Ash Ketchum: Formula One Driver

I'm back on track with the writing and I give you Chapter 8!!! Time to party!!!
Ok. The last chapter was filled with swearing, fights, blood, assassins, Team Rocket, getaways, gunfights, lock picking, car stealing and anything I missed. To make a long story short, Officer Jenny snuck up behind Keith Terrell with a shotgun. Ash then snuck up on her with his own guns. Keith used a submission hold on the officer and Brock started picking the locks. He tried for 5 minutes before Ash took over and got one unlocked. All of a sudden, over 100 Pokémon trainers and police officers swarmed the three guys, looking to get some payback against the FIA. Also, Team Rocket sent in an assassin to eliminate Keith in their plan to overthrow the United States. Keith and some cops get into a shouting match about F1 and America. But, one cop said that he was glad America got attacked, which made Keith very pissed off and started beating him to death. World War III was on as Keith, Ash and Brock fought hand to hand and with Pokémon for a long time, even Meowth got in on the action by eliminating the Team Rocket assassin. During the fight, Meowth begins to try to open the locks with his claws, until he gets Brock's Vulpix to heat up the fence, where Ash's damaged Supra is held and a water Pokémon to use a powerful water move to weaken the metal so it is breakable. This plan works and Ash's Supra is ready to be driven to safety. Jessie and James arrive to check on the assassin and find themselves being shot at by Keith, distracting everybody so Ash and Brock could make their getaway. Once they were gone, Suicune used Strong Mist to blanket the area and make visibility very hard. Suicune led Keith to the Ferrari and they made their getaway, making "Operation: Supra Steal" a success.
This chapter will start the series of events, which will end with Ash and Keith leaving Kanto and returning to the Formula One circuit in Belgium.

Chapter 8: Rest and Relaxation. Sort Of.
At 7:30 the next morning, the banging of metal and the noise of power tools awakened the occupants of the Ketchum residence. The first one to get up was Ash. He got dressed and walked outside to see what the hell was going on. He saw Keith refitting the left fender of Ash's Toyota Supra. Keith wiped the sweat off his brow and saw Ash standing there with his dreaded morning face.
"Morning, Ash. I just finished working on getting the dents out of your Supra's left fender." Keith said as he got the fender in place and tightened it. "Sorry if I woke you up." He said,
"No problem. How long have you been working?" Ash yawned,
"I couldn't get to sleep. So, I got up around 5 A.M. and started working on your Supra." Keith answered as he took out the Supra's headlights,
"You actually know how to do body work?" Ash asked,
"Yeah. I had a friend in New York City who had a car repair shop. I used to work for him after school before I left for F3000." Keith answered as he worked on removing the front bumper,
"Oh. Ok. I'm going back to bed. Make any more noise and I'll sic Pikachu on you." Ash grumbled as he slowly walked back inside the house. Keith looked at him for a second before he started inspecting the bumper.
"Man. I look just like him when I wake up in the morning." Keith said to himself. Around 10 A.M., Brock and Delia woke up, because Keith was banging on the right quarter panel. Delia was the first to come downstairs after taking a shower and getting dressed. She saw Ash and Pikachu watching some of his F1 races from early 2005 on a DVD-RW. It was the Brazilian Grand Prix.
"I knew I should have pitted when Coulthard did, leaving me out on worn Michelin tires for 4 more laps. Then, I would have been up front leading the damn thing, instead of finishing in 5th place." Ash said as the DVD went into slow motion, showing Olivier Panis' crash at lap 54 and Ash missing it. "Good thing I missed that crash. I was right in front of it." Ash said,
"Pikachu." Pikachu agreed,
"Morning, honey. Morning, Pikachu." Delia said cheerfully as Pikachu leaped into Delia's arms,
"Hi, Mom. Just watching some of my F1 races from this year." Ash said as he fast-forwarded the DVD player to the start of another race,
"What race are you watching?" Delia asked as she sat down next to Ash,
"Um... I think this is the Monaco race. I think I finished in 8th. But, I'm not sure. I forgot. I was too focused on not hitting everything in that tight circuit." Ash said as the footage kept showing Rubens Barrichello leading the race and navigating the tight street circuit. Actually, Ash finished in 11th place after he pitted late for a new front wing that was ripped off of the front nose with 16 laps left.
