May: 10

Scene: Still in the Lilycove Stadium

May: (now sobbing) No! How could I lose? I fed you all the Pokeblocks you 
could eat, Beautifly. How could anything else go wrong? (May hears the a stampede of Tauros, which ends up a bunch a fans for Drew. They trample over her and Beautifly.)
One fan: Drew, can I have your autograph?
Another fan: Drew can I marry you?
Drew: Oh no, I already like someone else. (The fan cries)
May: (recovering from the stampede) Oh god, why does the worse happen to me? (Spots Beautifly in pain) Oh my god! I got to take you to the Pokemon center! (Returns Beautifly and runs out the door.)

In Petalburg City

Brendan: (watching the TV) Oh my god! May lost? But...but...that's impossible! That imbecile "Drew" must have cheated! May has never lost before! My girlfriend loses to NO ONE!!!

Back at Lilycove (in the Pokemon Center to be specific)

May: Nurse Joy, is my Beautifly going to do okay?
Nurse Joy: Well, I can't promise anything right now, your Pokemon has a case of Squishitus.
May: (A question mark appears over her head) And that is?
Nurse Joy: Squishitus is when a small Pokemon is pressurized by something or somethings that are much much heavier than the Pokemon, which crushes some of their organs. I'm going to have to get 
some of my cousins and sisters from Fortree, Slateport, Pacifidalog, Evergrande, and Mossdeep to 
complete this operation.
May: Do I have to pay for this operation?
Nurse Joy: Yes, but it isn't that much.
May: How much?
Nurse Joy: 30,000 dollars.
May: (falls down Anime style and lies there for five minutes, dazed by that big amount of cash. Finally stands up.) Where am I supposed to get all that money?
Nurse Joy: Well, the prize along with the ribbon in the Master Contest was 50,000, and you didn't win!
May: Shut up you lady! (slaps the nurse)
Nurse Joy: Well, if you are going to act that way, I won't do surgery.
May: WHA? (falls onto her knees and begs) Please! I'll pay twice that much if you do surgery on my poor Beautifly.
Nurse Joy: Fine, I guess you can pay after the operation, and I'll be nice to you and only make you pay 30,000. For now until my family comes, it will get a regular treatment.
May: Oh thank you Nurse Joy! How long is this operation?
Nurse Joy: It usually takes 24 hours, but the Pokemon usually needs a day or two to recover.
May: Thank you again Nurse Joy! See in 24 hours! (runs out the door) Where the heck am I supposed to get 30,000 dollars?
Nurse Joy: Oh May, you need to stay in the waiting room in case something happens.
May: (crossing her arms) Fine. (Plops her body onto a couch) Now how am I going to get the money if I'm stuck in this dumb waiting room?
