedroom~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
"What happened to you Mist?"Ash's voice had a hint of worry.
"I don't know...What do you mean?"Misty asked with a confused look.
"You know what I mean...What happened today!"
"You don't kbow how it feels to be me!!"
"You didn't answer my quetion."
"I feel like I'm going crazy!"
"Just because you'll be a mother in five months doesn't mean-Wait...FIVE 
MONTHS!!!We need to get ready!Five months isn't far away!"
"It is when you're pregnant..."
"What will we do?!What if I'm the father!I don't know how to handle kids!"
"Start with Togepi."
"I doubt that I'll be the father, though."
"Brock can't be the father!Imagine the kid!It just-Wait a second...Next week 
is youe birthday!"Misty buried her head into the pillow on the bed the two 
teens were sitting on.
"Don't cry..."Ash patted her back.
"You don't know how it is!"Misty's voice was muffled by the pillow.

"It'll be alright,"Ash reassured Misty."Misty, I don't want to canoe out of 
this bedroom!"
"That's not funny,"Misty said as she lifted her head off her pillow, showing 
a toothy smile."You won't think it's funny when you'll have to take care of 
me in a few months.You'll have to tie my shoes everyday, change the sheets 
on my bed, everything!"
"Why do you make ME work?!"
"Well, since you are my boyfriend..."
"I never said I liked you!"
"LIAR!"
Ash cringed.Misty was scary now.She would do anything to get her way.He 
didn't wanna see the mallet hit his head.Nor feel the pain.Well, for now 
he'll just have to wait...
