Revelations

[one]

A figure of a trainer watched the sunrise over the ocean. She wasn't want she seemed, but is anyone? The female looked at one of her sleeping companions. Kyle was a late sleeper so obviously he kept watch usually. The other guide was currently dangerously close to a large heater blower. Erin gasped when he jumped on top of it. Instead of falling into a burning doom, the air lifted him in mid-air. This and other risky occurrences proved Kevin's insanity to Erin. He welcomed her to join, but she denied. Ash never did stuff as crazy as that. In fact Ash usually played it safe. At least Kyle was sane. Once the flying bandit reached a certain height he pulled out a needle and some thread and began stitching a small hole. So he wasn't just crazy. Kevin, in his odd way was fixing the balloon. After he fished Kevin grabbed a floating rope and tugged. In the next few moments, Kevin found he entered gravity again, Kyle was awaken and added another bruise to his collection, Erin found the power of falling objects, and everyone learned how loud a rocket scream when something falls on him. Need we say more? In all ends Erin sat looking at an Island Port City. She inquired what it was.

"Ahh, the Puerto de Showers." Kevin said in a fake accent. "Or The Port of Showers for those who want to ruin the fun." He finished with a nod towards Kyle.

"Yes, famous for it's amazing selection of stores, shops, and Tiki Bars." Kyle continued with some kind of voice you hear in travel commercials. "It's the palace to be!" Kyle said in a surprisingly base tone.

"Place, Kyle, place." Kevin said in an annoyed tone.

"I said that." The teen assured.

"No, you said palace." The rokcet corrected.

"Well, I meant to say place."

"That's funny I heard palace."

"Guys, knock it off." Erin interrupted the feuding rockets. "Let's just stop here for a break and go on."

"Fine." Kevin said who seemed withdrawn after the last comment.

Once the balloon landed in the airway, it appeared to be just two males escorting a woman. As Erin stepped out of the basket she beckoned the two to follow. They remained. Kyle seemed to have an extreme look of grief as they began explain.

"Erin, we can't go with you." Kevin said avoiding eye contact as he untied the first bag. Erin looked at Kyle who was also hurriedly untying bags, hoping this moment would go away. "I'm sorry, we just can't." The tall rocket said the final sang weight fell and the balloon began to rise. The left behind ran after them.

"No! You can't leave me here! He would never leave me!" The female said in her tears. Ash would stay by her side, forever.

"Maybe, but you left him." A voice inside Erin's head told her, no. It was her orders, she was forced to. What kind of a person was she? Kevin left her with one final greeting. "Merry Christmas." Was it that time already? One month from now she remembered, was she going to be alone? Memories came to her head of saving a jinx, meeting Santa Clause, being with Ash. Ash. Would she always be haunted by him? Would she ever find escape? She collapsed as hot molten salty snow began to fall in the port of Rain.

Harrison took a breath before he plunged into Toko Ocean, not one on the ferry noticed his departure. He caught up to Splash and swan further, closer to Kanto. Not all the rumors were true, for one the princes of the sea were also here, one watched him swim in amazement, its orange scales covering the hard bone underneath. One day it would become a truly fearsome opponent. The king of the sea. Harris swam to an isle he saw in the distance. An isle with a busy port. A port where he could find information for his cause.

Harrison felt a tug on his foot, he ignored it. He was too busy to battle now. Another tug, this one stronger, like a bite. He called Azumarril toward him, and prepared for a fight.

The water exploded, sending out a giant downpour of dispersed ocean trying to get back to its home. Harris was misplaced among the violent waves of the uprising. He broke out of the water, a gyrados towered over him, rage in its full wake. The king of the sea's scales slicing all the moisture that dared to go around him. The aqua mouse stood his ground, bobbing up and down in the tide. This would take forever, and Splash couldn't use his spark attack as long they were in salt water. He ordered the blue raichu to use tail slap with a small dose of secret power. The gyrados reared back and then began staring into the sun. Not good.

The azumarril hopped into the air and forced his tail on the rock hard scales, it didn't do much damage. At least the hyperbeam was halted. The god of the sea seemed to be humored by this feeble attack. Then the best part, Splash shouted in his native language as he seemed to summon some other worldly power, vines began to from around the water titan. It stopped its amusement and tried to a thrash attack. Then a shock ran through the tangling weeds. Currents traveling in the water inside the stems. Luckily the salt water couldn't conduct so the two onlookers were unharmed. The gyrados found it was frozen still and the plants went ablaze. The fire was overcome with a purple energy that pulsed and vibrated; the sight of it gave the Aqua Agent a headache. After that everything dissolved into a darkness that strangled the very life out of you. As light return the once grand pokemon was almost a statue of stone with the rock covering it. Finally rocks choking the dragon that was blown away by the crush of water. Secret power. The ultimate Azumarril move. The king of the sea reared into a final rage as it collapsed into the sea, scales causing an uproar among the troubled waters. The liquid flew across the outlaw's body, stabbing him with its sheer force. The two looked down at the sinking shadow never to be seen again. Harrison continued his swim to the port.

