Stuck In The Pokéworld: Part 2

Jessica: Hey Ash! Where are you guys going?

Ash: To get another badge, I guess.

Jessica: I have a better idea. Why don't we go to Professor Oak's and pick 
up a Pokédex for Margret?

Brock: That is probably a good idea.

Megan: Uhh... Jessica, what's a Pokédex?

Jessica: YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT A POKEDEX IS? There is no help for you girl. 
When we get to Professor Oak's he will explain it to you.

Misty: I never thought I'd meet anyone who knows less about Pokémon than Ash!

Jessica: Well, it isn't really Megan's fault that she was never really 
interested in Pokémon.

Megan: Yeah, but I think I'm starting to like the idea.

Ash: Hey Misty, what do you mean I don't know anything about Pokémon? I know 
a lot about Pokémon!

Misty: No you don't!

Ash: Yes I do!

Brock: Aww Man! This could last for hours!

Megan and Jessica: We know how to stop it!

Brock: You do? How?

Megan: Like this!

Jessica: Hey Megan, don't you think those to fighting are soooo cute?

Megan: Yeah I know. They make, like the cutest couple.

(Laughter from Jessica, Megan, and Brock.)

Ash: What do you mean cute and good couple? Yuck!

Misty: I do not make a good couple with him!

Jessica: Aww, oh well. Hey Brock are we close to Pallet Town yet?

Brock: Yup. In fact you can see Professor Oak's place from here.

Megan: Lets hurry up and get there!
(They ran all the way there and knocked on the door.)

Ash: Hello Professor Oak! It's me, Ash!

Professor Oak: Hey Ash! Come on in.

Jessica: Hi Professor Oak. This is my friend Megan and she would like a 
Pokédex.

Professor Oak: Why, Hello Megan. Here is your new Pokédex. Do you need a 
starter Pokémon also?

Megan: No, Jessica gave me some.

Professor Oak: That was very kind of you. You can teach her all she needs to 
know, right guys?

Jessica, Ash, Misty, Brock: Yeah, no problem!
(Suddenly a boy around Ash's age enters the room.)

Gary: Hey Ashy-boy.

Jessica: Hey Margret, that's Gary! (she whispered.)

Megan: Wow! (she wiped back.)

Ash: Oh no it's Gary! What do you want?

Gary: Nothing just wanted to tell you that you're a loser!

Jessica and Megan: Wow he's cool. (sarcasm.) But he is cute for a kid!

Gary: (To Megan and Jessica.) Hey ladies, I'd love to stay and talk, but I 
must continue catching more Pokémon. I hope I see you two again sometime.

Jessica and Megan: (Blushing.) Wow!

Ash: You guys are as bad as Brock!

Jessica: Umm... no one is that bad, Misty lover.

Ash and Misty: Stop saying I like him/her!

Jessica: Yessuh, Yessum!

Megan: Hey Professor Oak, what do I do with the Pokédex?

Professor Oak: Oh, it keeps track of the Pokémon you have and tells you what 
other Pokémon are and what there attacks are.

Brock: It's getting near dinner time. I think we should leave now.

Megan: Yeah, thanks Professor Oak.

Professor Oak: You welcome and good luck to all of you!

(They soon headed down the road leading to Viridian City.)
