PGT5-Total Battle Announcer: For just the FIRST match folks I saw were in for one heck of a tournament after countless minutes of all out battling between miss Alexis, and Boone the 2 trainers are down to their last Pokemon. Ash: Guys it's the first match and ALREADY we got problems first this rocket guy, then Jim tries to kill him now that girl that Robby caught GR. Gary: Cool your heels Ketchum it's probably all blown over by now. Misty (shaking her head firmly): Ash is right Gary things are getting way out of hand and we have to do something. Brock: But what if we try anything big the crowd will know what's up. Ash turned around firmly staring at everyone, Pikachu gasped at the serious stern look of his friend. Ash: Not if it's all done quietly everyone came here for battle so that's what there gonna get make sure Robby battles last so he can deal with the rocket, as for the rest of the trainers speed up the battles cut down on the free time. Misty: Great idea Ashy. A kiss graced his cheek Ash blushed in response but kept his straight tone. Ash: People will notice this but we have to keep their attention on the battles. Misty: No problem all we do is rush out the current battlers to fight next while the others have their free time then. It's shorter but at least its safe. Gary pointed at the back door. Gary: What about tall dark and berzerker back there? Brock: Ash probably wants his full attention in dealing with the rockets so until Robby finishes his interrogation, I'll leave Jim up to you to deal with. Gary: Gotcha. Announcer: If your just tuning in at home folks Boone has unleashed his black Mew nicknamed Archangel already (unfortunately) shown its power, but I don't expect Alexis and her Dragonite to be intimidated by it, battle on. Boone: Archangel Psychic force FIRE! The black Mew charged up a powerful purple aura of incredible psychic energy blasting it into a devastating destructive slam into Dragonite, the force stumbled the beast down into… Alexis: Car parts? Boone (blinking confused): Are we in a stadium or a land fill? Announcer: Funny you should ask for the arena has just been given a new appearance for this battle, none other then that of a twisted old junkyard. Alexis and Boone had gasped at the awesome sight of twisted metal and, mangled pieces of steel and crumbling car parts before their Pokemon. Alexis: Dragonite come on you're a dragon fight back with Thunder. Boone: Dodge it with agility. Dragonite roared blasting lighting bolts from his tiny yellow antenna striking nothing but rusted metal the black Mew's psychic speed easily dodged them, vanishing before the confused dragon could even aim. Cringing with worry in her eyes Alexis sees that psychic having little effect against dragon types, doesn't mean anything if she can't dish the pain back. Alexis: That's it Dragonite thunder blast the metal with full power. Boone blinked and screamed in mad shock at the literally electrifying sight of Archangel being trapped in mid air by the reflected thunder attacks, off from the metal junkyard parts. Boone: Archangel fight it build up bide. The Black dark Mew closed its big eyes tight not just for gathering energy to attack but to withstand the unbearable pain better of Dragonite's fury attack, of pummeling punches, claws, tail, and kicks. Alexis and Boone could only stare and wonder how much more Mew could take any more bruises and beatings until…it didn't. Archangel: MEWWWW! In a massive blast of force Archangel catapulted off Dragonite into the air, but he held still in the sky stronger then he appeared. Boone: Time for a rage assault. Alexis: Combine your wing attacks and slash moves and kick some TAIL WAHOO. The ferocious sounds of clashing battle over powered Alexi's wild cheers bashing paw for paw move for move the wild battling monsters went all out, but it was Boone who decided to end this fight with a scornful scream. Boone: Psybeam! Th immense close range and power of the blast easily stunned and, immediately confused the mighty orange dragon. Alexis: Dragonite watch out. But words of warning came too late a massive imprint of Archangel's jumbo feet were slammed into the now stretched out stomach of Dragonite, the double mega kick was followed by a double mega punch to the jaw. Announcer: Now that's a hit OUCH can Dragonite is getting walloped out there can he return an attack just as hard? Dragonite screamed insanely with fiery rage boiling the flames in his eyes Archangel froze with fear at the sight of the fiery eyes, just enough to a MAJOR slam into her face with a bone crunching dynamic punch. Boone: ARCHANGEL! Alexis: Finish it now Dragonite Dragon rage full power. Archangel saw black dots before her very blurry eyes, becoming