Dear Diary:
Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Mia (pronounced Mea not Mya) Ketchum. I'm fourteen years old. I live in the very small and pathetic New Bark Town. I hate it here so much. I recently returned home from my Pokémon Journeys. Soon I'll be in the Pokémon Indigo League. I already battled and conquer the Johto League. Unlike most trainers, I got my first Pokémon when I was five just around when my little brother, Alex was born. It was a female Pichu. My parents got her for me so that way I wouldn't feel so bad about them always paying attention to Alex and not me. It worked perfectly. I just loved that little mouse when I was little, and I still do. I have six very strong Pokémon now. My parents are so proud. My mother says I'm just like my father. Same stubbornness but a good heart under it all. My little brother just began on his Pokémon Journey and is taking a break like myself. I love my Pokémon. I have a Raichu, Charizard, Umbreon, Dratini and Persian (YAY!!!!! CUTIE!!!). Wanna know how I got them? Okay, I'll tell ya:

Zap: Zap is the nickname I gave to my Raichu. She's the same Pichu my parents got me when I was young. About a year ago, I came back home for the Johto Stadium to battle. The newest members of Team Rocket came to the town. Zap, only a young Pichu, battled them. When battling at the Cianwood Gym, Zap wasn't strong enough to beat the gym leader's Machamp but after hard work I made her into a very fast warrior. Anyway, Zap used her speed but they had a Gligar on their side. Zap wasn't as fast as the Gligar. All seemed lost, then Zap evolved into a Pikachu!! Zap totally destroyed the Gligar and defeated them. Later, at the Bug Catching Contest, I choose Zap to go with me. We battled many bug Pokémon. Anyway, I was attacked by a herd of Beedrill. Zap used her electric attacks but it wouldn't work. Then, Zap ran over to my bookbag. She pranced over to me with a ThunderStone in her mouth. I grabbed the ThunderStone, knowing what Zap wanted. I made sure Zap wanted to evolve and she did. I held the ThunderStone to her head and Zap evolved into a Raichu!! The Beedrills were on the ground EXTREMELY hurt in a split second. Zap has never been happier. She's fast, strong and has great defense. (RAICHUS ARE THE SECOND BEST POKEMON!)

Draco: Draco is my Charizard. He was another gift. I got him just before I began my journey. Professor Oak, once a very smart professor at Pallet Town, gave Draco to me when he was just a little Charmander. I later learned that the professor died a week before I left home. Since the day I first got Draco, he was a strong, brave and cunning Pokémon. Draco was a Charmander for a LONG time. Up until we reached the Olivine Gym. Draco was having troubles defeating the gym leader's Skarmory. He got so mad at the Skarmory. He was determined (and stubborn). He evolved into a Charmeleon just so he could destroy the Skarmory, which he did. When Draco evolved into a Charmeleon I got kinda scared. My father told me about what happened when his old Charmander evolved into a Charmeleon. Surprisingly, Draco was the same. He never once tried to attack me on purpose. Once in a while I got a Flamethrower from him by accidentally I hope. During the Johto League Championships, Draco evolved into a Charizard!! Draco is still the sweet little Charmander deep inside although he tries to act all big and tough. (CHARIZARDS KICK ASS!)

Mystic: Next we meet, Mystic, my swiftly Umbreon. Mystic was the first Pokémon I caught on my own. I found him sitting besides a tree taking a nap. Of course, I woke him up and he didn't like that. At first, being the newbie I was, I attempted to just throw the PokéBall at him which of course didn't work. ^-^;;; Mystic proved himself to be a powerful opponent while battling young Zap and young Flamz. In the end, Mystic was caught and I was so happy. Then in Ecruteak City, we went into this Eevee House where all the trainers had Eeveelutions. I never saw so many Vaporeons, Umbreons, Espeons, Jolteons and Flareons in my life. I decided to let Mystic join in. Mystic seemed to like the Umbreons. Unforcently, when he pranced over to chat with them, they attacked the poor little guy (Awwww) Mystic grew angry yet hurt. He wanted to evolve into an Umbreon so bad. Everytime he tried to talk, they attacked. After I talked with a few people, they told me I need to train up my Eevee then he'll evolve into an Umbreon. I worked all day. We battled all kinds of wild Pokémon. By the time the sunset, Mystic was feeling quite confident. He rushed in, requesting a battle with this one really big Umbreon. Everyone thought Mystic couldn't win. The battle raged on for quite awhile yet Mystic claimed victory. After the battle Mystic evolved into an Umbreon!! (UMBREONS ARE AWESOME!!!!)

