*note from author*:
Hellooo! -_- I’ve only gotten one review letter so far, but I guess it’s my
fault for not updating my other stories. 0_o I keep getting distracted. I’m
not sure if this will be my last post for a long time (a year) Because I’m
gonna live with my mom for the next school year, and she can’t afford
an internet service. But then I’m moving back here for a year, and then
Ireland!! XD  *getting off track*  anyways, while I’m with my mum I’ll
still be writing and I’ll save it all to a disk or sumting and post it in a
longlong time. I’m depressing myself. Okay, I don’t really have a
gameplan for this story, and I think my author’s “NOTE” is longer than
what is entertaining.. so R&R PLEEEAAASEE aand I’ll try an’ keep
adding on my other stories too.
Thank youuu!
OH YEAHH!
I do not own Pokemon and I do not own whateverrrr ;_; it’s been a
while. And, eh, Any Pokemon I may happen to create are mine, my
characters are mine, aaand I’ll add more to this little list when I actually
have a plot. :) Enjoy.

Prologue

*”Hey, how ‘bout Poly?” “Hey, yea!” “huh??” “You go in, and
we’ll come after you once you’re at the top!” “Alone?” “duh!” “Go on,
Poly!” “it’s POLARIS-” “Great! Get going!” “Where’s Tange?” “Gah,
we told you!! Her parents wouldn’t let her out!” “Just go!” And one of
the boys shoved her into the darkness of the house and slammed the door
behind her, which stirred up clouds of dust.
Polaris fumbled for a light switch, but of course, there was none.
So she ran, looking behind her frequently, up the stairs. “Why do they
make mean dares... I wish Tange were here- she’d help me I bet.” She
smiled, then. “But I’m glad you’re here, Nove!”
There was a figure leaning against a wall at the top of the stairs.
Any experienced trainer would have recognized it as a 9-foot, 4-inch
Typhlosion, but not a 6-year-old girl- especially Polaris. She didn’t even
know he was capeable of lighting a campfire, let alone killing her in 2
seconds flat. She was Polaris Olipse, the girl whose parents deemed
insane for dreaming up Nove. “I just came to give you this.” Nove said
in a raspy voice. As he came closer, Polaris could see his weather-worn
face, and something shiny in his ‘hand’, which was for her. “Don’t open
it in here, though.” “Aren’t you staying? It’s spooky in here.” Nove was
quiet for a second, and then he said something he’d never said before:
“Goodbye.”
Polaris leaned back in surprise. “Thank you” she whispered, then
put the object in her pocket. There was still one more flight of stairs until
the top. She ducked under spider-webs and skipped steps she thought
were too squeaky. She reached the top and found the room with the
half-moon window, and saw that her friends were gone.
“They must be coming to get me.” She looked around the room and
saw a giant hole in the middle of the floor. “Boy am I glad I didn’t fall
into that..” There was a chest in front of the window, with some
inscriptions on it:

There was a big slash on ‘Ocealot Orderly’, and the chest was
made of some foreign, unknown substance. It looked as if it was wet for
a long time. She ran her hand over the brassy wooden top. The moon
wasn’t even out. The chest shivered. “Ah!!” Polaris cried, jumping back.
Then, something seemed to explode out of the chest, and knocked her
into the gaping hole in the floor. (VERY) Luckily, she landed into a
cardboard box filled with musty packing peanuts. Through her shock,
she heard Tange’s cruel, shrilly laughter from above, and then her
heading to the front door. Then it slamming. For the nedt 8-some hours,
Polaris spent her time exploring the strange, doorless room she was in. It
had alot of boxes. Maybe someone was trying to get in this room, that
would explain the hole. Or trying to get out... or something.
She took some souvenirs, and in the morning the police found her.
So she was declared infamous for the next few years. The object Nove
had given her was a Gold-painted Pokeball filled with a few items:
20,000P (In the gameboy, the symbol for money, as you probably know,
is a P thing with lines through it (or something) but I don’t know how to
do that so I’m just going to use a P. Problem solved ~_^), tickets to a
Pokemon match between all of the Elite 4, a match just for fun between
them (two adults and one child), and a Typhlosion plushie with a
removable ribbon.
Polaris waited until her parents had calmed down to show them the
money and the tickets, which ironically had been the nearest holiday,
Valentines Day! Each parent thought the other had bought the items
secretly, despite Polaris’ insisting. They put the money in a bank account
for Polaris, and they went to the match, which had a HUGE surprise
battle: Ash Ketchum vs Gary Oak! Most surprisingly, Gary beat Ash, but
since Mr. Ketchum had already resigned the title ‘master’, and the match
was just for fun, it had no real impact on the Pokemon world.
But the overwhelmingly intense battles jump-started Polaris’ love
of Pokemon, and eventually her desire to be a trainer. Her parents waited
until her bank account had accumulated 50,000P, when Polaris was 13,
to start buying items for her journey. The items included Sevens, small
Pokeball container things that you could put anywhere, and when the
trainer got more than 7 Pokemon, the extra was transported the Seven
(hence the name) and she could trade it for her others whenever she
wanted.
And her mother decided to let the Pokemon out, since they lived in
the country, or more specifically, on the area above the Unknown
Dungeon, and half and hour away from civilization except one close
neighbor about 2 seconds walking distance away. And with a small
forest, it seemed a perfect habitat for Polaris’ extra Pokemon. And since
the Unknown Dungeon had been blocked up for years, probably the
entire Dungeon, so there was no real threat. The new trainer attraction
was Mt. Silver. As you can see, they thought of EVERYTHING, so
enough of this. Although her parents had joked about buying a
Cyndaquil, hence Polaris’ “hallucinations” of Typhlosions, they decided
on a less expensive and “dangerous” Pokemon.

:)   I’m actually pretty happy with that prologue. Ok. Wait for Part one!