even darker/hotter from the spew of blue flames. Scorching into her dark skin burning severely with the fire spew toppling her to the metallic ground. Boone simply stuttered in horror as Tracey prepared to raise the flag. Tracey: Archangel has been HUH? Before he could even finish the Mew of darkness shot off like a rocket in a black psychic aura, her rage exploding into even stronger charges of energy. Dragonite could only stare at the sight of the super speeding psychic bullet. Alexis: Dragonite fly away. Boone: Archangel glare. The ice-cold glare stopped the dragon right in his flying tracks unable to move his jaw dropped in shock. Alexis: One last chance Dragonite grab that shovel claw and fire hyper beam. Using her smarts Alexis called her dragon, to use the little movement he had in his tail to grab a massive shovel claw from a digger construction machine. Now to use it as a shield charging up his final attack. Archangel: MEW! Boone: ARCHANGEL STOP DON'T DO IT! But it was too late she had already sliced through the claw shield like paper, shoved her head into the gaping maw of Dragonite, and glowed brightly. Tracey: HIT THE DECK! Tracey, Boone, Alexis, even the announcer ducked down and covered their eyes at the immense blinding explosion attack of Archangel what a blast. After the lights died the Pokemon were gone the junkyard set up scattered. Announcer: I uh…well…gee folks…I don't know how to say this but it seems Archangel self-destructed herself so powerfully against Dragonite, it buried them all under the junk from the arena the winner is still undecided. Tracey walked over the heap kicking and scuffling scraps pieces finding nothing until… Tracey: Look something is moving. Alexis: Dragonite! Boone: Archangel! The shaking burst open a brief flying chunk of debris revealed a black, dirty, bruised head of a… Alexis: DRAGONITE ON MY GOD YEAHHHHHHH HHAAAA! Boone:…..But…..where's Archangel? Suddenly Dragonite made a loud gurgling sound he opened his jaws wide gagged a bit and, widened up his mouth with bulging eyes of pain. Dragonite: BARFFFFFF! Out rolled a black, sticky, spit covered dark colored Mew. Boone: ARCHANGEL AH! Tracey: Dragonite is unconscious Boone is winner of the Pokemon battle. An amazing uproar of cheers came from the crowd at the sight Alexis smiled weakly at this saddening development recalling her Dragonite regretfully, yet not leaving with out a friendly silent smile to Boone. Alexis: EXCELLENT battle I mean uh…thanks. Boone shrugged with a tiny smile as he cradled Archangel in his arms, heading off to heal his Pokemon as the junk arena vanished in a flash. Announcer: I think my lunch jumped out faster then Archangel did at that sight (just kidding), now for the next rumble rama battle can I have….hm, Miss Crystal from Rainbow town and Christine Doji enter the arena floor. Ash: Crystal and Christine seemed to both have top-notch pokemon. May the best ma…ER…lady win. Ash and Misty wrapped an arm around each other's waist and watched the battle from the stadium box. With a sweet kiss to Ash's cheek, the battle began before them. Announcer: 19 year old Christine is walking onto the field, 16 year old Crystal is walking not far behind. If you're a fan then let's hear you cheer for these lovely ladies! A complete roar was heard from the crowd as the two brown-hair girls walked onto the battleground. Their jeans made scuffing sounds across the new grasses of the ground as they walked out. Another lesson was about to be taught but to whom this time and for what reason? One would lay victor one would walk away with a sense of new beginning. Which one? Taking their places onto the field, the two began. Crystal: Come on out, Gust! With a flick of her rolling wrist, a Pidgeot flew out of the Pokeball with a flash of bright, almost blinding light. A loud call was given, out of its large beak as it soared in the sky. Christine: Well, then in that case…Go, Golem! The giant rock pokemon was sent out onto the ground with a earth-shattering roar and a charging of its Pokeball. Announcer: It seems Christine knows her stuff. Can this type disadvantage mean bye-bye birdie? Crystal: Yipe!