POKEMON: GAWK TOWN SAVIORS Episode 1: The To-Be Saviors Set Out! Trouble Begins! Part 1 T rode his bike down the dirt road of Gawk Town. He looked around at the wildlife around him, adoring Pidgeys and Rattatas scurrying around happily. He wore a black t-shirt and a pair of denim jeans. “What a nice day.” T muttered. Then, T was slammed into the wheel by another bike. T turned around. “Hey!” T screamed. T looked in front of him and saw Denny, the meanest kid in Gawk Town. He was one of the three that was getting their first Pokemon today at the town Pokemon Center. He had long, blond hair and wore no shirt but a pair of baggy, black pants with chains all around them. “Watch where you’re going, idiot!” Denny screamed. “I bet you’re going to the Center!” I remarked. “You bet, I’m getting that Chimchar, and you know it!” Denny cried, pulling his bike out of mine. “No, you know that one’s mine!” I yelled. Then, we heard footsteps behind us. Jen stood there, her arms crossed. She wore a green turtleneck and a white skirt. Her hair was long and bluish. She wore navy boots that reached her knees. “Why don’t you two just battle for the Chimchar. I don’t care which one of you gets it, but I’ve declared I’m getting the Turtwig. Whoever looses gets the Piplup. It’s too simple.” She smiled. T looked at Jen and nodded. “She’s right, maybe we should battle.” T smiled. “I don’t know why you boys couldn’t wait,” Jen remarked, “You had to go and catch a wild Pokemon instead of getting a free one from the Pokemon Center. Boys are creeps. I’ll watch your battle though.” I pulled out a Poke Ball and so did Denny. We jumped off our bikes and pulled them into the grass. We stepped back onto the dirt road. I held my Poke Ball out. “Go, Patch!” T’s Pachirusu came out. “Rusu!” He squeaked, grinning. T names his own Pokemon. Patch is the name of his Pachirusu. “Go, Bidoof!” Denny let his brown Bidoof. He stomped on the ground, chewing. “Bid!” The Bidoof cried. “Are you ready loser?” Denny asked. T answered: “You bet; my Pokemon’s got a name and yours doesn’t.” “So?” Denny said. “He likes his name.” I smiled.