"Where's Keith?" Delia asked,
"Working on repairing my car. Is Brock up yet?" Ash asked,
"No clue. I bet he's dreaming of girls again." Delia said as she watched Ash try to pass the 6th place car of Francois Deletraz at the 10th lap of the Monaco event. All of a sudden, the three heard some music come from the back of the house where Keith is working. Then, Brock came downstairs dressed and ready for the day.
"Morning, Ash and Mrs. Ketchum. Are any of you listening to some Kylie Minogue music?" Brock asked,
"Not me." Delia answered,
"I never listened to her music." Ash said. Then, he got a sinister look on his face and left the house for the back. There he saw Keith working under the hood of the Supra, listening to a Kylie Minogue CD in a CD walkman and shaking his behind to the beat of the music.
"I just can't get you out of my head." Keith said as he sang along to the song. Ash couldn't keep his laughter quiet and he started laughing hard. This was enough to make Keith stop singing, stop working and look up towards Ash.
"You listen to Kylie Minogue?!!!" Ash laughed,
"Shut the hell up, you goddamn bastard!!!" Keith yelled out in an embarrassed rage,
"You listen to Kylie Minogue?!! You loser!" Ash laughed loudly. Keith had enough and decided to take a break from fixing the car.
"I'm taking a break. You fix it." Keith said as he took his CD player inside the house. Ash just stood there laughing for a few minutes until he noticed that the music stopped and Keith was gone.
"Huh? Where did he go?" Ash asked himself. He looked around for a few minutes and decided to go back in the house to watch some more F1 racing.

Giovanni was very angry for a lot of reasons. He was mostly pissed off about Meowth siding with Ash Ketchum and Keith Terrell is not dead. His campaign against the United States was not going well. More Team Rocket spies were being killed off or taken prisoner. As he sat in is office chair pondering what to do next, Jessie and James entered the room.
"Excuse me sir. You wanted to see us?" James asked,
"Yes. How is the assassin who was attacked by Meowth?" Giovanni asked, not even looking at the two.
"He's dead, sir. Died this morning due to a giant slice to the throat and the veins. He bled to death." Jessie answered. The two braced themselves for the onslaught of insults by the Team Rocket boss, but he remained calm.
"What did anybody hear from the police reports?" He asked,
"Well, sir. 3 police officers were killed by Terrell. 2 trainers were killed when the American fired that shotgun at everybody." James answered,
"Keith Terrell. I think it's time for another approach. You two are dismissed to your quarters. Don't even think about asking me what I have in store for that fucking American and his stupid country. Understand?" Giovanni asked with an evil look on his face,
"We understand, sir." Jessie said nervously and the two exited the office. Once they were gone, Giovanni pressed his intercom to contact his secretary.
"What is it you need, sir?" The secretary asked,
"Call Butch and Cassidy to my office at once. Tell them... this is a mission just for them." Giovanni said and turned off the intercom.
Half the world away in Italy, the Ferrari team were busy working on the cars for Belgium. Everybody was pumped up for one of the best races in F1, but not everybody is happy to go. That person was Michael Schumacher. He was getting worried about his friend, Ash Ketchum and Keith Terrell. It was only 5 days before the team would leave for Spa Francorchamps. This did not go unnoticed by Rubens Barrichello and the brains of Ferrari, Ross Brawn and Jean Todt.
"I am currently tied with Montoya for the Driver's Championship lead with 4 races left. I got to out score him during that time." Rubens Barrichello said,
"The last 4 races are Montoya's best tracks. Only Italy is your best track. This is going to be a long shot." Ross Brawn said,
"Michael. What is your take on this?" Jean Todt asked, but Michael was too deep in thought.
"He's worried about his little friend in Japan." Rubens said,
"And we haven't heard from Keith in a while. If something bad did happen to him, I would worry too. It wouldn't be good for F1 if Terrell and Ketchum are hurt over there. It would hurt us more if something bad happened to Terrell as well." Jean added,
"I just hope Keith can handle himself in Kanto. The home of F1 hating Pokémon trainers." Ross said and the three got back to work about the set ups for Belgium, leaving Michael still deep in thought.