…I mean…Gust, fly up high until we can find out what these two can do! Sweat drops began to dew onto the back of Crystal's head…already! The loyal bird then flew up into the sky above the battlefield. It was best that it stayed there until they found out just what kind of attack the Golem could do. Christine gave a wide grin across her face. Christine: Fine, she wants an attack, I'll give her an attack…Golem, earthquake! Of course this attack was not effective on the Pidgeot because it was looping into the clouds. Crystal: Come on back down and hit it with a FLY! The flying pokemon looped around, rocketing at the Golem until it made a full contact hit right for the center of the stone-pokemon. Gust then fell back onto the ground, stumbling talons over beak, rolling away from the Golem. The attack made little damage to the bird's opponent that was obvious when the Golem just stood there and blinked up at its trainer. Announcer: Oh! That was weak…It seems as if poor ol' Gust has stunned himself for the moment. Crystal: Oh Gust, I'm sorry! Oh God that was stupid…Let me think….Ah! Christine: Okay, Golem use your earthquake again now that it's on the ground! With a loud roar that seemed to shake the globe the Golem jumped into the air, pounding the ground with its heels and with a shake of the ground, rocks flew up, causing the bird to sink below the ground in its stunned state. With a saddened caw Gust fainted against the powerful attack. Announcer: Oh my that was fast! That is one fried chicken, medium well. Crystal recalled her pokemon as she whipped her eyes with the back of her hand. Poor Gust, she never did want to put it through this again. With a toss of another Pokeball she sent out a ray of hope. Crystal: Go, Storm! Announcer: Oh my! It's Dragonite. Christine: Don't let that scare you, Golem! Harden then attack with your rockslide! Golem hardened his body with a metallic clinging sound then with a roar it pulled some rocks from the earth in a flaming aurora of red and yellow light. It hurled the rocks toward the female Dragon with a great heave. Crystal: Storm, duck! As soon as you're in the clear use SURF! The great dragon gave a bellow then running forward, it ducked beneath the Golem's rocking attack. Jumping up a huge tidal wave formed beneath Storm as the giant dragon began riding on top of the liquid attack. The wave came crashing down across the Golem's entire being. With that the rock pokemon fell to the earth, fainted in one hit. Announcer: What a show! It seems like Crystal is getting background. With a growl upon her lips, Christine drew back her pokemon, into its ball. She flexed the biceps of her muscular forearm with a determination not to give up no matter what the cause. She wasn't going to let a little thing like this get in her way. With another fate-full toss upon the field, she sent out her next pokemon. Christine: Show that over-grown lizard whose boss, Blaze! Out came her fearless Pikachu with a screech and a flash of red light from its Pokeball as it was released Crystal: Storm, use your hyper beam! Christine: Blaze, quickly! Use your barrier The female Dragonite stretched out its arms, extending its claws then let loose a mighty hyper beam. With the sound of pure kinetic energy in motion the attack came rampaging at the Pikachu. The cling of sword against sword was heard as a thick, semi-transparent, glowing blue shield was activated from the Pikachu as its tiny, yellow arms waved in front of it. The sizzle of energy was heard as the attack went through the shield. The blue barrier seemed to shallow out the attack until it was nothing more than a small needle-like ray. The beam crisped the top of Blaze's forehead, leaving noting more than a perfect, brown circle. Christine: Now, use your thunder wave! Crystal: Storm, get out of the way! The Dragonite did jump out of the way but the electrical attack field throughout the whole battlefield, ripping up fresh seedlings of grass. Not even the most agile of pokemon could get past this attack, especially not a large pokemon such as Dragonite. With much struggle, the stalwart attack was affective against the defenseless orange dragon. Storm was paralyzed! Crystal: Come on girl, get up…please. Try for me! Fight back with your slam attack! Christine: Blaze, power up for your Thunder! The Dragonite came running at the Pikachu, a sweat drop forming on its forehead, trying to fight back the disabled and pained parts of its body. In its current state, there was no way it could match the speed of the Pikachu, Blaze. The thunder attack was given off, through Blaze's powerful cheeks. As Storm was being attacked, it reached out through the electricity and grabbed at the Pikachu. The thunder seemed to clinch at its very spine as the Dragonite gave a giant heave, casting Blaze upon the earth with all its might that it had left within its body. The Pikachu fell upon the ground, panting with little strength left. Storm gave a great bellow as it fell, panting as well. The paralyzed attack began to take full affect upon the Dragonite. Crystal: I'm sorry, storm. Return, you've earned your keep. She withdrew her pokemon, with a heavy sigh. She always hated the part when they got hurt. Announcer: Oh my! It seems as if Crystal has withdrew her pokemon and