A Terri-FIC Story!

Chapter 3: Team Rocket Returns

Terri didn't want to disturb Professor Elm so late so he decided to camp out and 
let Houndour relax a while, besides he was probably at home right now sleeping.

He set up cam and a fire, He expected Houndour to go to a corner and sleep but 
he slept next to his loyal trainer, Terri.

In the morning, Terri went to Professor Elm's Lab.

He entered the lab and saw a whole bunch of machines and assistants.

"Ah, Terri!" Professor Elm said recognizing him. "How are you, I see you made it 
here by morning!"

"Yeah" Terri said.

"Well where's the egg you came here to show me! I would've send one of my 
assistants to get it but I was too busy, thanks for coming all the way over 
here!"

"Oh, here it is!" Terri said pulling out of his backpack.

"Interesting!" Professor Elm said. "I've never seen anything like it!"

"What do you think will hatch out of it?"

"I'm not sure!" Professor Elm said. "Theirs only one was to find out, by letting 
in hatch, but I don't have time… I know, why don't you take hold of it for now?"

"Well…"

"Common!"

"Okay!"

"Great, I'll give you a PokéGear so you can call me as soon as it hatches!"

"No problem, I gotta go now, I don't want to leave my mom worrying!"

"All right I'll walk you out!"

As they walked outside, they heard a loud explosion right beside the lab. It was 
soon revealed to be the evil team known as Team Rocket! 
"Its Team Rocket!" Professor Elm said.

"I'll never forget what they did to the Radio Station!" Terri said. 

"We're here to steal all your Pokémon, Elm. And when know you have plenty of 
them!"

"You'll never take them!" Professor Elm said.

"Yeah, you'll have to go through me first!" Terri said.

"What's this a tiny twerp trying to stop us!" Cassidy said.

"Don't try to get in our way kid, cause we'll crush you into dust, so step away 
if you know what's best for you!" Butch ordered.

"Just try!" Terri.

"You asked for it kid," Cassidy said. "Gengar, I choose you!"

"Scizor, go!" Butch said throwing a dark ball.

"Houndour, go!" Terri said.

"Gengar, use Night Shade!"

"Houndour Faint Attack!"

The attack aimed at Houndour but he was too fast and hit Gengar dead on!

"Scizor use Metal Claw!"

"Houndour use Flamethrower!"

Houndour shot a powerful flame attack that knocked Scizor out,

"Gengar use Shadow Ball!"

"Houndour use your Flame Wheel!"

Houndour shot another powerful flame attack that sended them flying.

"We'll be back twerp, this isn't over yet!" and they disappeared.


"Good job Houndour!" Terri said as he rubbed his head.

[Hound] Houndour said enjoying the relaxing rub.

"Wow, I'm really impressed at your skills, Terri!" Professor Elm said.

"Thanks, I try!"

"Terri, how's about you start a journey of your own!"

"A journey?"
	
"Yeah, what do you say?"

"Yeah I would love to, I gotta take care of Houndour anyways!"

"Great!" Professor Elm said. "I'll give you a Pokédex and your Pokéballs."
