Part 1
 
Today, we find our hero Ash Ketchum and his cousin at the supermarket trying to 
gather some things for a certain special time during the holidays:  A CHRISTMAS 
PARTY!
 
Ash:  *picking up a bag of potato chips*  This is
        going to be a big party this year!
 
Katie:  Yeah, and everyone in Pallet Town will be there!
 
Ash:  Yeah, even Professor Oak and his grandchildren!
 
Katie: Boy howdy!  My best friend Sandra is going to be
         at the party!  We're really inseparable!  Oh, say Ash?
 
Ash:  Yeah?  
 
Katie: I was wondering if.....I could invite......a friend I met
         over the summer.
 
Ash:  Sure thing, but we'll have to make sure it's ok with my
        mom first.  *carries the handbasket of party items 
        along with the potato chips*
 
Cashier:  That's $24.50
 
Ash:  Here you go!  *hands over the money and receives
        change*
 
Later, at the Ketchum residence........
 
Katie:  Aunt Delia?
 
Delia:  Yes, Katie?
 
Katie: May I ask you something?
 
Delia:  Ask away!  *smiles and then giggles*
 
Katie:  Since many people are coming to the party tomorrow
         night, is it ok if I invite a friend I met over the summer?
 
Delia:  Well, sure!  The more, the merrier!  *smiles*
 
Katie:  Thank you! *runs off to put up decorations*
 
Ash:  Mom, who do you think is this mysterious guest?
 
Delia:  I dont' know, but we'll find out at the party.
 
Ash:  hmmmmmmmmmmmm..................
 
Meanwhile, on the video phone.......
 
Katie:  *waiting to connect to the other end*
 
Phone:  Placing call..........Placing call....*zaps on video 
            image*
 
Katie:  Hello?  It's me, Katie Brown!  Remember me?  I was
          wondering if you would like to come to my cousin's
          Christmas party tomorrow night.  If you're free, just
          try to show up.  OK?  See you at the party!
 
The next day...........
 
Ash:  OK!  LET THE PARTY.........BEGIN!!!!!!!!
 
Brock:  Hey Ash!
 
Ash:  What's up, Brock-o?
 
Misty:  Hey Ash!
 
Ash:  Hi Misty!  It's been a long time!
 
Misty:  I know!  hahahahhaha
 
Professor Oak:  Hello there, Ash!
 
Ash:  Hi there, Professor!  How's everything?
 
Professor Oak:  Oh, everything's just fine, thank you.  
                        *Gary's hand waves*
 
Ash:  Is that Gary behind you along with his sister May?
 
Professor Oak:  Why, yes!  
 
Gary:  Hey Ash!  
 
Ash:  Hey Gary!  Long time no see!  *Ash and Gary give 
        each other a high five*  Hello there, May!
 
May:  Hello there, Ash!  It's been a while since you battled
        my younger brother in the Johto League Silver Confer-
        ence.
 
Ash:  Yeah, but we had a good time, didn't we Gary?
 
Gary:  Yeah!  
 
Soon, the party gets under way with all of Pallet Town showing up at this 
wonderful Christmas celebration.  The next person to show up would be a mystery.
 
Katie:  Hey, Ash!  This party is the best one we've ever had!
 
Ash:  Yeah!  I know!  *the doorbell rings  Oh, would you get
        the door and see who it is?
 
Katie:  sure  *walks to the door and sees through the hole*
          Oh, goodie!  *opens the door*  Come on in!  *turns
          to the crowd*  Hey everybody!  This is someone that
          my best friend Sandra and I have met over the 
          summer!
 
Sandra:  Everyone, this is..............
 
Everyone:  *gasps*
