THE GAME
CHAPTER FOUR
RAI AND KOREY

When Korey made it to shore, he realized that one person was
already there, riding her Rapidash in loops around the shore, 
trying to get it to calm down. 

Korey jumped off the life boat. 
There was no doubt in his mind it was Rai.
"RAI!" he yelled, finally on the sandy beach 
of Shirona, only miles away from the
Wanonee mountain.

Rai turned around, slowing her Rapidash's pace. 
"Who might you be?" she laughed sweetly,
looking at Korey.

Korey froze. He could listen to that silvery voice, 
and that bubbly laugh... he could just look at that
beautiful smile for all eternity.

Rai collapsed. This was Korey Woodard? The millionaire?
Damn this boy was fine. I'm not going to say anything, 
she told herself. Then again, I stand a fair chance...
what boy in this world isn't head over heels for me?
And look at the way he's just staring at me...

"You haven't heard of me?" he asked, shocked.
"I'm surprized." he then added, "Korey Woodard?"

Rai totally forgot it. "Oh... so you're Korey Woodard..."


"Wow. That's amazing." he threw up his hands in defeat.
"You just don't care who I am!" the guy was cracking up,
he was just so happy.

"Of course I don't. Not to be offensive." 

"NO WAY!" he interrupted. "I'm so happy that you don't care!"

"So you're um, what was it, seventeen?" she asked.

"Yeah, but eighteen in a few weeks."

"He sure is ironic..." Rai grinned up at the mountain.