as all of you know, that's an automatic out. The count is 4 to 5. What pokemon will they use next? Crystal: Go, Mach. Three! Casting out the Pokeball, she released a rather small Dodrio. A gasp was heard from the crowd even one was heard from over the announcer's speakers. Announcer: What's this? It's a Dodrio…against an electric mouse? Is this a desperate attempt from the trainer? Let's see if Crystal's birds can hold there own in this shocking change of events. Christine: Blaze, we've got this one easy! Let's rap this up with a Thunder attack! Crystal: Okay Mach. Three, you know what to do! In an instant it seemed as though the Dodrio had disappeared in a flash of a blurry haze. The Pikachu stopped, looking around with its little, black eyes. Most of the spectators, as well as Christine squinted at the field, wondering if this pokemon was using teleport. With a loud squawk that echoed throughout the stadium, a dust trail was kicking up around Blaze. Mach three was visible again, behind Blaze and it obviously used a Drill Peck straight to the Pikachu's back. With the call of war, red eyes blazing, the Dodrio drilled ruthlessly into the back of the poor Pikachu. Then, Blaze fell, fainted upon the field. Christine called back her pokemon with a slight snarl, curled upon her lips. She made her Blaze faint, that pokemon was going to pay. Christine: Go, Duke! Let's fry that thanksgiving dinner! With a howl as it erupted from its Pokeball, a Houndoom stepped forth on powerful paws. The glow in its eyes electrified with complete fearlessness. With a growl and a hiss to each other, sparks flew between the two pokemon. It was on. Announcer: That is one quick Dodrio. We seem to have an obvious furry going on between these two pokemon. Crystal: Mach Three, use your Tri Attack! Christine: Duke, CRUNCH that feather duster! The two expeditious pokemon raced towards each other at inconceivable velocity. All the human eye could make out was rows upon rows of ascending dust form the grime below. The field looked like one, big race track now, due to these two powerful pokemon. Attacks flew out across the place. The crowd stood dumb-founded. Announcer: WHAT A SHOW! These pokemon are so fast they're making the battlefield look like a tornado hit it square in the middle! But how much longer can these two keep it up? Out of the rising ashes a loud vapor-metallic whirl was heard, bright colors swirled across the clouded field. The Tri Attack was given off! Three swirling, 3-D, 3-sided, perfect 60-degree figures were seen flying out of the earth smoke. A loud howl was heard through blasts over hurricane-waved wind. Then a bellow of high-pitched frequency was given as to the ears of the trainers, rung a mighty crunch sound…. As the air cleared…Mach Three and Houndoom where back in there attack positions. All was silent. Then, the powerful bird pokemon, fell, face- forward into the earth. Not a word was spoken, everyone was completely amazed at this terrific battle. Announcer:: Oh…it seems….CHRISTINE wins this round! An up-roar was heard from the stands, no need for seats now everyone was standing up on their feet. The match wasn't over but all ready it was quite an exciting change of events. Crystal had all ready called back her pokemon. She seemed a little flushed at this. Crystal: Try your best…GO! Beware! Christine: Beware?…Is that it's name? (snickering)…well then, let's see just was this wimpy pokemon is made out of. As Crystal threw the Pokeball, a mighty roar was given as the pokemon came out of its Pokeball. The Gyarados swirled around the ring, another flying pokemon. Announcer: Crystal has a Gyarados! What an amazing pokemon! But is this mighty pokemon a pushover? Christine: Don't let that flying fish scare you, Duke! Get'em with your swift attack! Crystal: Beware, use your Hydro Pump attack! Duke was much faster than Crystal's Gyarados but it didn't mean that it would win. With a loud bellow Beware flew forward, skin-scraping stars flying at its hide. The attack barely phased the mighty dragon. Its harder- than-steel scales protected the Pokemon's flesh. With a earth-shaking roar all of the Gyarados' scales were spread out, its body coiling back like one giant spring. Then, with a mighty snap it let go of the Hydro Pump. A glowing canon-ball shaped water blow was sent straight for the Houndoom, Duke A direct hit towards the Houndoom! Duke gave a whine as it toppled off its fours, falling over to its left side, small dust clouds under its fallen body. Announcer: It seems as if Crystal's Gyarados isn't any Magikarp pushover! Can the tough Christine make up for lost grounds? Christine: Duke, return! Go Ken-kun! A loud pop was heard as a Hitmonchan appeared out of the