He reached the tourist trap twenty minutes later, grabbing a towel off the beach stands Harris dried himself off, sticking sand to his A insignia labeled blue swim trunks. Various females with their all too revealing and horribly too hinting covers smiled at him and the prize they could never attain. Harrison didn't need romance; romance sure as hell didn't need him. No matter what those poets said. Romance was a game of cat and mouse with the woman being the predators. He walked past them, he wasn't going to fall prey, Splash may be a mouse, but no Skitty could take him on. The pokemon center must be safer than this. He headed there.

As he entered the lobby of the multipurpose complex he found it was as merciless as the beach. At least he had a shirt on now, though the blue marreep cotton would have been better without the phrase, "Don't Panic." encrypted boldly in black letters on its front. He rented a room, he would ask for their archives on legendaries later. The Nurse handed him a key after looking at his pokedex, which remarkably had no criminal record on it, mainly because Team Aqua never did anything illegal, unlike those dirty Magma thugs. He headed with Splash to put his small amount of supplies which consisted of some tear gas and a few corked vials as he saw her, with his curiosity sparked he began to speak.

"Anything wrong?' He asked the obviously depressed lass. She nodded; he noticed something that confirmed his suspicions. "You're not from these parts are you?" Harrison questioned the blue haired teen.

"No, I came from Kanto, name's Iris Peck. I'm trying to get into Hoenn to compete in the League. Are you a trainer?" The female asked pulling all the tricks she could possibly muster, Harris wasn't impressed.

"Cut out the bull," The Aqua told the lass who acted extremely surprised, "So who do you work for?" He interrogated the fake, she kept trying with the innocent look and then saw that it wasn't working and began talking.

"Rocket, I'm supposed to get info on Team Magma and Aqua, I suppose you're an Aqua." The rocket said looking at A on his swimsuit. "How did you know?" Erin asked in suspense.

"Your skirt is too tight, usually your type like too show a bit of hip to the world, and most lasses from Kanto are blonds. Johto are brunettes, and Hoenn have the blue kind." Harrison explained quickly to the attentive listener, his blue pal nodded in agreement. "Now I must be going, good luck." The water trainer said picking up his bag.

"Wait, aren't you going to report me or something?" Erin asked in confusion loosening her skirt as she did so.

"Why, you've done nothing to be, I've done nothing to you." The male told her using basic logic that so many forgot. "If you want to know about Team Aqua come to room 17 at two o'clock p.m. tomorrow." With that Harrison left.

As the door behind them closed Splash began conversing in his babble of Azu's and marrs'. Harrison listened then replied as he fell onto the unfairly soft bed. "I know, it's she needed help." The pokemon spoke again it hopped onto the other bed. and pulled some covers itself. "I know she's a rocket. No, she just needed help ok?" The blue mouse muttered one final message then went to sleep. It took some time for Harrison to translate what it meant before he went to rest as well. "Liar." he muttered to himself as he reached for the lamp, "He called me a liar." Harris reflected as the lights switched off. Sleep. Tomorrow would be a bigger day than he knew.

[three]

Edward sat in the pokecenter, reading an arcive made by the legendary Professor Oak, an authority on legendaries. It stated that the three birds were to be found on three mythical islands. Great an island, why couldn't they be in a cave? At least it wasn't underwater. Flare sat next to him trying to entertain himself by juggling apples. Some trainers stared in amazement. Ed looked up from the table and whisked the onlookers away. He slammed the book and left a tip to Nurse Joy for the help.

Some kid decided to challenge him. Flame could use some brush-up on flamethrower. He accepted. Flame swallowed the crisped apple and followed his best friend led him out of the center in the dirt clearing. The kid sent out his azupanther. Great, a water type. The blue furred overgrown skitty roared sending a wave of fear in Flame. Intimidate wouldn't cause Flame to lose the battle, though it wouldn't help him either. The lizard began to flex and the sun began to glow more brightly. Luckily Edward carried his suntan lotion, he applied the cream to his skin as the Sunny Day special ability caused the charmander's tail fire to double in size. Now the battle would begin.

The yellow cat with yellow spots resembling ones on a leopard paused for some time as to see what attacks the dragon would perform. Its best bet would be to go in with a slash attack. However its trainer was an inexperienced cocky boy who didn't know strategy if it hit him in the head. The rookie ordered the graceful feline to use a hydropump.