Kiara: Now lets meet my Persian, Kiara. I saved Kiara from Team Rocket headquarters. She was in a tiny cage, barely any room to walk (Awwww poor baby ;-; ). The Persian was miserable. All she could do was lay on the ground. Everyone put their faces right up to the glass yelling at her to move or do something. I was tied up in the back watching them. I kept telling them to leave her alone, she's sleeping. Soon, they all lost interest and walk away to stare and yell at a nearby Houndoom. Once I figured out how to get the ropes off, I walked up to the glass looking at the Persian. The kitty looked up at me. The look in her eyes told me that she was lonely  unhappy. I felt sorry for the little Persian. She looked as if she hasn't had food in a week. Without even thinking, I ran over to the door and unlocked it. The Persian ran out of the cage. All the Team Rocket members totally freaked out. They ran away screaming as the Persian roared for them to leave. She turned towards me. I stood there not moving at all. The Persian walked up to me and rubs up to my body purring as if she was trying to say thanks. More Team Rocket members were coming. There wasn't much time, I knew that if they found the Persian out of the cage she would surely die. Without even thinking again, I grabbed a PokéBall and threw it at the Persian. Like I thought, she went in easily and because she was so weak at the moment she was captured. Then I ran for my life!! (PERSIANS OWN YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!)

Legacy: Last but not least, there's Legacy. She's my little Dratini. Yes, I know what you're thinking. How in the hell did I manage to catch such a rare Pokémon? Tell for one thing it sure wasn't easy. At the Dragon Cave in Blackthorn City there were some poachers trying to find this one Dratini in the water. Dratinis are a very rare find in the Dragon Cave. This one Dratini though was known for its strength, wisdom and speed. This group of poachers wanted the Dratini to get them big money. Many people have tried to catch this wonderful Dratini, but all failed. She was just too smart. Every single trick someone tried to pull Legacy would calmly get through it and even get the person who set up the trap, fall in the trap instead. No Dratini has ever known that kind of intelligence. Unforcently, these poachers had guns and stuff. Legacy would've been killed if those men found her. So, I decided to try find this mysterious Dratini. I thought "How hard could this be?" That was before I came face to face with that Dratini. She made me look like a fool. I tried throwing a PokéBall at her but with one swing of her tail the PokéBall was crushed into tiny pieces. I tried battling her but my Pokémon were no match against her. When the poachers found her, they used a Thunder Wave from their Jolteon, Magneton and Voltorb to stop Legacy from moving. Luckily, I battled the poachers and beat them all. When I healed Legacy and tried to let her go back to Dragon Cave, she didn't wanna go back. She decided to stay with me. That's how I got a Dratini!! (DRATINI IS FREAKISHLY ADORABLE!!!!)

Well, that's the story behind all my Pokémon. Forgive me for not having good writing. I love writing and all but when it comes to thinking up words I'm not so good at that. Anyway, gotta go. I'll write more soon. Bye Bye

