Pokémon(tm):# 1 More With Kanto 
  
Chapter 1: Saturday 
  
Ash soon stopped at a Poké Center. "Slow down, Pikachu." Ash and Pikachu were 
biking through the Viridian Forest, through Diglett's Cave, and now are in 
Vermilion City. Pikachu is low in health from catching Dugtrio, so Ash restores 
him. Now they zoom through Route 6 to get to Saffron to smash Team Rocket's 
plans. Pikachu and Ash race to Silph Co. and see why it is a landmark. Twelve 
stories high and nowhere to go but up. They enter slowly and see ... Jessie and 
James! They lay down quietly and slithered upstairs without being seen. They 
stand up and enter the elevator and gave out a sigh of relief. Ash gets his 
party ready to battle Giovanni, and finishes the time Ash sees him. "Ready for a 
goodbye battle, Ash?" "Yep." "Bye Ash, but hello world!" Ash sent out Venasaur! 
Giovanni sent out Kangaskan! Venasaur used Outrage and defeated 3 of Giovanni's 
Pokémon! Giovanni sent out Ditto, but Venasaur, without Ash telling him, used 
Hyper Beam-and defeated him. Who? Not who you probably think. Venasaur hit 
himself in confusion-and fainted. So Pikachu came out, used Hyper Beam, and 
smothered Giovanni in his own tracks. Now tomorrow, a new day lies ahead. 
  
Chapter 2: Sunday 
  
It was a usual Sunday in Pallet Town until, with no notice whatsoever, Team 
Rocket put a Pokénet around Pikachu while Ash went to Prof. Oak's lab. "So you 
want us to go to this 'Four Island'?" Ash asked. Prof. Oak replied, "Exactly." 
Ash walked home only to see, "Jessie, James, Team Rocket..." "Gives Pikachu back 
to Ash, because I have Hitmonlee, Meowth's weakness." (stuttering) "Here, take 
him." "Pikachu!!!" "Team Rocket's blasting off again!" DING! Ash answers the 
door. "Come on Ash, lets go to Four Island!" It was Misty, eager to see the new 
water Pokémon. "I'll be right out." Ash and Misty (and Pikachu) rode their bikes 
to the Vermilion City dock. Brock met them at the dock. "Where are you guys 
going today?" Ash gave the man the Four Island pass and the man pointed to their 
personal ship. They climbed on and set on the Autopilot 300.1. They looked at 
Pikachu the sailor man. Of course they all laughed, even Autopilot 300.1. They 
continued on, until night. Then they slept. 
  
Chapter 3: Lovebirds in new Paradise 
  
They reached the island at 5:30pm KCT (Kanto Central time). 
They entered Icefall Cave and saw a notice. Ash read it, "Ash, there are about 
250 Pokémon now, so put your Pokédex and Brock's girl finder under the note to 
upgrade them. Prof. Elm." Brock and Ash did what they were told. So Ash wants to 
see a Ledyba, and Brock wants to see Picnicker Kim.