Back at the Ketchum household, Delia and the guys finished making lunch. Keith on the other hand, took a shower and got on some fresh clothes. He packed a duffel bag full of Pokémon food and other stuff and came downstairs.
"Oh, Keith. You want some lunch?" Delia asked,
"No thanks, Mrs. Ketchum. I want to take a break from working on Ash's Jap car. So, I'm taking a drive in my Ferrari around Kanto and play with my Pokémon." Keith said,
"Keith, be careful out there. These people want all F1 drivers dead. Just tell them that you're a tourist and you're rich. Make sure you pack a weapon just in case." Ash said as he finished setting up the table,
"I'll be fine, Ash. I'm Keith Terrell. The Patriot. I can handle myself. But, you're right about the rich part." Keith said,
"Come back before 6 for dinner. See you later." Delia said as he went out the front door and got in his Ferrari 550 Maranello. He started the powerful Italian supercar and sped off towards Viridian City.
"I sure hope Keith can take care of himself." Brock said,
"He will. That guy is a tough as they come." Ash said,
"Yes. Especially after what he did to Gary and what I heard from you two. He is perfectly capable of taking care of himself." Delia added. Keith always wanted to see how beautiful Kanto really is, as long as nobody wanted to kill him. He heard from a lot of people that the Celadon City Park is the most beautiful and scenic park in all of Kanto. It is just located 5 miles from the city and offers a great view of the city skyline, as well as lots different paths for walkers and a giant bike lane. The park also has great picnic areas and people usually see all kinds of Pokémon around. The park even lets people take out their Pokémon to relax. That is where Keith is headed. To relax a lot, before working on Ash's car more and returning to Italy and the Ferrari team. As the American made his way through the park, he found a small hill near the road that had a great view of the Celadon City. He stopped the Ferrari and got out and got his stuff out of the car also. Many people just stared at the beautiful car for a long time as Keith looked at the spot to have lunch.
"This is a perfect spot to eat." Keith said as he sat down on the grass and opened his backpack. He packed a giant ass lunch that would feed 4 people. He also took out 6 plastic bowls that are held for Pokémon food. He took out giant bags of high grade Pokémon food and filled up all 6 bowls. Once everything was ready, he reached into his pocket and took out 6 Poké Balls. "Come on out, guys!!" Keith said as he tossed all the Poké Balls in the air and out came Keith's 6 Pokémon. Suicune, Flareon, Scizor, Marowak, Jolteon and Pidgeot greeted their trainer. "Hi, team. I got a few days left before we head back to Italy, so let's enjoy it." Keith said to his Pokémon. They all cheered and began to eat their food, but Scizor noticed Keith eating a bunch of food that no personal trainer for an F1 driver would allow.
"Scizor. Scizor?" The giant Bug Pokémon asked,
"You noticed? My damn personal trainer isn't here to shove down some healthy crap in my mouth as usual." Keith answered,
(Writer's Notes: Like Ash and Meowth, Keith can also understand what his Pokémon are saying to him. I just had to point this out. Mario.)
"Sci? Scizor." Scizor said and then started laughing,
"Hey!! I will fit into my damn Ferrari!! Shut up!!" Keith shot back. At this time, Marowak and Flareon joined in after eating for a few minutes.
"Marowak." Marowak added, agreeing with Scizor.
"Not you too!!! Cut me some slack!!" Keith said as he defended himself from the rebelling Pokémon,
"Flare. Flareon." Flareon said as the Fire Pokémon came to defend its trainer,
"Why thank you, Flareon. At least someone is on my side." Keith said,
"Jolteon!!" Keith's electric Pokémon yelled out, as it wanted to eat in silence. It wasn't to last because Pidgeot started pecking Jolteon on the head, which in turn, made Suicune stop eating and get everything back in order.
"Suicune!" The legendary Pokémon barked out loud, which made all the Pokémon, including Keith shut up. Since Suicune is a Legendary Pokémon and the first Pokémon Keith has ever caught, Suicune is usually the boss.
"Whose side are you on?" Keith asked,
"Suicine." Suicine barked,
"You want us to shut up and eat?" Keith asked. Suicune nodded in response. Keith and the Pokémon resumed eating. As they ate, Team Rocket members Butch and Cassidy were spying on the American and his Pokémon.
