On the ourskirts of Petalburg...

Brendan: Well, this is it. I'm leaving beautiful Petalburg for my love. Is it worth it? (he 
thinks for a moment) Why am I thinking this? Of course it's worth it! This is for my true love!
(he sees the road ahead of him) Well, here it goes! (he runs off into the abyss of the world for
the first time)

In the Lilycove Pokemon Center

May: I can't believe that I have to share a bed with YOU out of everyone else in the world!
Drew: Aww May...just live with it.
May: Whatever... (Drew opens the door to the room; May spots the dusty spot on the rug where the
bed used to be)
Drew: I'm going to get ready for bed.
May: What is there to get ready for? You left your stuff in the Contest Hall.
Drew: But still, my smile needs brushing.
May: Shouldn't it be ladies first? (she pushes Drew away from the bathroom)
Drew: (pushing her back) Nope, now it's winners first. (he quickly runs into the bathroom and 
locks the door)
May: Stupid Drew. (she crashes onto the bed) This is definetly the worst day of my life!
Drew: (from the bathroom) I wouldn't say that!
May: Why not?
Drew: Because something happen in the last hour of the day.
May: Drew, your up to one of your stupid scams.
Drew: Whatever... (he comes out of the bathroom and flashes his freshly brushed smile at May)
May: Stop it Drew, you're giving me the creeps. (she enters the bathroom and takes a shower)
Drew: Oh wow, I wonder what she looks like naked...
May: I heard that Drew! You are such a pervert...
Drew: Whatever... (ten minutes later, May emerges from the bathroom with her clothes on and wet
hair) Hi May!
May: Why are you saying hi to me?
Drew: I don't know. You ready to go to bed? Nurse Joy's going to check on us soon.
May: Isn't she consumed in operation?
Drew: Naw, there's going to be a Nurse who gets a break, who's job is to look on the trainers to
see if their asleep.
May: Fine. (she just stands there)
Drew: What are you waiting for?
May: Remember from earlier? You said "winners first". I'm a loser, so losers are second or last.
You choose.
Drew: Nah, I changed my mind. (he hops off the bed and shows his arm to the bed) Ladies first now.
May: Finally you have some manners. (she slides into the bed; Drew follows) So what's with you?
Drew: What do you mean?
May: You've been acting weird lately.
Drew: I'm just acting like my nice old friendly self.
May: Tch, you are NEVER friendly.
Drew: I am friendly all the time!
May: Are not!
Drew: Are too.
May: Are not!
Drew: Enough! (he puts his finger to May's lips) We need to go to sleep.
May: Why?
Drew: Because we need to...get on with our lives.
May: (lowering her voice down to a whisper) Stupid Brendan...
Drew: Who is he?
May: (raising her voice to normal) Oh Brendan? He's my boyfriend back in Petalburg, no wait.
EX-boyfriend.
Drew: What do you mean "ex-boyfriend"?
May: Well, I was asking him if he could chip in a little to pay for Beautifly's operation, but he
said that he didn't have any money. So we got in this fight on how he never does anything for
himself, and then I yelled at him that I wasn't his girlfriend anymore and it was the end. But
I don't think I can go on without him.
Drew: When was the last time you saw him?
May: I don't know, maybe three months ago.
Drew: Well, the longer you stay away from him, you'll start to forget him.
May: What do YOU know about love?
Drew: Well...I think I'm in love with a girl.
May: Ewww!!! Then what are you doing in a bed with me???
Drew: Err...you remember earlier when we were in the Waiting Room and I said "How much I love 
you"?
May: Yeah, weren't you just kidding?
Drew: That's the problem. I was telling the truth.
May: (she gasps) Oh Drew...
Drew: Yes May?
May: I think I love you back.
Drew: Really? But what about Brendan?
May: Who cares? He's my EX-boyfriend now. (she slowly gets closer to Drew) He won't care. More or
less me about his feelings. (Drew leans his head closer towards May. May's glistening lips join 
Drew's as May puts her arms around him; Drew goes along with May; Nurse Joy quietly opens the 
door, sees them kissing and quickly leaves, allowing the young couple to have some privacy)

A/N: I know I have a sick mind, but for some reason I sort of like this part. ^_^ Don't blame me,
blame my sick mind, but sometimes I like the picture of people kissing, (especially Anime 
characters) but oh well! Don't think this story is over because Brendan and the other people have
"disappeared" and they need to come back, otherwise I would end it here (that's sort of a lie 
because I would add a tad bit more). Read part 7 please!