      Sincerely Yours,
Mia Ketchum

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Mia Ketchum closed up her diary. She laid the small blue book on her white dress. Mia has shoulder length black hair which she got from her father. She has really pale skin that she got from her mother as well as her mother's blue eyes. She's about 5'4 in height and looked medium sized (Medium means she's not a stick but she's not a fatty) Mia hummed softly as she grabbed a hair brush off the dresser and brushed her hair. She is wearing a white T-shirt that has a few tiny butterflies on it. She's wearing a dark blue denim skirt. Mia has no shoes on but she does has a pair of white socks on. Suddenly, the door swung open and Mia jumped up from shock. Standing at the door was a little boy that looks around ten years old. He has short red hair that is brushed down on his forehead. He is wearing a red T-shirt and light blue denim shorts. His skin is a little darker than Mia's but not much. Unlike Mia he has brown eyes.
"Don't you ever knock?" Mia said annoyingly.
"Don't you ever knock." The boy said mocking her.
"Please Alex I'm not in the mood," says Mia as she placed her hand over her forehead.
"You're never in a good mood," says Alex as he walked in the room.
"Get out!" yelled Mia.
"Why?" asked Alex while grinning.
"This is my room and I don't like creepy things in here."
"Then you get out."
"You're so immature."
"You're so stupid."
"What's 6 multiplied by 9?"
Alex paused for a second and begin thinking. He started counting with his fingers trying to figure out the math problem Mia gave him.
"Idiot," mumbled Mia.
"At least I'm not an icky girl."
"You're so immature."
"Can't you think of anything else to say?"
"You're also a living human cockroach."
"Oh, that so hurt."
"Get out."
"Make me."
Mia rolled her eyes. She turned towards her little brother with her hands on her hips. Alex gulped nervously knowing what was gonna happen.
"NO! Don't kick me! NO!!!" Alex pleaded as he began to leave the room.
Mia laughed to herself as she watched Alex run away.
"Stupid little brother." Mia whispered as she left the room.

