DiSCLAiMER: Lemme see..Jobs, jobs, jobs..Ooh look! A job in The Jersey Jounal says you can own Pokemon!! Awsome! Interviews are next Friday..I would love to go! For those who don't get it.. i DON'T OWN POKEMON!!!

It was a bright Monday morning, until I heard, "GABRIELLE!! HURRY UP!! YOU'RE GONNA BE LATE!!" Danielle called to me. I'm Gabrielle. I'm on my first Pokemon Jouney. Now, I can get away from my annoying sister, Danielle. Danielle was older than me by three years. I'm 11 and she's 14

"I'M COMING ALREADY!" I call to her. I'm running down the stairs and out the door. Then, she stopped me.

"If you think you're going on a journey looking like that, think again!" Danielle said to me, looking down at my outfit. A camouflage shrit, jeans with a white skirt over it, white sneakers, and my hat with the same camouflage pattern as my shirt.

"I'm not a prep like you are. So, why should you care?" I snapped.

"Because I care for you, Gab." She said. Although, I knew she was thinking, 'Because I have a reputation to keep!'

"I'm not changing. I'm already late. I'll see you later." I said as I walked to Professer Oak's lab.

"Aah..Gabrielle, you're late." Professer Oak called to me with two pokeballs in his hands.

"I'm sorry, Professer. I woke up kindda late. Heh.." I said blushing.

"WAAAHH!!! I'M LATE!! I'M LATE!! I'M LATE!!!" I heard a voice coming closer.

"Ash? Slow down! You're not all that late!" Professer Oak said to the boy with spiked auburn hair running to us in his pajamas. I could help but laugh at him.

"Sorry. I'm just so excited! I can't believe I'm gonna be on a POKEMON JOURNEY! I WILL BE THE GREATEST POKEMON MASTER EVER!!!"

"IN YOUR DREAMS!! I WILL!!" I smirked at him."

"Ooh yeah?!"

"Yeah!"

"OOH YEAH?!

"YEAH!!

"Okay you two. You're both late. So, you both get these." He said giving us the two pokeballs in his hands.

We both open it at the same time and out come two shapes in a red glow. As the glow fades off, we see two pokemon that look kindda the same except..

"Ash, you have a Pikachu." Oak said as Ash looked uneasly at the stuborn rodent with its red cheaks sparkling.

"Gabrielle, you have a Pichu. Pikachu is the evolved form of Pichu." I looked at it. It looked at me like I was some kindda freak. So, I smiled. It looked so cute. Then it jumped into my arms and started licking my face. I laughed.

Ash was looking at me. "What?" I asked. He just smiled and turned to look at his Pikachu. It looked like it was about to attack, which made everyone take a step back.

"Pichu! Pichu, chaa!!" Pichu said to Pikachu. I had no idea what Pichu was saying, but as he said it, it made the Pikachu look innocent. So, I was guessing that was a good thing.

Pikachu looked around then jumped into Ash's arms with a smile on its face. He smiled back at it. Then, looked at me. I smiled akwardly. So, he turned away. I started to get the feeling he smiles a lot.

"Okay. EVERYONE COME ON OUT!" Oak screamed. Then suddenly, everyone I knew came out. My friends and my sister.

"I'm gonna miss you all!! I said to my friends.

"We will too." Shannon said. She's my best friend. I would die for her. "Bring your cell phone and call sometime." She said in our hug. "I will!" I replied with tears in my eyes.

I walked over to Danielle. "I'm gonna miss you, Danni.." I said putting my hat down so she wouldn't see my tears.

She held up my chin and looked at my face."Me too. Remember..No matter where you are..or what do.." Then we said together. "Will never stop me from loving you..." Now, both of us were in tears hugging for the longest time. Our hug stopped and I put my hat down again.

I walked to the gate that separated Pallet Town and the outside. I saw Ash. He was kindda embarassed after his mom screamed, "DON'T FORGET TO BRING CLEAN PAIRS OF 'YOU-KNOW-WHATS' ASH KETCHEM!!" in public. I giggled then went back to walking. All of a sudden, my Pichu came out of it's pokeball.

"I guess if you wanna walk, you could." I said walking backwards while watching it walk behind me. It smiled and gave me a peace sign.

"Hey Gab!" Ash said running up to me. I was suprised he called me Gab. He met half an hour ago and he's acting like he's known me forever.

"Were you embarassed when your mom said that stuff about your underwear?" I asked. He turned red. Very red.

"Well..Moms are like that. Wouldn't you know?" Ash asked, now in normal clothes. I frowned trying not to remember that day, but I stopped. I put my hat sideways and put my head on his shoulder and cried.

We were sitting down on a log. I was still trying to wipe away tears. I can't believe I did that. I rarely cried in front of anyone. My friends and Danni don't count. Ash..I never met anyone like him. He seems to know how I feel.