There were two flaws in this command. One was not putting charmander's special power in mind. As the flesh tearing barrage of water came to Flame, the Team Magma member just ordered a tailwhip. Steam covered the area as the fire type evaporated the attack. The mist caused Flame to lose his flame for a moment. The second thing wrong was that a hydro pump drains your pokemon for a moment. If the idiot used a watergun the resulting mist would still douse fire attacks for a time and blind the opponent. Then azupanther could come and use bite if equipped with a quick claw, however the newbie probably equipped it with a bitterberry, even so a quick attack could be used in that case. Instead the water predator is panting in its own fog.

Once the mist cleared, there was Flame, alert and ready and his opponent, forced out of its incredible potential to serve a fool. Edward could order Flame to burrow then use hellfire, but the soil had become a fresh mud which now ended any hope of speed attacks. The trainer at east figured that out, and seemed deeply proud of himself for doing so. Instead he commanded a spray attack, which resulted in the blue furred pokemon being trapped in the mud. The boy ordered the cat to move, but he found it too late as the mud began to harden with the sunny day ability working on it. The evolution of Azulynx waited, with lost pride and dignity to receive the final blow. The trainer pouted in frustration. This probably his first loss, winning the others by sheer power battling. The charmander waited for his orders.

"Flame, we're done." The criminal said after looking at his challenger in disgust. "Let's go." Then he addressed to child. "Do it a favor, let azupanther go." He told the whining adolescent as he walked out into the forest outside the town. Flame looked at the crying trainer and the once great pokemon. He followed his trainer onto an adventure even they might not make.

[four]

"Why did you let her go?" The average height brown haired rocket asked to his tall companion. "She didn't know. We could have saved her." The teen said again looking at the contemplating figure of his friend as they reached closer to the base.

"We had our orders; it's not our fault she got the death mission." The elite said trying to convince himself it was right. The mission to go to Hoenn was basically being thrown into a burning ring of fire to the untender mercies of Team Aqua and Magma, Erin was recalled by her 'sisters' to go back to Rocket. She was one of the best, personally trusted to make sure Giovanni's pet was crafted the exact way he wanted. All Elites hated the trainer who already outranked any of them. The Boss's heir. Ash Ketchum. She must have come close to telling precious Ketchum the truth and such so she was to be dealt with. Wait, all members who didn't live up to standards were sent to Hoenn. Kevin kept piloting the Torchick headed balloon forward to his doom. Kevin was cleared for entry as the cliff conclave landing area came into view.

"Wait! Kev they send the ones they want dead to Hoenn." The teen said quickly looking at his companion.

"Umm, yeah, this never occurred to you before?" The tall male asked the enlightened Rocket.

"Kevin, they sent us to Hoenn. They want us dead." Kyle said to Kevin who seemed to pick something up in the distance.

"Kyle, I'll never forget you. I want you to do something for me." The teen ordered looking his long time companion in the eye, "Tell Ash the truth. I'm sorry." While Kyle was contemplating what his partner just said in a rush the black uniformed teen pushed Kyle out of the balloon, into the sea. It clashed hard against the waves, thundering its welcome.

Kyle hit the water and began sinking in the depths of the sea. The survivor removed the heavy uniform of an elite that he so well earned and began struggling up for air. The black clothing sank into the abyss. He almost reached the surface when he felt an enormous amount of heat on the water, no. He dived to steer clear of the giant explosion of flame and death. When he resurfaced nothing was there, only a crippled ash frame of his home falling with the rest of his past in darkness. Nothing else, at least that Kyle saw. He had no life with Team Rocket anymore. They ruined and ended too many already. To them was them all else were just unwanted specks of dust. His partner to them to them was just another piece of waste. Kyle would make them pay; he would make them always remember those they slaughtered. Every name of the victims shall be engraved firmly on their minds. They would because Kyle would make them. Giovanni's pet was about to learn the truth. This Kyle would swear by.

ok, great breakthroughs in this fic!

a new pov I decided to throw in, I finally did a pokemon battle, it needs work, I intended in to be short but i just kept writting more. I made a new pokemon, i love cats, not as much as monkeys but I still love them. azul is blue! i'm not blindly making up names, but pokemon are hard to name! I know some of you are depressed at killing kevin off, yes he is dead, I'm not one of those authors who supposedly 'kills' a charecter then he comes back later, well I am ,but not here, he was annoying me, plus it works with the plot.
ok I threw in some gamma legends jokes, and left erin alone, and I finally did some concepts for future episodes. it's good, real good. and lastly I broke my own record for insanely large usage of the word I, or it a letter? hmm, good forum topic...

lastly, i'd encourage all readers to read all other fics at the tower and remember that this story is on the ballot at the BICs

proudest member of gamma legends.
