A/N: Okay...I'm really weird for writing that song for a disclaimer...at least it's something I 
own (lol)! Anyway, I left off where Brendan is still on the ferry, Drew left, and May is hoping 
to find him again in Mosdeep! *crys* True lovers can never part...okay, I'm *sniffle* over it.
So, is Brendan going to interfere with this love? It may or may not happen in this part, but oh
well!

Scene: The Pokemon Center

May: I'm coming Drew! (she hops off the bed, carefully slips the letters and the rose into her
pocket, and runs out the door into the waiting room)
Nurse Joy: Are you ready to check out?
May: Yes, but just out of the room. It's only 7 o'clock anyway.
Nurse Joy: I have good news, Beautifly's operation was cut 5 hours short; Brock helped us out a
lot!
May: Oh good!
Nurse Joy: Are you ready to pay for the operation?
May: Oh, sure! (she pulls out the second envelope and takes out the check from Drew)
Nurse Joy: Along with the time cut, your fee has been cut by 5,000 dollars also.
May: Okay then...keep the change!
Nurse Joy: Oh I couldn't do that! I can just cash it into the computer.
May: Okay!
Nurse Joy: All right, I'll just insert it in the computer and withdraw 5,000 dollars. (she follows
her own instructions, takes out 5,000 dollars, and hands it to May) Keep it safe!
May: I will!
Nurse Joy: (she taps onto the computer) Okay, now you are officially checked out. I'll go get your
Beautifly. (she goes into the room and shortly returns with a PokeBall) Here you go. It recovers
quicker than others I have noticed.
May: Yeah, that's true. Come on out Beautifly! (she presses the button on the PokeBall and out comes
Beautifly)
Beautifly: Beauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuutifly!
May: Oh my, it looks better than ever!
Nurse Joy: Apparently, you have never let Brock groom your Beautifly, so now it looks better than 
ever! (she smiles)
May: Thanks again, Nurse Joy! Well, I guess I'll be going now.
Nurse Joy: Okay, see you around sometime! Goodbye!
May: Goodbye Nurse Joy! (she walks out the door)
Brendan: Hey May! (May spots Brendan running towards her)
May: BRENDAN!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! What are you doing here?
Brendan: I came to see you. (he tries to kiss her, but May ducks)
May: How many times do I have to tell you, I AM NOT YOUR GIRLFRIEND ANYMORE!!!!!!!
Brendan: Oh, I'm sure you'll change your mind...
May: No Brendan, I have a new lover already.
Brendan: What? (he starts to cry Anime style) How could you do this to me? After everything we've 
done together? Now Wally is gonna beat me up!
May: Well I'm sure Wally will be happy. Let's get some training done. (she slaps Brendan. He starts
to cry even more while May walks away)
Brendan: Please May, give me another chance! I want to be your boyfriend again.
May: You never learn, do you? I said I am not your girlfriend anymore! (May runs away while Brendan
tries to chase after her)
Brendan: May...please...
May: (turning around) Stop trying to act so helpless. I know you! YOu can;t do anything for yourself!
Brendan: I did all this effort to get here.
May: I have a better boyfriend now! At least he's compassionite. He payed for Beautifly's operation!
Brendan: I just didn't have the money...
May: That's the problem! You don't have any money! Just go on your Pokemon journey and maybe you can
win me back. But the problem is I'm in love with a guy whose almost been a trainer/coordinatior for
almost a year!
Brendan: Who is it, Drew?
May: Oh wow, you guessed it right! He's more romantic then you! You try to go around a kiss me the
moment you see me? Please!
Brendan: May...
May: If you really want to be compassionate, leave me alone! (she starts to walk towards the 
Lilycove Inn)