"That guy right there is Keith Terrell? How can a American like him manage to fight over 100 people?" Butch asked in his trademark raspy voice,
"How should I know? We kill him and we invade the United States." Cassidy answered,
"Are we doing this not only to take out the U.S.?" Butch asked,
"No. If we kill him, we can also get rid of that stupid Formula One. They killed some of out finest Rockets." Cassidy said,
"So, if we get him... it's like getting two Pidgeys with one stone." Butch said,
"Exactly." Cassidy said with an evil look in her eyes as she and Butch continued to watch Keith and his Pokémon.

Tons of people and Pokémon come to the park just to have fun and relax. One of those people was Lorelei, a former member of the Elite Four and one of the most attractive women in all of Kanto and Johto. After stepping down from her spot to take some time off 2 years ago, she has made Celadon City her home. Every day, Lorelei would take a walk in the park just to enjoy the fresh air and watching Pokémon and their trainers relax or prepare for gym battles, but she still trains her Ice and Water Pokémon every day. She decided to sit down for a while and let her Pokémon get some exercise, which was very close to the small hill where Keith and his Pokémon just finished eating. Keith placed the duffel bag into the Ferrari and headed back to the spot. As he did, he saw Lorelei singing some autographs for some kids. He was captivated by her beauty, which made him stop in his tracks with his face in heavy blush mode.
"Whoa. I think I just saw the most beautiful woman in my damn life. And I thought America had some fine looking women." Keith said as he forced himself to walk back to his Pokémon, but still found himself looking at Lorelei. Suicune saw this and walked to its trainer to see what was up.
"Suicune? Suicune." The dog Pokémon barked out,
"What? You want me to go say hi to her? She's from here!! I'm from America and I'm in Formula One!! She will probably try to kick me in the nuts!!" Keith said,
"Suicune, Suicune." Suicune added,
"Don't say that I'm in Formula One and add that I own a multi-million dollar business in America? You got to be kidding me." Keith said. All of a sudden, all of his Pokémon came to his side for some moral support.
"Jolt. Jolteon, Jolt." Jolteon said,
"It will not work. I'm in F1 and she's a Pokémon trainer. And I'm not using the "my ex-girlfriend ripped my heart out and I'm afraid to fall in love" excuse." Keith shot back,
"Marowak!! Wak, Marowak!" Marowak said,
"Stubborn?!! Afraid?!! I bet she is a bounty hunter and her beauty will incapacitate me." Keith said,
"Scizor. Scizor, Scizor!!" Scizor said,
"Why, thank you for being on my side, Scizor. At least Scizor understands how I feel." Keith said,
"Scizor." Scizor added,
"WHAT?!!! I'LL KILL YOU!!!!" Keith said as he tried to grab Scizor, but Suicune and Pidgeot held their trainer back. "I rescued you bastards from certain death!! I'm your trainer!!! Obey me!!" Keith yelled out. Unknown to the group, Lorelei was actually watching the fiasco and thought it was funny in some ways. It was then she saw Suicune trying to prevent Keith from killing Scizor.
"That man actually has caught Suicune, one of the legendary dogs? I have to see this for myself." Lorelei said to herself and she recalled her Pokémon and made her way to where Keith finally gave up trying to get Scizor.
"I'll kick your ass later." Keith said as he caught his breath. Suicune saw Lorelei coming towards him and used its nose to get Keith's attention by poking Keith's side. "Suicune? What is it, boy?" Keith asked as he scratched under Suicune's chin like he usually does. Suicune saw the former Elite Four member and tried to get Keith to turn around. He saw this and turned around and saw Lorelei standing right in front of him. Keith automatically went into his "extremely shy, nervous and can't say one damn word without making an ass out of myself around women mode," where his face started blushing and he couldn't even get one word out of his mouth.
Oh, my god!! That good-looking woman is right in front of Suicune and me. I will kill my Pokémon for this!!! Keith thought as his blush mode was now in full effect.

It seems like Keith has a condition where he gets all shy around women, not unlike Brock who just goes gaga over any girl he sees. And it looks like Team Rocket is planning another hit on our favorite Ferrari driver. But, Keith is more worried about what will Lorelei do to him when she finds out that he is in Formula One.