flashing, red light of its Pokeball. It held itself in a perfect fighting pose. This was obviously a pokemon that wouldn't back down in any fight. Crystal: Beware try your Hydro Pump again! A rattling sound was heard as the Gyarados' scales once again began to shift themselves around its body, getting ready to strike. Its eyes seemed to bubble themselves as it filled its body with water, getting ready for the powerful attack. Then, it released the shot, in a loud gush. Christine: Dig to safety, Ken-kun! Then you know what to do from there! Fry that fish! Instantly a large cloud of suit flew in the air as the pokemon tore into the earth below itself. A perfect hoop of dirt was formed where the Hitmonchan was once standing. The water attack flew worthlessly over the hole in the ground, shooting across the ring and into the side of the wall, under the spectator seats, leaving a large depression in its side. Announcer: Look at that! What strength! Despite Crystal's efforts, it seems as though Christine has worked out a plan for this kind of situation with her pokemon. The Gyarados, Beware as well as its trainer, Crystal both watched the hole now, waiting for the chance when Ken-kun would pop up. Crystal: Better power-up your Hyper Beam, so that way we're ready when it comes back up. The pokemon just gave a slight nod, pulling back its head in a large S-like shape, its body glowing very brightly against the now, dirt-colored sky. Its pupils suddenly clouded from red to gold, like the rest of its body, until the whole eye filled up with swirling colors of bright yellowish gold. Then, in the deafening silence, the barrier of utter stillness was broken. Out of dirt-ridden earth came a blazing, almost blinding white light, blended in a cascade of blue sparks. It came from under the powerful Dragon Pokemon's paunch. It was so fast it seemed as though it had been an attack sent from Cerebii herself. From beneath the vivid display of light was a blurry, light-brown cloud with a flash of burning red. With a tremendous roar that sent spectator's ears ringing the Gyarados, Beware…fell to the ground in a heap of chattering scales. Nothing was heard but a slight heavy sigh from the lips of Bewares trainer and the zap of a Pokeball as he was returned. Announcer: What…what…WHAT AN ATTACK THAT WAS! Indeed this girl Christine knows EXACTLY what she is doing! But can Crystal match a pokemon to this exotic attack? Crystal slowly retreated the Pokeball back onto the clip of her belt. A whisper was heard from her lips that was so low you could hardly hear it. It sounded a little like "I…am…so sorry". Most of her family had left her and the pokemon she carried was her substitute family. With a rather exaggerated heave of her arm, the dark-haired trainer sent out her next pokemon. Crystal: Go, Amber! With a shrill from its vibrating vocal cords, a large Aerodactyl surfaced from out of its Pokeball, horned ears pointing forward. It large, over-extended jaw opened to reveal rows of glistening, razor teeth. Just to add to the moment, the pokemon raised its arms to show its true, leathered length of its magnificent wings. Christine seemed more determined than ever, seeing pokemon spring from its ball. There was no way she was going to give up now. Her pokemon were strong, quick and agile; they could take on anything that was thrown at them. Announcer: It seems that Crystal has sent out her Aerodactyl, Amber onto the battleground. Christine: Ken-kun, nail it with your Mega Punch! Crystal: Fly away, Amber! With a ripple of dust from the ground, the large Aerodactyl took flight, leaving the Hitmonchan punching at nonexistent matter. It stopped of course, a bead of sweat forming across its brow as its head looked back towards its trainer for guidance. Christine: Don't look at me! Get yourself ready! It's going to come down then punch 'em! Crystal: Good girl, Amber! Stay up there and use your Supersonic! Both the pokemon just gave a nod turned back to the battle. The Hitmonchan leaned back on its left leg, its fist locked at its left side, coiled back like a spring, ready to strike. Puffing out its chest, the Aerodactyl made a loop in the air, its wings in a semi-circle around its under-belly then with a screech it let loose wave after wave of a blurry, abashing attack. Stumbling back, blinking furiously the Hitmonchan became confused. Christine: Ken-kun, don't worry about this, it'll wear off! Get in there and give your all! Jump as high as you can, FOCUS and use your Mega Punch! Crystal: Amber, power up for your hyper beam! Stumbling a bit, the Hitmonchan shook its head from side to side, trying to clear its head. Up ahead of it, the Aerodactyl started glowing, as the Gyarados' had done