A Terri-FIC Story!

Chapter 7: Save the Slowpoke!

Terri walked with Houndour and Mudkip along his side and Pichu on his 
back.  "We're almost in Azalea Town guys!" Terri told them.

"Hello kid, how's about you like to buy a slowpoke tail?" some weird-
looking chubby man said.

"Uh… no thank you!" Terri said walking away.

He started looking around for the gym until he finally found it. He was 
about to enter the door when he saw a note, it read:

	Attention Pokémon Trainers,

		The Gym is closed today, please come back tomorrow!

Bugsy, Azalea Town Gym Leader

"Aww man, what a bummer!" Terri said. "How come every time I come to a 
city with a gym, it's always closed? Oh well, I'll just use this time to go see 
the famous Pokéball expert, Kurt!"

When he finally got the information, he went to Kurt's house. 

"Here we are, 1256 Azalea Street" he quietly entered the small cottage.

"Hello…anybody here?"

"Who's there?" a little girl's voice said.

"Is Kurt here?"

"No, he isn't here, who are you?"

"My name's Terri and I came to see Kurt, do you by any chance know 
where he is?"

"He rushed out the house because he said the Slowpoke Well was is 
trouble!"

"Trouble?"

"Yeah, he said he would teach those guys a lesson!"

"Do you know who he went after?"

"Nope"

"Oh man, I better go find out what's happening!" Terri said rushing out the 
door. "Thanks for the info!"

Terri ran as fast as he could to find the Slowpoke Well. He finally found a 
whole where voices were coming from.

Inside he saw, like 20 Team Rocket members, including Butch and Cassidy, 
arguing with Kurt.

"You leave him alone!" Terri shouted.

"Well-well-well, if it isn't the little twerp!"

"You leave Kurt alone right now or else!"

"Or else what?"

"Or else I will have to…will have to…"

"That's what we thought!" Cassidy said. "Attack!"

"Not so fast!" a voice said coming form on top of the whole. It was Bugsy!

"Shame on you Team Rocket, first trying to steal innocent Bellsprout and 
now trying to steal Slowpoke, how could you!"

"Shut up you, attack!" Cassidy said.

"Listen kid, I'm going to need at the help I can get trying to fight Team 
Rocket off, what do you say, will you help me?"

"Of course!"

"Gengar go!" Cassidy said. 

"Scizor you too!" Butch said.

"Listen kid, take Kurt out of here and hurry!"

"But what about you!"

"Not buts just do it!"

"Right!" he said looking for Kurt!

"Kurt, Kurt!"

"Over here" an old voce said.

"Are you okay Mr. Kurt?"

"Please son, call me just Kurt and I fell on the whole while trying to run 
over here to stop Team Rocket!"

"Well I better take you home now!"

Bugsy fought off Team Rocket's Pokémon pretty well, but as Terri took 
Kurt by the shoulder and they were almost at the exit…

"Stop right there!" Cassidy said. "You're not going anywhere!"

"Gengar use Shadow Ball!"

Gengar's attack was about to hit them, when something red and fast 
quickly moved them to safety. It was Bugsy's Scizor!

"Look Butch, Bugsy has a Scizor!" Cassidy told Butch!

"I'll show him!" Butch said.

"Thanks for saving us Bugsy!"

"No problem now right now what's important is Team Rocket!"

As Butch's Scizor attacked, Bugsy's Scizor was much stronger!

"Scizor, Metal Claw!" And with a strong blow he sends Butch and his Scizor 
flying!

"Pichu, Thunderbolt!" And with one blow Pichu sends Cassidy and Gengar 
flying!"

"Thanks for helping me young man!"

"Aww it wasn't nothing, Bugsy did more than me so you should thank 
him!"

"Thanks to you too, Bugsy!"

"Your welcome, Kurt!"

"Uh Bugsy, can I challenge you now for the Hive Badge?"

"Sure, but how about tomorrow, it's a little too late!"

"Oh yeah, sure!"

Terri went to the Pokémon Center to get a room and sleep.

"Tomorrow I will have a chance to earn the Hive Badge and I'm ready for 
Bugsy and his Scizor!" he thought as he went to sleep.
