Part 3:

Next Morning:

The hotel phone rang waking Marc, thus the name wake-up call. Marc got his pokeballs and walked down the stairs to see Loratta talking to a strange blue pokemon.
"Hey what's that?" Marc asked a hint of excitement escaping his lips at the chance of a battle.
"Oh it's just my Marril." Loratta exclaimed.
"Cool wanna battle?"
"Um no. I don't think so. he's my only pokemon."
"Figures you'd be scared to fight a skilled trainer of my type and great calibur." Marc said holding back a grin.
" Oh yeah!" she screamed.
"Yeah." he stated.
"Go Marril!"
"Haha, reverse psychology always works, Go Eevee." The two pokemon stared at each other until Loratta ordered Marril to use water gun.
"Quick attack." The Eevee easily got out of water gun's reach and rammed it's body into Marril's. "Sand attack then tackle." The Eevee tossed sand into the Marril's eyes and tackled it into a tree."
"Marril!. Ah man. Now I have to go back to the Pokemon center again." After Marril was healed the pokemon trainer and researcher continued on to Mr. Pokemon's house.
"No more pokemon battles until we get the egg back to Professor Elm okay?" Loratta asked.
"Okay mother." Marc muttered.
"What was that?"
"Oh nothing." Marc said putting his radio and headphones on. In about an hour the two teens had reached Mr. Pokemon's house.
"Hello my name is Loratta Jones, Professor Elm's junior aide. I have come for the egg you told Professor about."
"Ah yes but first introduce me to this young trainer. I have never seen such happy pokemon."
"Oh thanks, call me Marc." Marc said feeling slightly embarrased.
"Ah short and simple I like you. Well here's the egg I was talking about. Oh and please give this letter to Prof. Elm also. Thank you." As they left Loratta quickly walked ahead of Marc forcing him to struggle to catch up to her.
"What's wrong?" he asked bewildered.
"Show-off." she said and continued walking.