before. Slowly swaying in a liquid-like motion as it filled itself up with energy. Then, like a spring once more, Ken-kun slowly coiled itself up, obviously focusing quite hard now. With a loud shout the Hitmonchan let go of its hidden strength, more flashing bright colors coming from it as it had before, jumping higher than thought possible. Crystal: Hold it Amber….steady girl…Just a little more…NOW! As soon as the trainer had given the word, the pokemon erupted in a volcanic flow of light, practically engulfing the Hitmonchan, just inches from fulfilling the destination of its fist. Body shaking as its attack slowly began to fade, the Aerodactyl shook a bit. That attack did take a lot out of her. But, it did the job. Ken-kun was laying face-up on the ground, fried from head-to-toe. It looked like a giant, burnt cookie, laying there fainted. With a slight snarl, Christine withdrew her pokemon. Tossing out another ball. Christine: Go, Espeon! Crystal: That's a good girl, Amber! Keep it up! Announcer: This round goes to Crystal! It seems that Christine, however; still has a few tricks up her sleeve. With a cute little shake of its tail the Espeon delicately stepped onto the battleground. Then, suddenly it arched its back, the little pink hairs on its back standing up straight, and it gave a rather loud hiss. It gave a leap in midair, opening its mouth to bare its long, pointed fangs. Announcer: Wow! That one's got pepper on it! Christine: All right, Espeon use your Sunny Day and give yourself a boost! The attractive psychic pokemon with liquid-like grace slinked its way to the middle of the field, its body starting to form a small, silver aurora around it. The gleam began to leek yellow, until the Pokemon's entire body was covered in energy, making it look like a living trophy. Its eyes remained the same, cryptic, never-ending deepness of purple. It was gathering energy from the sun! This pokemon was drastically giving itself a boost in Attack Power! Crystal: Amber, swoop down and use Supersonic, then when you can get a good angle, use your Crunch! With a high, pulsing shriek the Aerodactyl dived from the sky. From being a small, tiny dot on the horizon, the pokemon began to grow, soaring into view. Still, no details were seen through its powerful stance but it was ever so gradually starting to pull into the clear. Christine: Lower that over-grown bird's defense! Use Tail Whip! As the flying pokemon was starting to get just forty feet from the field, the Espeon jumped back, leaning its head down on its front. Its back end went up into the air, its tail swaying back and forth, the wind around it singing to its rhythm. Stumbling slightly in flight a red reflection was of defense was seen dropping from the Aerodactyl. The attack was effective. But with a wobble or two, the giant dragon kept on course, trying to carryout the attack. The Aerodactyl sent out another, pulsing supersonic wave, towards the Espeon. The Espeon stumbled back, shaking its head. It gave a growl, as it teetered back and forth on its fours. It had become confused. As the cat-like pokemon stood there, swaying the Aerodactyl came down, its mighty jaws open. With a loud shrill from the Espeon as it tried to avoid the attack by jumping to the side, its right side got raked with one of the dragon's bottom, front teeth; leaving a gash from its shoulder blade to its hip. Announcer: Oh! That's got to sting! It looks as though both pokemon are still ready to go! But how much longer can Espeon hold out with that wound? Christine: Don't give up, Espeon! Use your Sunny Day! Espeon gave a hiss then closed its eyes, opening its ears, like solar panels. Its body began to glow a light blue around it, like an angelic form of softness, completely untouchable. The gash on its side began to close, until finally the skin sunk around itself, fur springing in around it. It was though the Espeon had just gotten back from the pokemon center. Crystal: Amber, get ready girl! Power up for your Hyper Beam! Christine: Quick! Use your Psychic, Espeon! Breathing in deep, gathering up its energy from the inside out, Amber began to glow like the sun itself. Like a wave, forming inside it, slowly filling her as though she was an empty, dried lake; the energy was building up within the boundaries of her leathery skin. The Espeon was glowing a light purple color. Tracing along the line of purple was a thin line of black, its thickness slowly growing. The pokemon was focusing its attack, eyes narrowed forward. Slowly, the rings around the black began to form a pattern, purple, black, purple, and black. With a loud hiss, the pokemon jumped back, the rings swirling around both the pokemon, engulfing them. Nothing was seen