She walked down the stairs to see her father sitting on a chair watching TV. Alex was laying on the couch watching TV as well. Mia walked over to the chair.
"Hey dad." Mia said happily.
"Hi princess," her father said keeping his eyes on the TV.
"Wanna go have a practice Pokémon battle outside?" asks Mia.
"Maybe later," answered her father.
"Pretty please?" pleaded Mia.
"Later," answered her father again.
Mia sighed sadly then walked over the couch looking at Alex. Alex was too busy watching TV and didn't even bother looking up at his big sister.
"Wanna go have a Pokémon battle baby brother?" asked Mia.
"I thought I was an immature cockroach," says Alex.
"Just battle please," begged Mia.
"I just laid down," whined Alex.
Mia took a deep breath and walked into the kitchen where her mother was getting some lunch ready.
"Hiya Mom," says Mia.
"Hey sweetie," says her mother smiling.
"Wanna have a Pokémon battle?" asked Mia desperately.
"Honey, I'm busy. Ask your father," said her mother.
"He won't battle," sighed Mia.
"ASH!!!" yelled Mia's mother.
"What?" asked Mia's father from the living room.
"Go battle with Mia!" yelled back the mother.
"But I'm watching TV Misty!" yelled back Ash.
"Fine." Misty said while sighing.
"I'm so damn bored." Mia whined.
"Watch your language young lady," said Misty right away.
"Can I go over to Joseph's house?" asked Mia.
"Sure, just be home by dinner," answered Misty.
"Thanks," said Mia as she already was walking out of the kitchen to the front door.
Mia grabbed the doorknob and got ready to go outside. Just before she could open the door, Ash looked up watching her leave.
"Where are you going?" asked Ash.
"Over to Joseph's house," answered Mia.
"Oh..." Ash said.
Joseph is Gary Oak's son. Ash doesn't really like the fact that Joseph and his little Mia are best friends. Yet, he can't control who Mia can be friends with. Ash sighed, hoping that the friendship doesn't lead to other things eventually. Just before Mia got ready to leave, Alex just had to say something.
"Have fun with your boyfriend," said Alex while laughing.
Mia gave her little brother an evil glare. Alex gulped nervously and cowered down on the couch. Mia grabbed one of the couch pillows and smacked Alex hard on the head the stormed out the door. Ash laughed a bit while smiling. It was just like when Ash and Misty were kids. When their children fought they watched, remembering the way they were like as children. If it seemed they were getting out of control then of course they'd get in to stop it. Mia actually wasn't as violent as Misty was. (No offense Misty fans) She's only mean to her little brother and that's normal (At least for me..I always smack my little brothers..even though I get in trouble ;-;) Alex is a bit dense like Ash was. (No offense Ash fans. I like Ash and all. He's a cute little cartoon character) . A few seconds later Mia opened the door. The two boys in the living room looked up as her as she entered.
"I forgot Zap..where is she?" asks Mia.
Just then a Raichu slide down the rail on the stairs then ran as fast as she can away. Then a Persian ran down the stairs snarling. The cat raced after the Raichu. Zap hid behind Mia's legs shaking. Kiara stopped in front of Mia and snarled at Zap.
"RaiRai! Raichu! ChuRai! Raichu!" screamed Raichu [SHE'S GONNA EAT ME!]
Mia patted Zap on the head, showing that everything will be okay. Kiara nuzzled Mia's other hand while purring. Kiara gave Zap just one last snarl. Zap quickly jumped up and ran behind the couch. Mia sighed and recalled her lovely Persian. She snapped her fingers and Zap ran after her. Mia closed the door behind her, Unforcently Zap walked into the door and fell to the ground unconscious. Mia sighed again and came back into the room and dragged the unconscious Raichu away.
"That Raichu has problems," stated Ash.
Alex nodded. Misty walked in washing her hands in a washcloth. She noticed dirty paw prints all over the carpet and took a deep breath.
"I won't even ask." Misty said confused as she went back into the kitchen.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Mia walked up to a small white house. She fixed up her hair as she knocked on the front door. A boy that looks a bit older than Mia, maybe about fifteen answered the door. He opened the door and walked over to Mia.
"Hey Mia," said the boy.
"Hi there Joseph," says Mia.
Joseph is wearing a black tank top and army green jeans. He has spiky brown hair, not nearly as crazy as his father's hair once was. He has dark green eyes and looks strong. Mia smiled nervously at him while checking him out. Then she felt like smacking herself.
"Am I crazy? I can't think Joseph is hot. He's my best friend. That would be so weird."
"Damn, she looks nice today. Oh my God...she's my friend for Christ sake."
"So..how are you today Joseph?"
"Hm? Oh great, you?"
"I'm fine thank you."
"That's good."
"Yeah"
Things were silent for a moment while they both got a bit nervous and wanted to kill themselves for thinking the other one was good looking.
"Wanna have a fast Pokémon battle?" asked Mia trying to start a convo.
"Sure," agreed Joseph.
"Great! How about 1 on 1?" suggested Mia.
"Sounds okay to me." Joseph said while smiling.
"Maybe we should do this in the front yard instead of your front porch?" suggested Mia while laughing a bit.
"Yeah, my dad would like that," laughed Joseph.
They walked off Joseph's front porch and stepped on the front yard. Mia took out a PokéBall. She had a playful yet evil grin. Joseph grinned as well as he took out a Bug Ball.
"Go Legacy!" shouted Mia throwing the PokéBall.
"Go Beedrill!" shouted Joseph throwing the Bug Ball.
Both PokéBalls hit the ground. A strong looking Dratini and Beedrill came out. The two exchanged grins then the battle began.
"Beedrill, use your Sludge Bomb!"
"Legacy dodge it with Agility!"
Beedrill made the stinger on his abdomen glow purple. Then a huge purple ball made of sludge came out and prepared to smack into the poor Dratini. Luckily, the Dratini leaped in the air and barely dodged the attack. She landed on the ground grinning.
"Ugh..use a Hyper Beam Beedrill!"
"Use a Reflect on the Hyper Beam Legacy!"
Beedrill opened his mouth making a bright yellow ball. When the ball got ready to make contact with Legacy she made a yellow shield surround her body. An explosion occurred when the Hyper Beam hit the shield. Once the smoke cleared Legacy was sitting up looking good as new whereas Beedrill was getting tired.
"Damnit! Beedrill use a Skull Bash!"
"Fire Blast him Legacy!"
Beedrill raced towards Legacy like a rocket. Legacy took a deep breath then releasing a huge Fire Blast. The fire hazard smacked hard into the Beedrill. The bug was now laying on the ground burnt to a blackened crisp.
"NO! Beedrill!"
"YAY! Good girl Legacy!"
Mia gave her little Dratini a hug. Legacy slithered up her arm and laid on her shoulders. Joseph recalled his hurt Beedrill and looked at Mia patting Legacy on the head and Zap looking up at the Snake-like Dragon smiling.
