Bored(part two) Disclaimer: I only meant for this story to be one part, but the Jolt Master said that it didn't look finished. Then I didn't know what to do untill Misty101803 gave me some ideas, so I would like to thank him for helping me to continue this fic. Oh, by the way, I don't own pokemon(-_-). ```````````````````````````````````` Misty woke up in a pokemon center bed, and stertched her arms. She saw Ash and Brock sitting in chairs opposite the bed and they both walked up to her. "Your finally awake! That surprise party must have given you quite a shock." Ash said as he smiled. "Sure did. By the way, what time is it?" Misty asked as she yawned. "It's twelve midnight! I didn't know it had gotten that late. Now that we know you're okay, we're going to bed." Brock said as he and Ash began to yawn. "Already? But I feel wide awake, what am I supposed to do?" Misty asked as she sat up in the bed. Ash handed her a romote and Brock handed her her Gameboy Advance. "Maybe you can watch TV or play your Gameboy." Ash said as he and Brock left the room after they said good night. When they left, Misty laid back down and turned the TV on. "Let's see," Misty said as she flicked channels. The pokemon center that they were staying at only got six channels, and all of them had either busy signals or infomercials. Misty turned off the TV and turned on her gameboy. However not long after turning it on, the batteries went dead. "Not now." Misty sighed as she looked for some magazines however, the room was surprisingly magazine-absent. Then she got up and went into the lobby in hopes that someone had left a magazine in there since she last checked this morning. However, the lobby was still magazineless. She looked over at the lobby's aquarium and saw that the Magikarp inside was looking at her nervously. When the Magikarp noticed that she was watching him, he hid behind a rock in his tank. Misty sighed and returned to her room. When she arrived, she got another brilliant idea. Her pokemon would keep her company. She went to get her pokeballs out of her bookbag, but realized that they were still with Nurse Joy. She would have gotten them back, but when she went to the reception window, she found that it was closed for the night. She began to pace the halls and glanced at the center's clock. Ten minutes had passed and she was still bored. "What a grand day this is turning out to be." she said sarcastically. She returned to her room and laid down on her bed for five minutes. She then got up and looked out the window, but clouds were covering the moon, and she couldn't see anything. She walked over to her backpack and rumaged through the contents, but she had left most of her supplies in the room Ash and her shared. All that was in it was a fastball and her mallet. She put the items back in her bag since she didn't have use for eithar one of them. She paced the room back and forth and glanced at the clock again. It pronounced the time to 12:34. She sighed and went back to the lobby. She looked around and found a pamphlit(or however that word is spelled). She took it into her room and began to read. It turns out that the pamphlit was for a Magikarp sale at Pokemon Palace. "The last thing I need to read about is a sale for Magikarps." Misty said as she threw the pamphlit into the trash. She sighed and turned the TV on again. Now all but one had busy signals on. She turned to that one channel, which had an infomercial on. A man wearing a white bandanna on his head and had a large tank in front of him began to talk. "Buy a Magikarp now and you will have a Magikarp gold mine! Each Magikarp lays 1000 egg, each of those lays 1000 more, that's a million. Each of those million lays 1000 more, that's a billion! If you sell each Magikarp for 100 dollars you'll soon be a rich person indeed. Usually I sell a Magikarp for 100 dollars, but as a bonus, I will throw in an egg laying kit, gold-plated pokeball, and this limited edition Magikarp keychain for the low price of 500 dollars! Call now, my operators are standing by." Misty turned off the TV in vain. "Who would be stupid enough to want to buy a Magikarp?" she wondered aloud. ``````````````````````````````````` Little did she know that at this exact moment a man by the name of James was calling. "Operator, I would like to buy one of those Magikarp!" He exclaimed gleefully into the phone. ```````````````````````````````````` Misty began to pace the hallway untill a well-defined groove had been carved into the floor by her pacing. She glanced at the clock and found that the time was now 2:27. "Arghh!" Misty yelled as she went back to her room. She then tried to see if she could get back to sleep. She laid her head on her pillow and pulled the covers around her. She turned on her side and was soon halfway to dreamland. However she was then woken up by a dripping noise. She opened her eyes, raised her head, and the noise stopped. She laid back down and was almost asleep when the noise started again. She walked into the bathroom, which was connected to her room, and saw that the faucet had not been turned all the way off. She completed the turn and the dripping stopped. She laid back down in bed, and just as sleep had visted her, she was awakened by a cool, and noisy, breeze blowing through her window. She got up, shut the window, and went back to bed. This time she had just started to dream, when she was woken by a snore. She looked around, but couldn't see what could be snoring. She walked into the lobby in hopes of finding the snores source, and found the Magikarp, that was in the lobby's aquarium, was snoring away. "Wake up!!!" Misty yelled, scaring the poor Magikarp so badly that it jumped out of the tank and got Misty wet. She grumbled as she picked up the Magikarp and put it back into the tank. The Magikarp hid behind the same rock and watched Misty cautously as she stomped back into her room and slammed the door. Then she dried herself off, since the Magikarp had gotten her pretty wet. Before lieing down, Misty checked the faucet, made sure the window was shut, and checked that the Magikarp wasn't snoring loudly. She laid back down and pulled the covers around her. She was just begining to dream about fishing for Magikarps, when she was awoken again. This time it was by her alarm clock. She stared bleary eyed at the clock, which now said the time was 7:30. She could hear doors opening as trainers got redy to leave to continue on their journeys. The sun shone brightly through her window and she unwillingly sat up in bed. "Good Morning!" Ash called as he and Brock walked into Misty's room, however Misty fell back on her pillow. "Misty? Misty!" Ash called as Misty tried to drown out all sounds of the morning so she could recapture sleep. ```````````````````````````````````` And with that, so ends the most boring day of Misty's life. But what of the Magikarp? It now has to see a psychologist three times a week. For some reason every time a red-headed trainer comes in, it becomes terrified and refuses to come out from behind it's rock. ````````````````````````````````````` So what ya think? Please review! This is the final part of 'Bored,' in case anyone was wondering. This is the lonepichu signing off.