outside, even by the trainers except for a large, purple bubble with rings of black. Yellow light was glowing from the inside. Crystal and Christine: Attack! A loud eruption of pure force, might, power and strength was heard. A sound completely indescribable by any means. It was as though someone had pressed a button for the world to come to a sudden and violent end. Everyone in the crowd covered themselves behind their seats, even the announcer ducked for cover. Smoke and dust from the ground frayed in the air, seam from the heat of the battle fumed. The air slowly cleared… Announcer: Oh my! They're both down! Both pokemon have fainted! This leaves our trainers at a one-on-one! The names of both of the trainers where heard, shouting through the crowd. People where up out of their seats, in the pure intensity of the moment. Crystal:…all my love, my friend. Good luck…Go, Zipper! Christine: Get in there and fight like you've never fought before! Go, Suicaine! From Crystal's side out came a very large, glistening Charizard. Its breath hot enough to melt the strongest alloyed known to mankind. From Christine's side the god-like pokemon with extreme grace, speed, intelligence and strength, Suicaine. A complete silence fell over the field, the two glistening pokemon stood at the side of their trainer. The crowd gasped at this change of events. Announcer: Well….it seems this is their last pokemon. Does the Charizard, Zipper have a chance against Christine's Suicaine? Christine: I'll make it quick and painless! Put out that Firefly with your Blizzard attack! Crystal: Zipper, Dig under ground! With a heave of its powerful talons, the Charizard dug underground. The attack was done so quick that it could have easily been missed with a blink. The Suicaine stood still, looking up at its trainer for instructions, not wanting to waste energy going through and attack that wouldn't work. Christine: Good job, Suicaine! You knew to hold back! Focus your attention on the Charizard, listen with all your senses, you know what to do with a Dig attack…now DO IT! The Suicaine perked its ears forward on its head, standing like a tree, rooted into the ground since birth. Its claws dug into the dirt, its eyes narrowed straight ahead, listening completely with its whole body. From underground, scuffling was heard from the large Charizard's claws as it dug its way under the Suicaine. Mighty hoists where given to remove dirt, the dragon's extreme muscles working over-time. Feeling a slight tremble from below, the Suicaine jumped up, high into the air almost taking flight. The Charizard jumped from the ground, nose-down, and the bunt of its heads and horns jutting against air. Its body was straight, legs powerful springs, letting loose a storm of complete power. The swift reflexes of the Suicaine seemed to save it. The cat-like pokemon landed to the left side of the Charizard as it was suspended in mid-air, in the middle of the furious attack. Crystallized eyes zoomed in on the Charizard, its mighty chest heaved as it gathered in a complete zero temperature water. As the Charizard landed on the ground, looking back at its trainer, both of them horror-struck, the Suicaine released its attack, Blizzard. Falling to the ground, hopelessly the Charizard gave a cry of pain as ice engulfed its body from all sides. Struggling to catch its feet as the Suicaine's attack was slowly starting to freeze its body, it heard its trainer's cry of fear. Crystal: Zipper, hang on! Use your Fissure! Not only drawing strength from its own body, but also from the inner-spirit and heart of its trainer, the pokemon gave a great roar. With all the color and love in its soul it stood up, raising its mighty arms, extending its claws. Giving a earth-shaking roar of pain as the ice kept flashing, scratching across its hide and freezing its skin, it jumped, putting all of its weight from the inside out, to the ground. Its wings extended as it stomped on the ground. The field began to crack, rocks flying in every direction flashes of lightening and claps of thunder against the ground was heard and seen. The sky was dark as slavery, Zipper's body glowing so gold that it gave the sun shame. Red lights swirled out of the cracks in the ground as she earth seemed to spilt in two. Suicaine was on its side, fainted. Announcer:…oh…my….CRYSTAL WINS! CRYSTAL WINS! Without hesitation Crystal ran across the field to her Charizard, arms around its large head and neck. Her hands moved gently across its skin, in an almost dream-like fashion. Crystal: You never let me down Zipper! Good job, Boy! Good job… Christine: Return, Suicaine…you've earned a good rest. Don't worry guys…we'll come back and we'll be even stronger! To be continued…
