By: Pichu-Pnaigirl The next morning, the Christine wanted to show Ash, Misty, and Brock her home. Her house was only three blocks from the Pokemon Center, so they didn't have to walk very far. When they got there, Christine opened the door and called out, "Aunt Harriet, Uncle Harry, I'm home!" At that moment, Christine's aunt and uncle came over in glee to greet their niece. Aunt Harriet asked, "Who are your friends here?" "Auntie, these are my friends, Ash, Pikachu, Misty, Togepi, and Brock. Brock's more than a friend, really. He's my boyfriend." Ash, Misty, and Brock were surprised to hear that, but Christine, Aunt Harriet, and Uncle Harry were smiling with joy. Uncle Harry commented in joy, "Wow, our 15-year old niece has finally found her mate!"

Brock's Happiness-- At Last!
Part 2
Everyone sat at the dining table and had a little conversation over a cup of tea. "I never expected that you would aim that high in our relationship," said Brock, "I mean we just met yesterday. I thought I'd be the one to ask you if you wanted to go steady." Christine chuckled, "I just don't want to spend anymore time looking for the perfect guy for me. Once I saw how you felt when you saw me, I had a big feeling you were the one." Uncle Harry stated, "I guess you'll be going on a journey again. If you need anything, we're here for you." "Thanks, Uncle Harry." replied Christine. "We'll take good care of her." said Ash, Misty and Brock with authority.
The foursome decided to head back on the road the next day instead, so they spent the rest of the day in Christine's house.
In the afternoon, Ash challenged Christine to a Pokemon battle. Christine told him that they could have their battle in the back yard. "Is a one-on-one battle fine with you?" asked Christine. "It's fine with me, so in that case, I choose Pikachu!" Ash responded. "Go, Charmeleon!" shouted Christine. Misty stood aside and Brock made himself the referee. He said, "This is a one-on-one battle between Pikachu and Charmeleon. Let the battle... BEGIN!"
Ash: Pikachu, quick attack!
Pikachu: Pika, Pika
Christine: Charmeleon, slash attack!
Charmeleon gives out a slash and hits Pikachu. Pikachu gets back on its feet and waits for Ash's next order.
Ash: Thunderbolt!
Pikachu: Pika---chuuu!
Christine: Charmeleon, dodge it and use your flamethrower!
Charmeleon jumps and launches a fierce flamethrower. Pikachu dodges and tries another thunderbolt. Charmeleon uses another flamethrower, and this time it hits Pikachu. The thunderbolt hit Charmeleon too, but Pikachu went down first.
Brock announced, "The match is over. Pikachu is unable to battle. Charmeleon is the winner!" Ash rushes to pick up Pikachu. Christine tells Charmeleon, "Great job, go ahead and take a rest." as she recalls Charmeleon into his Poke ball. Christine helps Ash with Pikachu and brings him into the house to recover.
That night, Ash was amazed at how good a trainer Christine was. It made him so eager to train harder that he excited himself to sleep.
