"Come on MissingNo!" Ash yelled. "Sky Attack!" The ghost shaped form of MissingNo started to glow and rise in the air. "Saberus! Sheer Cold!" the tired Elite Four member, Watrina cried. The battle seemed to be going on forever. MissingNo dived down at Saberus. As soon as sky attack was about to connect, sheer cold froze MissingNo's body. The Ice shattered into a thousand tiny fragments. MissingNo, on the ground, had fainted. Ash grunted, as he knew what he would have to do. He called out his last pokemon, the only pokemon he would ever need. "Go Raichu!" Time stood still as the big orange mouse looked over the saber- toothed cat. Ash had many good times with his old friend Pikachu, but they both decided it was time to evolve. Ash needed all the help he could get to defeat the new Elite Four of Neohk. Ash's Raichu rushed onto the battlefield. One attack, a new one Raichu had just learned, was all the Ash would need. "Electric Outburst!" Ash told Raichu at once. Yellow and red sparks started spurting out of Raichu's cheeks. The orange rodent charged toward Saberus. Raichu grabbed the cat in its paws, and launched them both into the air. Raichu threw Saberus toward the ground. Then, like an explosion, red lighting came pouring out of Raichu, hitting Saberus and forcing it to the ground. The big blue cat was knocked out cold. Raichu went bounding into Ash's arms. Not much had changed when Pikachu evolved. Pikachu just got bigger, and a lot more powerful. "Thank you so much, Raichu! You were great!" Ash said, happiness flowing in his veins. "That was a well fought match, Ash" Watrina spoke with little enthusiasm. "It was a very well fought match." "Yeah, it wasn't easy, Watrina" said Ash. Watrina gave a gesture to go to the final room. Ash nodded solemnly, Raichu walked proudly right beside him. They entered the final room. "Why is it so dark in here?" Ash asked himself. As if on cue, blinding lights flashed on all over the round dome top of the stadium. "Looks like we meet again Ash!" Said a nasally voice. "Gary!" Ash cried "The one and only" Gary smirked. "How did you become champion of the Neohk league?" Ash questioned. "Easy" Gary said. "I caught and trained the strongest pokemon, I battled so much that I needed to challenge the champion and take his place!" "Enough talking" said Ash. "Let's get on with the battle." "A three on three pokemon battle, no time limit!" the referee declared. Gary sent out his first pokemon. "Go Magneon!" Gary yelled. "Magneon?" Ash questioned. Ash pulled out his pokédex. "Magneon- the Electro- magnetic pokemon. Magneon uses its blue and red magnetic paws to climb on metal surfaces. This pokemon is one of the rarest evolutions of Eevee." The familiar voice said. "Steel type huh." Said Ash. "What happened to Umbreon?" Ash asked. "Umbreon is back at the lab with my grandfather." Gary replied coolly. "Go Smogela!" Ash yelled. The Rock and fire type pokemon materialized from the bright red beam of light. " Smogela use Magma Storm!" Ash commanded. Magma was flung at Gary's Magneon. "Quick, Magneon, dodge it!" On cue the strange steel type ran away from the red-hot magma. Magneon then ran up the side of the dome, its feet glowing. "Whoa, I had to see it to believe It." said Ash quietly. "Magneon! Use thunder wave!" Gary yelled. Yellow waves started flowing from Magneon's colorful paws. "Smogela! Safeguard!" A white force field surrounded the Lizard like pokemon. "Now use hyper beam!" Ash cried. "Magneon! Run to the top of the dome, and dive down and use brick break!" Gary commanded. The hyper beam barely missed. As Magneon reached the top of the dome, it cut off the magnetic pulse coming from its paws. It dived down toward Smogela, the big pokemon still recovering from the hyper beam, Smogela could do nothing to stop its foe. Magneon's glowing body crashed in Smogela. With one hit, the Lizard pokemon was knocked out. Ash was awestruck. "Your strategy lacks in thought and maneuvering." Gary said, a grin on his face "Like always." "Enough!" Ash yelled. "Get out there Raichu!" Ash commanded. Raichu leapt onto the battlefield. "Rai Raichu!" the mouse pokemon cried. "Looks like you finally got some sense and evolved that wimpy Pikachu of yours" Gary snickered. "Pikachu was never wimpy" Ash grumbled. "Let the second round begin!" Yelled the referee. "Raichu! Focus Energy!" Ash said. "Lets give 'um a chance Magneon, get on top of the dome again!" Magneon ran up the side and was quickly at the top of the dome. "Don't let that thing out of your sight Raichu!" "Raiiiiii" Raichu responded. "Okay Magneon, iron head!" Magneon lunged down once again. When Magneon was in range, Ash yelled "Raichu! Focus Punch!" The two attacks connected at the same time. Both pokemon were blown backwards from the force of the attacks. As the smoke cleared, Raichu got up, Magneon didn't. "That was pure luck, Ketchum," said Gary coldly. "He makes me so angry." Ash thought to himself. Returning Magneon to the pokemon, he said quietly, "Good job, Magneon, you did well." Gary then pulled out a dark looking ball, a dusk ball. "Go, Dusknoir!" Gary yelled. Raichu had never seen such a weird pokemon before, Raichu started shaking in fright. "You can take 'um Raichu" Ash said. "I know you can." "Let the battle begin!" Yelled the referee. "Okay Raichu, use focus energy and wait for the next command" "Rai Rai" Raichu agreed. Raichu started to glow with an orange energy. "Dusknoir use hypnosis!" Gary said. "Dodge it!" said Ash. Raichu jumped out of the way. "Dusknoir use Shadow punch!" "Shadow what?" Ash said. Dusknoir had disappeared. Raichu and Ash looked around franticly. Out of the shadows came a gray fist. It launched itself into Raichu. Raichu was thrown backwards. "Raichu!" Ash cried. "Retaliate with iron tail!" Raichu rushed towards the ghost pokemon, the attack connected, and Dusknoir was badly injured. Then Gary yelled "Dusknoir use ice punch!" Raichu was instantly frozen. "Raichu! Try and break out of it!" Ash cried. The ice shattered under Raichu's strength. "Good job Raichu, let's end this! Electric Outburst!" As in the last battle, Raichu grabbed Dusknoir, and threw it up in the air once again. Surprisingly Gary stood there not saying a word, his eyes closed, waiting for something. "Raiiiichuuuu" Raichu yelled as it sent its red electricity into the ghost pokemon. "Dusknoir use destiny bond!" Gary yelled. An eerie bond formed between the two. Now it was too late. The electricity hit Dusknoir, both pokemon instantly fainted. Both trainers recalled their pokemon to their pokeballs. "Final round" called the referee. "Choose your last pokemon wisely, Ash." Said Gary.
