“Look we made it to Lilicove,” said Brock “Finally, I thought we’d never make it,” said May. As they continue through the town they see a familiar face. “Hey Brendan!” said May. “Oh hey guys,” said Brendan, “Where’s your brother May?”
“Oh he’s helping our Dad with the doors at the Gym.”
“Well I’ll see you later, I’m challenging the new gym.”
“Cool, can we come?” asked Ash.
“Sure.” They all head’s toward the gym and Brendan goes in, but the guards blocked off everyone else.
“Sorry,” said the Guards, “Only one trainer at a time.”
“All right. Brendan we’ll see you after the match,” yelled ash.
“OK!” said Brendan. He continues to the trainer box. “I’m Brendan of Littleroot Town. I challenge the Gym leader to a battle for the Nature Badge!”
“I accept,” said the Gym leader standing in shadows, “We’ll have a 3 on 3 match.”
“Fine with me.”
“This is an official 3 on 3 Gym Battle,” said the guards, “No time limit, let the battle begin.”
“Alright,” said the Gym Leader, “My first pokemon shall be Mightyena.”
“Then I choose,” said Brendan, “Swampert!”
“Tackle attack.”
“Use your Hydro Pump!” before the Mightyena could attack; Swampert’s Hydro Pump knocked it out.
“Mightyena Return, go Golbat! Use your wing attack” Golbat’s wings glowed and hit Swampert.
“Go Swampert use your Surf.” Swampert raised a mighty wave that knocked out Golbat.”
“Golbat return. You have done well,” he walks into the light revealing his face. It was Flarny! “but this time I’ll use my most powerful pokemon, and you may use as many pokemon out at a time.”
“Really, Well you asked for. Come out everybody.” He threw out the rest of his Pokeballs revealing an Aggron, a Gardevoir, a Gyrados, a Pelliper, and a Torkoal.”
“Go Pokeball.” Out of the Pokeball came Cerebii.
“What is that.” He points his Pokedex at Cerebii.
“Unknown pokemon, no Data,” said Dex.
“No data!” said Brendan
“Go!” said Flarny. Cerebii’s eyes started glowing and vines held down all the pokemon.
“No!”
“Now Solarbeam.” A powerful Solarbeam blasts all of Brendan’s pokemon knocking them out.