"Gabrielle..What happened? Are you okay?" He asked me. I decided to tell him what happened to my parents.

"Danielle! Gabrielle! Dinner's ready!"

"Coming Mom!" My sister and I were running down the stairs happily. DING-DONG! The doorbell rang.

"I'll get it!" Danni told us.

"Where are my two beautiful girls?!" said a tall, handsome man who stepped in.

"Here Daddy!!" The two of us said together. I'm the 6 year old over there and that's my sister, the 9 year old.

"Daddy! We missed you!!" Danni said.

"Yup!" I said in agreement. Daddy put his camouflage hat on my head and I couldn't see a thing since it was so big on me. He walked into the kitchen and over to kiss his wife. My sister and I were giggling.

"Aawww.." We said in a sing-song voice. We all laughed. Daddy was a Pokemon Master and Mommy was a nurse. I wanted to be like Daddy and Danni wanted to be like Mommy. All of a sudden, there was a loud bang on the door.

"Who is it?" I said about to answer the door.

"MR. POKEMON MASTER!! LET US IN SO WE CAN TAKE YOUR BADGES!! NOW!!" They said in unison.

"AAAAHHHHH!!! MOMMY!! IT'S THE PERSONS WHO BROKED INTO THE HOUSE TWO MONTHS AGO!!" I screamed.

"Everyone! Go upstairs!" Daddy screamed letting out a pokeball. "GO ONIX! BLOCK THEM AND MAKE SURE THEY DON'T COME IN!!" Onix nodded and blocked the door as we all went upstairs.

Mommy put us in our room. Mommy and Daddy kissed us both. Then each other. My sister and I hugged each other as Mommy and Daddy went out in the hall and closed our door. I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. Then, Danni and I heard Mommy and Daddy in pain.

"No matter where you are..or what you do..Will never stop us from loving you!" Were the words Danni and I heard come out of Mommy and Daddy's mouth.

Everything stopped. It felt like even time stopped. Someone said, "Got'em! Let's go!" Got what? Daddy's badges? My sister and I opened the door and saw a blure of a black figure with some kindda letter on the back. We looked down and thought everything was a dream..A horrible, bad dream..

I hated talking about that..It feels like I'm being interviewed..Ash wasn't looking at me. He was looking at the ground. He probably sorry he asked. Maybe he didn't listen. Either way, I smiled at him. Which was kindda hard after all the tears.

"I'm sorry.." He said. "I didn't know you were part of the Wellen family." What? How did he know my last name? Lemme think..Reputation was the word that popped into my head for some reason.

"How did you know my last name?" I asked. He looked at me with a face that said, You didn't know?

"You're part of the Wellen family..Everyone knows about the Pokemon Master who died.." I frowned, but then I didn't wanna talk about it again.

"Hey Ash..You wanna travel together?" He looked up at me.

"Sure!" His face lit up saying that. I noticed my Pichu looking like it was almost done crying. Same as Ash's Pikachu, who was also out of his ball.

"C'mon." I said. "We better head for the next town." I said happily holding out a hand for him to get off the log.

"WAAHH!! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU KICKED THAT ROCK RIGHT ONTO THAT SPAROW'S HEAD!!!" I screamed.

"SORRY!! I DIDN'T KNOW I WASN'T ALLOWED TO KICK STUFF!! WAAAHHHH!!!!" Ash yelled. "JUMP INTO THAT RIVER!!" We jumped and we were underwater. Something was pulling my shirt. So, I held on to Ash, who seemed to be out, and let whatever it was pull me.

"Ash! Wake up!! Wake up!! WAKE UP!!!" I screamed. He wasn't breathing. I didn't knoe what to do until it hit me. Aww man.! This is not cool. I had to do CPR on him, like my sister told me. The red-headed girl just looked at us. She looked worried. Ash was breathing again..Thank gosh..He woke up looking at me..I smiled and hugged him. He hugged me back. He saw the girl smiling at him.

"Who's that?" Ash asked me pointing at the girl.

"I'm Misty Waterflower. Nice to meet you Ash." She said. She was really pretty. She kindda reminded me of Danni. Only she had longer black hair. I had short light black-brownish hair.

"Ash, she saved us. She kindda pulled us out of the river with her fishing net." I said scratching the back of my head in akwardness of that sentence. We laughed.

"Hey Misty. You wanna come travel with us?" I asked her.

"Uum..Sure. If it's okay with Ash." she repiled.

"Yeah sure.." It was settled. Misty was now traveling with us!

"All right! I-" I stopped short. I looked at Misty. Ash was looking at me and Misty was looking at Ash. I know that look she's giving him and the look Ash is giving me. Those are those look Danni get's when she looks at her boyfriend..

"Uughh..Are you guys listening to me?" I asked them.

"Uuh? Mmmuhm.."They both said.

"Okay..Then let's go to Virdian City!!"
